Life and save me until I read those two lines and I realized if I take radical responsibility for my life I can create anything out of it so I ran across the street to the pizza shop I grabbed a calendar and I marked off 90 days and
Put it up in my bedroom it was July 14th 2017 and um I said I was going to be 90 days sober and 20 pounds lighter so I remember going on YouTube looking up everything that I could on Fitness I found this dude named Damen Patrick I
Followed his workouts to a te I downloaded my fitness pal I started tracking my macros I threw all the alcohol out of my house and it was a journey of ups and downs over those 90 days but date 45 I remember getting into the shower and breaking down crying it
Was the first time I had cried in six years I was like what the is happening my energy was finally coming back online and I was finally starting to feel human again I was finally starting to feel emotions again um 25 days after that day 70 um uh I looked
Down at the scale at the YMCA and I was 21 lbs lighter and then uh 20 days after that I put the final X through my calendar and I was 90 days sober that changed the rest of my life and I fully believe that change in life takes for
Starts with awareness and taking radical responsibility for our life so after that I um I nervously joined my first course Tai Lopez smma course I had 8 I was $882,000 in student loan debt I had $600 to my name and um I remember getting the credit card out being so
Nervous investing in the first course and I did it I immediately regretted it but I took full advantage of it by hopping into the Facebook group and going through the course and I was just eating it up um did I get a client in the first six months no I didnât um and
Then another course came uh around um Dan Henryâs Facebook ads for entrepreneurs and I was still in debt um didnât make any money um but I put that on credit card too and two months into that course uh I learned how to better articulate my offer and what I was
Actually able to deliver and I got my first client through a referral and when we do things one time we can do them again so after that I was able to scale very quickly to 10 15K months which I did for uh about a year and then I
Bought another program to teach me how to grow my audience online on Facebook and thatâs where things took off I went into coaching um I went from coaching messenger Bots to coaching uh to going into the industry of helping people grow their Facebook groups and create their
Coaching programs and I was able to achieve external Freedom so uh got a couple of two comic Club Awards got a nice little Rolex for me and my me and my girlfriend at the time um generated over a million dollars in my bank account which was awesome got
To speak on stages with people like Dam and John it was awesome and along the way I got to help a lot of people so what weâre going to go into right now is the exact system to scale past multiple seven figures does that sound good to you guys
Co we got one message in here Tommy 1.5 okay I love it Iâll take It so artist phase really just comes down to not getting distracted by shiny object syndrome and fully committing it it there thereâs no tricks about it itâs just fully committing to getting out of artist phase Iâm going to share with you guys in a second what are
The keys to getting out of artist phase but all that matters in this phase is nailing down one high ticket offer Market it Market it hard shake up the marketplace and sell sell sell everything else doesnât matter the key word in this phase is momentum because
Where most people screw up is they get momentum something happens in their life and then theyâre like you get to momentum and you stick in momentum for at least six months to a year and youâll be able to scale out of this easily um fully commit get momentum
Stay in momentum and a lot of it comes down to your energy and your mindset which weâll talk a little bit later on in the presentation but scaling out of this is just one beta offer I tiet beta offer one marketing channel growing one channel generating leads one sales
Strategy and build your audience if you build your audience youâll never be poor again if you have one solid offer and an audience you will never be poor again so um I remember this uh this moment um I fully committed to growing my Facebook group for six months three months into
It I had about 800 members in there and I did my first launch post and I got a 100 comments on my launch post and um I decided I was only going to take eight spots at $800 and I filled them up in um in 24 hours and that was the first time
I had ever made $6,400 in a day I was like oh my God I will never be poor again so I continued to grow my audience and continued to launch offers and all of that and um if you just commit to moving traffic that you donât
Own to traffic that you do own and you own as much traffic as possible and you get really good with offers you have two of the biggest skill sets of Building Wealth and and building your business possible so that is the point of artist phase moving traffic that you donât own
