Hi everyone, my name is Payton Wade and I am currently the development specialist for the office of Student Affairs. I am also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and was initiated into the Epsilon Delta chapter in 2018. I’m here to give you all an update on the Divine Nine Garden Plaza.
We are currently 85% of the way there. With the University giving over $275,000 and other alumni and supporters giving over $150,000, we’re almost there to reach our goal by December 31. Since today is Giving Tuesday, if over 50 people decide to donate I myself will give $1,000.
There is still time to be apart of this historic thing happening here on campus. It’s very important that we have this representation here for us on the campus of UW–Madison. Join me today in giving!
