Be a hundred within the next couple of years and what that couple a little more than couple and it’s at the point I don’t understand why we still have stereotypes so the ladies of aka whose colors are my belief Salman pink and apple green there the pretty girls they wear pearls

Say they don’t have a dark-skinned woman or a light-skinned woman or a short woman or a thick woman or a skinny woman or a long-haired woman or a short-haired woman or you know just in general and I’m just not understanding why this is like this because women are women and
Women are going to be in every organization however they look you know so I don’t know why we’ve decided that stereotypes are the best way to go and I’m just like let it go you don’t have to you know tell somebody oh you look cute to be a Zeta and I’m like don’t

That up as well because people just look at sorority girls for the most part I think oh they party they think they cubed or you know they stuck-up they bougie and I’m like stop I mean if that’s how you feel about somebody maybe you need to revalue reevaluate your own
Process your thought process on how you think people are instead of getting to know them so if you think somebody bougie because they don’t want to talk to you it’s not because they’re bougie maybe because you look like somebody they don’t want to be associated with
You know I mean we really really need to grow we really need to get this mindset that’s more professional these days that we look at all these sorority women as being upper-class women who are educated who are here to serve you know what I’m saying and I just don’t understand why
You would have members even of your own orgs that I tell jokes about some of the stereotypes and laughs out of instead of combating them like I clap back when somebody come in my org I clap back yeah it’s not because I’m defensive it’s because who are you to come for us what
Is your problem why are we that important to you that you need to speak on us in a negative light and I even go in for my sister Greeks because I just feel like it’s dumb like let’s move past that and let’s talk about this work that

Hair don’t go into it thinking oh I’m becoming an aka that means I have to think I’m better than all the other sorority ladies or oh I become Delta that means because we came up second and we were our founders started aka so we can throw shade or take eggs because
They not as good as us or you get to the Zetas oh because we’re constitutionally bound that makes us a better organization or of your s0 and you feel like you have to you know tell people oh I’m a lady Sigma refer to me as that and
Stuff and it’s just like y’all I gotta prove nothing to nobody stop making people important that they feel that they’re more important than you you joined your orgs for a reason keep living those truths keep doing that work thank you for spending your time with me please make sure you are