To traffic that you do own so you can Market to them over and over and over without having to pay for it or getting scared of getting kicked out of a group and having one solid simple offer so what we teach inside the Brotherhood and inside of anything where people are just
Starting their offer is we have the offer one cheater which is just a Google Document to sell off of donât get distracted like me when I was launching my Agency for the first time and remember I didnât make any sales for the first six months I was focused on my
Website and business cards and all this stuff that wasnât generating revenue or new eyeballs on my stuff the only thing that matters is building your audience uh getting traffic that you own and refining your offer does that make sense cool and another way to say this is content conversations and calls
Thatâs all that matters content conversations and calls the three Câs cool does that simplify it for you guys cool and Vic good to see you man thanks for being here I like the angle the upward angle thatâs nice cool all right so once we scale out of artist
Phase I call this Builder phase and each phase Demands a new identity new personal identity so we can shift our behavior and take the actions that we need to take and focus on the things that we need to focus to scale to the next phase most people donât know this
Stuff donât know what identity that they need to tap into and donât know uh what to focus on thatâs what Iâm giving to you now so build phase 10K to 50K most business owners fail to scale past this phase because they get lost in client delivery so a lot of people go through
The income roller coaster and maybe thereâs somebody here uh that started jumping into a lot of one-on ones they got some money but then they go back down to zero because they got lost in client delivery and lost sight of top of funnel so they get lost in client
Delivery and theyâre terrified to hire support so they enter the dreaded income roller coaster and some people go back down to zero right so the key to scaling out of Builder phase is systemized delivery so have videos have Sops have a solid onboarding have uh check-ins at a
Regular Cadence and as youâre scaling from 10K to 50K these are three key hires to have in place One parttime support specialist so they support you on client deliveries so you can keep Focus on top of funnel one part-time VA that can get the little things off your
Plate like uploading the videos and editing videos and that sort of stuff and then one salesperson my first hire in this phase was Grant ersson when I was running tribe of buyers he did setting closing so he was part of the Facebook group Community would have conversations he
Would set them and close them that helped me scale so much faster and then one nurture source and conversion system so nurture source for me back in the day was just the Facebook group now itâs the community inside of here right and then one conversion system is a vssl
Webinar one thing that is your primary way to warm people up and convert them into calls right does that make sense so if you donât get distracted by the other and you just focus on this youâll be able to scale out of uh Builder phase does that make sense you guys with me
Cool so once weâre above 50k months we enter systemizer phase so most business owners fail to scale out of this phase because they continue to do what was working in the past which is just working forcing going blah blah blah this Demands a new identity of a true
Business owner which means one must step into a leadership Ro start systemizing and onboarding new team members that they can use as leverage to scale to the next level the big thing in systemizer phase is systems and Leadership so two new skills that you might need to develop when youâre
Between 50 and 100K per month to make it sustainable does that make sense you guys with me cool so in this phase you want to have at least one brain on your team team how I look at business and team members is that we have hearts brains and hands
Right we have the hands that do they Implement they do the work we have the brains that can think our leadership team that can manage and think and put things into place to delegate to the hands and then you guys are the hearts the business owners that make the
Heartbeat for the business the vision the values the principles the delegation the leadership in this phas so you want to be able to delegate some of your thinking in this phase and have at least one brain on your team also whatâs super critical are Sops and systems so having your tools nailed
Down what tools youâre using and have a good basis of using them what processes actually go into place across offer creation Marketing sales delivery operations human resources and having those Sops nailed down and your team might look like this one to two sales reps one to two Setters one to two VA
Support and then uh client support one really awesome thing that if you guys are coaches and you have a high-end backend offer one of the most awesome forms of Leverage is a coaching bench so this is what we have inside of Masters of business and what Iâve had in
Seven figure CEO is you have four specialist coaches or five on your coaching bench that do a daily call so in masters of business we have a uh we have our operations coach we have a sales coach we have a marketing coach and we have an offers coach right so
