Wants to know what type of advice I had to offer people who were in their interview process now we are in the fall semester so school has started again and of course there’s gonna be intake orientation intake sorority probates fraternity probate but before you can

Get to that you have to make it through the interview process now I’m not gonna tell you guys all the secrets and ins and outs of the interview process but I do want to give you guys a couple of tips just to help you guys maneuver your way through certain types of situations

So first things first you want to attend an informational before you attend a formal rush now with the informational versus formal rush or informal versus formal rush there are two different things informal it’s going to be a little more casual probably a little more laid-back not as uptight as most meetings with go

This one is just a casual get to know us let’s get to know you type situation and it happens with fraternities too I think the difference with the fraternities is it’s still going to be kind of professional like they still want you to look nice but with the girls it could be

Anywhere between looking nice versus being very very casual I know we like to be very very casual when we do it informal rush because it’s not meant to scare anybody off it’s just for us to get to know each other answer some of your questions we can’t go end up with

Answering questions but just answering little questions that you might have before we start interviews now some fraternities and sororities they do recommend that you attend informal before you attend formal or interviews it could be either one I don’t know how it works with other organizations but everyone has an interview one thing you

Promise you so first thing you want to do is do your research come prepared have questions it’s just like a regular job interview second thing you always want to do is to make sure that you’re dressed appropriately with the guys they’re probably gonna have you wear a suit or

Nice dress top and bottoms girls nice blouse nice top do not wear a casual clothes do not wear denim do not wear jeans do not wear anything that’s inappropriate like this top that I have a totally inappropriate for an interview something that I would always recommend

Doing is looking at blog postings on how to just write in view it’s just like a regular job it’s just like you’re interviewing for a job so you want to make sure that you’re dressed appropriately for that and come prepared come with questions come early that’s another things that I recommend

From everyone else who wants this job basically so know what makes you different the final thing that I would recommend doing in an interview is to pay attention to the color of clothes that you were this might be just for the girls but some organizations don’t care

About this some do I would say it would be safe to stay away from the primary color don’t worry the primary or secondary color stick to neutral colors just so you don’t offend anybody just so people don’t get the wrong idea about you it’s very very important I don’t know why

It’s just people are like that sometimes so you want to be conscientious of what you were make sure that your skirts are not cut too short make sure they’re not to let you call it not to figure flattering not too tight not too loose they don’t have inappropriate little is

To be considered inappropriate I have inappropriate parts to it pay very very close attention to what you wear to play it safe I would do a dress that’s not cut too short not a bodycon dress but a dress that’s not cut too short or a

Pantsuit or a what you call a dress suit skirt suit something like that just to play it safe because you don’t want to give off the wrong impression but those are the main points that I would tell someone who’s interested in you if you guys have follow-up questions or
