Hey everyone welcome back to my channel in today’s video we are going to answer the question of how to save for sorority dudes and this could be for anyone who’s trying to save Jews save dude this could be for anyone who’s trying to save money when they initially pay the dues or how
To save for their dues as they’re continuing their journey in a sorority so first things first if you want to join a sorority and you’re interested in paying your dues or paying whatever fees are due to you I always tell girls that are interested to save a minimum of a thousand dollars
The reason why I say a thousand dollars it’s because you could not only pay your dues with that depending on the sorority because different sororities have different dues if you didn’t know some sororities if you want to do more research on how much they their dues
Actually are if you check like the Greek report I know for some universities they have actual Greek report that says how much all of their dues are initial dues versus semester dues and depending on the sorority they might have those dudes listed they might not they might leave
It as a mystery but we always tell people to save a minimum of $1,000 because that not only gives you some money to have but it also may or may not cover what all you have to pay for and or it might supply your paraphernalia after you cross and things like that it
Might be more dudes but for a minimum amount I would say to strive for $1000 minimum just to give yourself just like a cushion or a foundation so how do you think reduce if you know for a fact that you want to join a sorority during a
Specific time period I would say to get a job if you don’t already have one if you have a job great if you don’t have a job in or can’t get a job right now I tell people to use your skills and charge people for those skills some
People aren’t known on college are really good at writing resumes so if you know that you’re good writing resumes then you have lots of friends who need help with their resumes charge them for writing a resume or charge them for tutoring or charge them for help with
Anything just charge people and then you can decide how much you wanna charge for what service you’re providing but when you do that it gives you some money to put into your pocket so if you have a skill set that you can use charging for that if you know how to style people
I’ve met a lot of people that want to join sororities of certain kinds they’re interested in styling so charge people with to style them and you’ll make money off of that kind of stuff so just give you an idea of what you can do the second thing that aren’t recommend doing
If you do not have a job in or charging people doesn’t work for you try to save your change if you have certain Bank apps on your phone you can use an app where you round everything up and it’ll keep your change for you and just put in
Your savings account that’s a really good way to save money because you’re not thinking about it at a time if your bank account or if your app or a debit card sorry if your debit card rounds up each time you use it you can’t that money and your savings account and not
Have to worry about it and that’s another way where you can save without having to put too much thought into it the only caveat that I would say with that is to watch your spending because some banks do charge you for overdraft things so if you’re putting money in
Certain accounts you could also have draft out of those accounts depending on how your bank account is set up and they might charge your overdraft fee just so just be mindful of your spending when you do that the third thing if not fourth thing I would recommend doing
When you want to save money is to use your financial aid I know a lot of people are in college and they do use financial aid to cover their tuition and student fees if you know that you’re going to live a bit of money from your overage checks I would recommend taking
That money and putting it in a safe place where you know you’re not going to touch it and that could be somebody that you can use towards saving to join a sorority I know some people that would get thousands of dollars and over it’s checks and they would just waste it and
Then later on when they’re interested in like using money for something else they don’t have it so if you know that you receive an over stick just put that in a separate bank account but you can’t touch or give to your parents or give it to someone that you trust to hold onto
It for you so that you yourself don’t spit in that they don’t also spend it so that you’ll have money that way too so those those are just my little piece of advice for people who are interested in saving money Ernest I hope you guys like this video if you
