Other organizations I can’t speak for other sororities and I am NOT going to put my sorority in that to indicate to imply anything or to implicate myself in anything but I will say the all all together rush process that depends on the sorority it can be anywhere between
A couple of months like one or two to several months which might end up being three or four so in my opinion the intake process really depends on the organization that you’re joining and when you plan on joining because if you think about it this is the way I used to
Think when I was in undergrad not to like give any secrets I don’t know to say this is the secret this is just common sense if you watch people if you plan on doing and taking the fall well in certain schools what fall semester is what August September October November
December okay so if school’s out and schools pretty much done in November yeah because December is finals so school pretty much done over December so that leaves you with September in October so somewhere around September Tomer you’re probably going to be doing intake just like that thing cause they
Can’t start right with school starts because it’s August the end of August so they have to be either September or October it could be anywhere between one month for two months same thing in the spring January school starts February March schools done in April just high

If I’m thinking about joining an empty sorority is it best to have community service community serves at the same place I also want to ask your advice on what to wear on an informational meeting that is actually a great question so community first you always want to have community service under your belt
Just because we’re service fraternities and sororities we’re all about giving back to the community my sorority in general we are all about the education of youth and the betterment of our community and society physically economically and socially we’re all about that kind of stuff so if you already have community service under
Your belt that shows SH it has been mine get her hands dirty you don’t necessarily have to do it at one place if you want to go to more than one place that’s fine if you have one place is near and dear to your heart like Ronald
McDonald House and you like going to Ron McDonald House all the time you can do that there’s no there’s nothing wrong with that at all so if you want to have community service I would go ahead and recommend you start doing that this summer or during the wintertime whenever
You plan on joining just so you can have it on your bill and you’ll know what it feels like to give back to me if you’ve never done it before it really really does something good to the heart know that you’ve done something for some the question about informational I think
That it depends on what type of meeting it is because informational can have two meanings it could be informal where you can wear casual clothes and casual clothes being jeans nice top or your guys shorts and nice top and it’s formal informational like y’all know that
There’s going to be in everybody in this or it’s like a really kind of tint you know like you feel the pressure of something yeah I recommend wearing business casual attire or business attire business casual being a nice blazer skirt or pants to nice dress and

Joining a sorority it’s like a sense of entitlement and you don’t want to look like you know you got the part when you’re auditioning for a part to get my drift so I would not recommend wearing this towards college try wearing neutral colors wear black and white or something
Out of beige yeah they have the primary colors and there’s the sororities colors it’s fun I’m wearing and the opposing stories because you don’t want anybody that way either but those are two questions that I plan on answering today hope that that answers your questions and if you have any follow-up so freeze