Itâs covering most all of business and the cool thing about uh the coaching bench most people just do this for exposure so do it for exposure and impact so itâs just one call per week little bit support here and there and it it doesnât break the bank account
Account itâs really nice does that make sense cool so then business owner phase 100K to 300K per month most business owners fail to scale out out of this phase because they hir too many hands and not enough brains so scaling past this phase demands the middle management or at
Least some brains on your team that you can delegate thinking to so Iâve had uh quite a few people people join masters of business theyâre over 30k per month and um theyâre over 30k to 100K to 200k per month and we look at their team together and they donât have anybody
That they can delegate thinking to and the only way to scale out of this phase is if you have other thinkers in your business that you can delegate to right does that make sense are you guys with me cool so delegate thinking to scale out of this phase
Cool so what do you guys taken away so far whatâs been most helpful yeah it all just feels like a lot of ones focus on one thing at each level and then Cascade uh momentum and growth from that yeah they becoming singularly minded yeah 100% Focus yeah about you Nick am
Mer I guess itâs just figuring out like for instance a thinker right like what I guess for me personally I just donât understand where what that thinker would do or what what their you know how I can delegate what I do to them so that they can do it
Better I guess itâs just the skill of Delegation what phase are you currently in um um I weâre doing about 70k uh a month so I Iâm in that thing but itâs like weird because I know I lack some of the stuff like from before that if that makes
Sense like the skills that get up to that point if that makes sense yeah I gotta go back I gotta go back and like fig like make those better and and kind of go up with it but thatâs where weâre at now awesome yeah yeah one of the this
Might help um one of the first thinkers that I hired was Avery Ford and tribe of buyers I remember I was nervous as I was only paying him like $5,000 a month at that time and he was full-time and he was really good at what he did um
And uh he helped with the client delivery so he was client support he would build out the videos he would build out Sops and he got a lot off my plate when it came to client delivery and making sure the clients were supported so that can be an example of a
Brain like they own a department whether thatâs sales or client delivery or marketing I recommend not getting marketing off your plate um like definitely marketing and sales are the biggest skill sets that you can build up before hitting 100K per month you want to get some of the sales calls off your
Plate but definitely marketing is crucial because those are Departments of influence and persuasion and the better we get at influence and persuasion during those phases the better we become a leader at the higher phases um so I hope that gave you a better example of of totally yeah thank you totally sweet
Good stuff cool what about you Nick I think the the idea of building community in the past itâs been basic just knocking on as many doors as possible um and building a lot of ones or as many ones as I can um so I think just working on that Community aspect
And nurturing them out yeah uh I love that thatâs huge dude um I remember reading uhcom secrets back in the day by Russell Brunson and the there was one simple graphic that was just move traffic that you donât own to traffic that you do own and then I got
Obsessed with that and thatâs just building your audience and when you have eyeballs and attention on your stuff um and people are consuming it um thatâs thatâs the new Gold Mine uh in todayâs society itâs just attention so I love that good stuff cool well we got about
20 minutes left um and Iâve got some more gold for you here um not sure if weâre going to be able to get through all of it so next weekâs call will go even deeper um on the 3E methodology but like I brought up earlier I had all of the external
Freedom in the world but what I was lacking and I completely burnt out is because I didnât have internal Freedom so I didnât have the ability to direct my thoughts feelings and actions or the awareness of my thoughts feelings and actions to direct them to where I wanted
Them to go so one morning in uh 2021 I I was in the fetal position in my office in Miami and I was hearing the slack notif notification just pop off the wall my body was shaking I felt completely numb I had all the the money but I
Wasnât able to actually be aware of the real thoughts that were going on in my head I couldnât feel into my body and I was completely burnt out and I shook up everything and I broke up with my girlfriend that day I walked into her room broke up bought the next flight to
Enenas California to get away from everything to rejuvenate to reset and um I went into a two-month depression until I went to shivanand ashram Ranch I spent a month with yogis and I did a Karma Yoga program so I just mowed the lawn every single day uh chanted
