– It’s just pepper, it’s just lots. Whew, Jesus! (laughs) – Hey, my name is Briannon Kelley, and I brought today, my homemade Cajun Alfredo pasta. – My name is Samantha Smiley, and I brought my famous shrimp Cajun Alfredo pasta. – My name’s Ashley Yancey. I brought lemon Alfredo pasta served with baked salmon. – I’m going to win today because mine is not the standard take. Alfredo is heavy. I don’t want to feel weighted down like that. I have a different approach to Alfredo. I really love it with some sort of lemon or citrus, something to lighten it up. So you’re gonna feel lighter,
You’re gonna feel great about yourself. That’s the energy I put into this. – Salmon! – Okay. I love the presentation, which is why it’s giving Yard House, Olive Garden type vibes. – This is a sauce-separate and noodles-separate person. It’s not really covering the whole pasta, but it’s enough sauce for me to just do it myself. – This is very sweet. It tastes like a cake.
– This is Alfredo bought at the store. It has a lot of lemon juice. – It’s cakey. Whew, Chile. I don’t think they would approve. Salmon is good though. Salmon is cooked to perfection. This sauce, I’m stuck on this sauce. – I guess that’s why they put the lemon in.
It makes sense now, ’cause it’s fish. Okay, makes sense. But no, I didn’t enjoy it. This is a Delta at it? Yeah, this has gotta be a Delta. – And I rate it a seven because I’m not really used to a sweet Alfredo sauce. – I’m gonna give it a fair five.
It just doesn’t give me a wow factor. – Maybe add a little more color to your pasta as well. Throw some broccoli in there, put some green in there, you know, just put a little color in it. – I’m gonna win because I can cook. You know how Southern people say they put their foot in their food? Yeah, I put my foot in it. – It smells kinda Cajun-y. You can tell this is about to be a hearty plate. – Got a little kick to it. I definitely love the sausages and the sprinkle of cheese. Oh yeah, I like this. – Well, there’s green onions, there’s a lot of garnishment, which is good.
It’s probably a spice blend they used. A nice amount of sauce. – I think a Delta might have made this pasta. It’s giving that little attitude in it. This little kick that I’m tasting, it’s giving me Delta, for sure. – The sauce is clinging to those noodles. There’s not a lot more to spare. It’s a compacted, hearty meal. Got the shrimp in here, the sausage in here, additional cheese garnished on top.
It’s a punch. This could be a Zeta. (buzzer buzzes) – Sis did that. I’m not even gonna cap. (laughs) I, for sure, never had pasta with green onions in it before, and it’s a hit. I like a little more sauce in my pasta and a little more cheese.
Other than that, the flavoring, the seasoning, it’s all perfect. I would give her an eight. – If you were asking for Cajun pasta, this would get a A. On a scale of one to 10, I give it a nine. Maybe just add a little more sauce. – I’m going to win today. I use heavy whipping cream in mine, which I think makes a very unique taste with your pasta. And I also use Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic powder. I don’t use any salt. That’s kind of what makes my pasta unique is that it’s not salty.
It’s definitely made with love and finer woman. Hello. – Looks good, looks good. I like the color. – This one doesn’t have as much garnishment as the other one, which I’m not mad at. – It looks like it has some spice in it because Alfredo’s usually white, but it’s got something in there. – Needs some salt. – Very spicy, very spicy.
It has a really great kick to it, but they need some salt. (laughs) – I’m getting a lot of butter, cream, not a lot of flavor. But in the seafood, you could tell they really seasoned the shrimp. – I like the kick, I like the spice,
I like how it has green in it, so it’s like some parsley. It’s kinda Cajun-style, so I rock with that, but definitely needs salt. – You got the Alfredo, you’re trying to do the heat. It didn’t come together. I think this belongs to a AKA, ’cause it tastes like it. (buzzer buzzes)
I give it a five, it’s okay. – If I ordered this at a restaurant, I’m not gonna lie to you, I probably would send it back, just because it’s not enough flavor. This is a Zeta. (buzzer dings) From one to 10, I would give it a 7.5. – Hey, y’all, I know you remember me from the Chicken and Waffles video where I was robbed. And so I am back to make sure that a tie does not happen again. This is where they’re gonna insert the clip of a little flashback. Oh, that’s hard. Oh… I would– (fork clangs)
I would like to respectfully stop eating this. Today, I am chowing down on some Divine Nine pasta. Hopefully this goes well. Yummy. Ooh, we got fresh parm. Okay. Ooh, this one’s looking a little spicy. All right, let’s get it crackalackin’. First, we’re gonna try it pure, with just the sauce. Why is there so much lemon? No. Okay, I’m gonna try the fish. Okay, the fish is pretty good.
But the pasta, there’s so much lemon. I’m thinking this is our Zetas. (buzzer buzzes) Y’all doin’ too much. Yeah, this is a six. But the fish is good though. Already, this is feeling like a AKA. From presentation alone, this is feeling like a AKA (buzzer dings)
Because of course we put fresh parm. (laughs) We gonna taste the… Oh, it’s got a little kick afterwards. Okay, but that’s okay. But it’s tasty. It’s definitely… I’m gonna get one more bite of this. Oh! Okay, the spice gets you at the end, but it’s very good. It is very, very good.
This I would serve at a party. 9.5. Definitely an AKA. Now the color of this already, I have a feeling it’s gonna be already spicy. Whew, Jesus! There’s no flavor but pepper. Delta, this you? (buzzer buzzes) But you know what, if this is Delta, this goes on trend because, honey, Deltas are spicy.
They are spicy and they bring the party. I’m sorry, I have to give this a five, but I love y’all. We just gonna move that over there. But we gonna bring this back. – [Producer] So that’s the AKA. – Yes, girls, I knew! I knew when I saw that fresh parm.
They knew, we’re all about presentation, honey. Yes, I knew! – I knew it. Of course. (laughs)
