It’s just videos to help you maximize your opportunities to get into a MPAC organization so you can watch all the videos you want and still not get into the MPAC organization of your choice if you watch these videos it can help you out tremendously as far as taking the

Of you that is confused right now whenever it comes to choosing an organization you might be torn between two organizations and don’t really know what to do each organization that you’re interested in is on the same level playing field you don’t see a difference you don’t know what to look into you
Don’t know how to choose one over the other so this video is gonna kind of help you try to figure that out and at least give you some things you should look for it can potentially help you make that decision hopefully make that decision but let’s get into the video Make sure you jot down the things that you like about each organization should put on one side you you get a blank sheet of paper one side you put this organization the other side you put the other organization you tie it down as you do your research the things that you
Like and then at the end of it you kind of look through that list and you can see the things that you you know gravitate more towards and then that Messiah would be the organization for you so the first thing I want to tell you is look up the Honorable members of
Each organization that you’re interested in we always have these people that we’re inspired by and people that motivate us in life and mostly if one of those people might be in that organization you never know we have it all in our MPAC organization so you never know who might be in these
Organizations so always do your research on the Honorable members because it might be somebody you look up to aspire to be like in that organization number two will be researched a national website when I say research national website this is not just looking up the founders this is not just looking up the
Honorable members this is looking up everything about the organization from philanthropies community service things from national programs to different professional development opportunities to the colors to the animal to everything like research in each and every single entity of the national website for each organization and then
Jot down the things that stand out to you for each organization you need to do very very in-depth research because you got two maybe even three organizations in mind so you need to really understand how these three organizations differentiate from each other because like I say NPHC organizations we do have
Our similarities but you really have to dig deep to find the differences number three will be how do they treat you so if you’re on campus trying to do an undergrad chapter or if you’re trying to join a grad chapter how did they treat you in a community but if you’re on
Campus how do they treat you as a person I do they treat you like you’re under them do they treat you like a regular person anybody they treat you like a brother or sister even though you’re not in the organization all those little things can make you feel a certain type
Of way so whenever you see them do you feel comfortable do you feel like you could talk to them do you feel like they’re friends do you feel like they’re inviting you into their space and allowing you to be around them even though you’re not in that organization like those are some
Things you need to take into consideration because how they treat you now will only enhance once you become a member so if they already treat you like a brother or sister before you even a member it’s gonna enhance once you become a member but if they’re treating
You like you ain’t like you ain’t a member so they really want to mess with you they don’t really want to talk with you and then when you become a member of course they’re gonna treat you better but they’re gonna have that same power structure in their organization and you
Might not by up with that but how they treat you should be a key factor on why you should gravitate towards a certain organization because you want to be in something where you can be comfortable you want to be in an organization where you’d be yourself and want to be an
Organization where you can build long-lasting relationships with these brothers and sisters and how they treat you now can kind of help you out with the selection process number four will be how are they perceived on campus each organization will have their own perception on campus or how people see
Them some might be negative some might be positive some might be stereotyped some might be real stuff so you need to kind of differentiate those things figure out what’s real what’s false what stereotypes figure it out and then once you figure that out and see how they’re really perceived on campus all
Right they perceive the good people they actually go to class you know they study they work hard play harder like what what is there Bob on campus and see if you by up with that because if you don’t vibe with that you’re not gonna feel comfortable in that town group you never
Feel comfortable in that organization so see how they buy up on campus see if it’s something you can buy up with and if you figure that out I guarantee you you were starting to kind of slowly realize why you’re interested in this organization cuz if they’re perceived a
Certain type of weight on campus and it’s positive you’re gravitating towards positivity you might have seen them doing great things you might have seen them taking pictures together you might have see them winning awards you might have seen them on campus just vibing well and you
Want to be a part of that and that’s that energy people gravitate towards energy so if you’re gravitating towards a certain type of energy it’s a reason why it’s the reason why so make sure you take that into consideration number five will be art they active on campus I can’t stress this enough
I hate when chakras are not active on campus because the sole purpose of our MPAC organizations is to be an asset to the community and the campus or graduate chapters to the community collegian chapters undergrad chapters to the campus and the community a little bit but you know that’s the main purpose we
Need to serve student body what we need to serve the community and if they’re not active they’re not striving towards those goals then what they doing just wearing letters so make sure they’re active on campus and actually doing things and you know if they are given
Some extra points and if not that’s not a reason to say oh I’m not joining that chapter but it’s a reason not to give them points it’s a reason to put the other organization above them a little bit because that in the date they need to be striving toward certain goals and
A need to be achieving those goals like I said that’s not a reason to just eliminate them because you can join an organization or to separate and enhance that and make sure they’re doing things on campus what you’re going to figure out if you’re trying to join something
That’s already established or trying to be built or have been built or just fell off and need to be rebuilt like you need to figure out what’s your Bible what you’re looking for and if they’re not doing anything on campus say you’re trying to join something that’s already
Been established in a well-oiled machine then if they’re not doing anything there’s your answer and number six my last one the colors yeah I said the colors yeah yes yes the colors I know you like quartet colors that’s just so petty that’s man if you don’t like the colors
And if you don’t like what they win and you don’t like wearing those colors then you start with those colors for the rest of your life so yes the colors is something that you need to take into consideration you can’t just be in an organization and now we’re near you
Because you know like the colors about you in the organization like it sounds so small it sounds so petty but you have to like and the colors hey I don’t have nothing against eye odors but I just can’t get down with brown and gold or green and
Brown like that’s just not I die I can’t do that but I like their organization I like what they do but I just can’t get down with that just like old mega I just I don’t like purple and gold on me I that’s just I’m my vibe I can’t that’s just me great
Organization but I don’t viable purple light you just gotta pick your battles man like if you could do with the colors cool if you don’t like the colors but you can deal with it cool but if you hate the colors and you just don’t like wearing that clashing of colors or
Whatever it is then that’s something you need to take into consideration I’m not saying that you need to eliminate it off your list because you hate the colors but points the point system here the point system here that’s all I’m saying at the end of the day these colors are
Going to be with you for the rest in life you’re gonna have no you’re gonna have pictures you’re gonna have posters you don’t have what else I got these colors in you’re gonna have license plates you’re gonna have all your stuff gonna be in these colors so if you don’t
