I joined a frat almost a year ago I was in this very house when I got my bid to join the Frat I didn’t know what to expect I didn’t know what was going to happen but ever since then I became really close with all the guys in the
Frat and we have a really great time doing really stupid things because of that I spend a lot of time at the frat house and so I wanted to show you guys what it looks like many of you guys have probably seen a frat house but maybe not
Many of you have seen it in the daytime so if you come with me I’ll show you around Welcome to our frat house so why don’t you come on inside this is the Delta Todd Delta UGA fraternity house so come in come and follow me wait you haven’t proven yourself worthy yet

Going today we’re here with Nikolai so Nikolai is Ashley my little I’m as little the four elements of our fraternity are truth courage faith and power yeah today Nikolai will be demonstrating all of those qualities for you on behalf of you guys so that you guys can come and see our beautiful house

Yourself worthy of entering our frat house come on in So this is our beautiful house this is our foyer the main entrance area and the place where we hang out sleep have pillow fights you know very fun time little banister staircase we love to like run up and down these stairs all the time oh my God
And then we’re like um no they’re gonna come back down leads us into this room here which is called our rotunda so this is our like chill hangout area you know we have this beautifully crafted pool table we’re here at Delta our very Avid pool players
Um and then we have this beautiful piano here sometimes Brothers will come in here and serenade us with some beautiful beautiful tombs this is our grand Library room so it’s super big super vast you can like run all the way over here name another fraternity that has this many books in
Their house we love staying educated we usually use this room for big event type events so so just any events with other sororities or other people you know just just vibing so we literally vibe in this room all the time if you come over here this is another room that we use for
Events sometimes if they’re really big you know if they’re really big events we come in here take all the stuff out but if they’re not we just use this room mainly for storage so we have a lot of extra Furniture in here and this is our like kind of work area
People come in here and do their homework they’re like they gotta get some work done you know but really they don’t really get anything done in here ever so I don’t know why anybody ever comes in here anyway this is a really cool media room so this is where we
Usually always hang out watch TV you know usually watch our favorite YouTuber whoa I watch him too no yeah bro I love this guy he makes the best videos he just like hang out here sit down like this and then we’re just like wow what a good

Have all the Necessities to cook we have all of this stuff you know but I don’t think I’ve ever seen anybody cooking here ever but we’re always Iced Out bathrooms very guests you know and we keep them pretty clean you know you think of frat house bathroom is pretty dirty but it’s pretty
Clean you know I could use this bathroom and I do sometimes let me take you to the to the upstairs can you go up these cool stairs we have this beautiful Mosaic again inspired by the French or Italian or this is Mickey’s room Mickey why don’t you uh show us

Living in the house well I just love my room so much I have this pretty much to myself it’s like a living room down here and then a bedroom up there it’s kind of messy up there otherwise I’d show you it’s Nikki’s room thank you for the tour

Frat spirit animal come out here this leads us to the backyard so we have a very ginormous backyard so there’s our beautiful basketball court it was just redone so we have we play basketball there all the time we’re really good you know and then we have volleyball courts
And a lot of grass can you show us some of your basketball oh yeah I’ll go down there and show you our beautiful backyard so this is our backyard so yesterday we just had our pumpkin carving night so we have hella pumpkins all carved out I do
Not know what this is doing here but he probably just wanted to join the pumpkin party um so this is our backyard it’s so big and so huge so we have volleyball two volleyball courts right and then hella grass to do all your like grass things
Then over there you see that that’s a little frisbee like gold thing so you can like throw the frisbee in there I can’t really do that but like you could then we have this like like Tiki Bar our thing going on like it’s like a dock

House so it’s like we have two houses here is our study Shack so that’s where we are devoted study areas this is our study Shack so we do a lot of studying here you know we have these beautiful chairs that like are so comfortable to study in Nikki show them how you study
