A junior at the University of Alabama and I’m in the fraternity beta Epsilon Kai as you can probably tell by the title of this video we are on our Brotherhood Retreat for the fall semester every semester we’ll do a Brotherhood Retreat and go on a trip all
Together for a weekend so for this weekend we actually rented a lake house at Lake Martin in Southeast Alabama um like they’re watching football inside but anyways that’s where we are for the weekend I’m sure it’s going to be pretty fun I didn’t really Vlog a lot yesterday
Just because yesterday was more like the travel day getting settled in so we had like a two and a half hour drive from Tuscaloosa we stopped at Cracker Barrel on the way down for lunch and then for like the last 30 minutes of the drive my friends Riley and Trent decided to get
In a full-on wrestling match in my car while I was driving everybody do it actually can’t reach anything out I can’t breathe what are y’all doing this what Samuel do something I’m driving you’ll need one hand for me for the camera Spanky on my nose this can’t be comfortable for

A worship session and then we did a short devotion that’s pretty much all that happened last night we were up until like 1am but it really was just kind of like a settling end night but today is the main day here today is October 15th which means the University
Of Alabama is playing Tennessee and football we’re definitely going to be watching that later today our President Aaron is grilling burgers and hot dogs so that’ll be good oh Aaron’s looking at me right now out the window it’s just gonna be a fun day so let’s go ahead and

Everybody’s starting to get in the lake and then everybody was getting out of the lake and they were like oh we’re actually going to the store to go get cigars because you know the Alabama Tennessee game they always smoke cigars that’s just an Alabama tradition but I
Don’t smoke cigars so I’m not gonna be doing that but now everybody left I’m just here down on the dock by myself literally laying on this boat and we’re not even allowed to turn on and there’s a lot of people sitting inside just doing nothing just sitting there yo look
How pretty it is out here this place is gorgeous except for that I don’t know why they’re doing construction on that house there how dare they anyways I don’t want to have to be out here by myself and I don’t want to swim in the
Lake by myself but I think I’m about to because everybody wants to be boring Brotherhood Retreat oh yeah like I was saying though there’s a bunch of people just sitting inside doing nothing just watching TV which I mean I guess college game day so like people want to watch
Football but we’re at the lake anyways just on the boat we’ve been seeing these people go by the house with like jet skis and stuff like that and it looks so fun and so I was like waving at them like trying to get their attention I was
Gonna ask them if they would take me on a ride on their jet ski I just want to go out in the water so bad anyways I think Trent’s over there somewhere in the hammock let’s see if I can zoom in on him is that the hammock
Trent’s over there just minding his own business and there’s people up on the deck I got bored this feels so good [Applause] I jumped in it felt good it was cold it felt good We definitely need to do that getting the car at it drag someone out through the middle of the lake and leave them it looks for the camera I’m surprised that you were able to land on that I thought I’d like to shoot out 100 Um [Applause] that was a perfect ball and a perfect Edge oh what wait did you catch that out of balance I think it was and then he was just a bathroom oh my God oh my God yeah oh oh throw it away [Applause] hold on please [Applause]

Fraternity also has an intramural volleyball team I wasn’t able to play last week but now I’m back into town for this week so we have a volleyball game starting in 15 minutes foreign [Applause] by default I think we’re probably just gonna end up doing a scrimmage thank you [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] foreign [Laughter] that’s not relevant oh look at Forest he looks so lonely walking all by himself I think I’m gonna go ahead and end the Vlog here just because it’s the end of the night and that officially marks the end of Brotherhood retreat Like I was saying I had a great weekend it was so much fun getting to hang out with my fraternity Brothers at a lake unfortunately Alabama did lose the football game against Tennessee but we’re not going to talk about that besides that I had a great weekend can’t wait for next semester’s Brotherhood