Meditated um ate shitty vegan food for a whole month and my nervous system finally came back online and I started to feel like myself again I started to ask myself the deeper questions of like who am I why am I here what am I meant to do
Um and unknowing ly I entered a spiritual season I had been in a wealth season for 5 years and I was forced into a spiritual season to reconnect with myself and I did that and it was awesome and then I was lonely because I was at an asham by myself for a month
So then I started traveling and thatâs actually when I met Matt in Morocco and I was meeting up with people around the world um and I entered a relationship season in my life and I stayed in that for about six months and then the idea came to my mind for masters of business
And masters of Fate helping uh men achieve internal and uh external freedom and internal Freedom that I was able to achieve with my time off um and in that process of traveling meeting up with people starting the new business um I came up with this methodology that intertwines some mysticism some uh
Spirituality and business allinone and this took me over $500,000 of investing in the best um business and personal development programs in seven years of my life to create Iâm just going to give it to you right now does that sound good put some ones if that sounds good to you

Part of our brain to our prefrontal cortex and that regulates our thoughts feelings and actions so weâre most connected to our highest self we get into the heart and out of the head and enter flow instead of force and Iâll share with you why that actually happens
In a few moments here then when weâre evolving our identity it comes down to identifying our values what we truly care about our vision ultimately where we want to go creating our beliefs from our vision not our current circumstances I am people are life is statements and principles to make the best decisions
Possible for Life business and relationship right so once weâve got energize your state evolve your identity then itâs about executing our plan Iâm going to share with you guys how to actually identify what system to implement at what time based on where youâre at in life and business does that sound good
To you guys cool so with energizing your body most people shove down their emotions and ignore every sign their body is telling them how many of you guys have gone through this experience in your life where you know the intuition is coming up and youâre just like no no and you
Shove it down this contributes you to only working at 10% of what youâre truly capable of and most men force their emotions down for so long that it manifests into burnout or depression like it did for me the first thing that uh we do inside the Brotherhood and what
Iâll share with you here is provide the tools and protocols to reprogram your biology for productivity and connection you will drastically reduce your stress levels that kill your focus and rapidly increase dopa natural dopamine serotonin oxytocin endorphin production this will lead to you adding two to three hours

Dopamine serotonin endorphins and oxytocin to find a balance in uh these uh these hormones so that we enter a flow State instead of being constantly frustrated with an over production of cortisol so itâs kind of cool if you guys have gone deep down the rabbitâs hole of uh masculine and feminine
Energies you can also break these down into masculine and feminine cortisol dopamine very much masculine hormones and neurotransmitters serotonin endorphins and oxytocin very much feminine neurotransmitters so when we have a balance of these thatâs when we ultimately enter a balance and Flow State of the masculine and feminine the
Intention and the surrender to enter flow does that make sense are you guys with me or am I going to to biological here and metaphysical Okay cool so in spiritual Alchemy um when youâre energizing your physical state youâre releasing endorphins when youâre stimulating your mental state youâre releasing dopamine when youâre
Processing your emotional state youâre releasing ing serotonin and when you have all three plus oxytocin which is the connection chemical connection to yourself connection to others you enter the Peak Performance spiritual energy state right so by systematically introducing these using energy rituals into our life we start to live our in our spiritual

He was a weightlifter right that he was a bodybuilder it starts with our identity and what are we saying to ourselves who we are is it actually driving the results that we want in life words are powerful theyâre Magic we learned spelling in elementary school itâs literally casting spells on
Ourselves and other people when we use words right um so if you get anything out of this presentation be more conscious of your words that youâre using for yourself two of the most powerful statements are I am and you are I am is installing an identity into ourselves you are is installing an
Identity into someone else thatâs why you see some parents with rambunctious kids and I can 10 out of 10 guess that theyâre probably telling their kids theyâre crazy theyâre rambunctious and theyâre installing that identity into them but when we catch them being like soft and sweet and calm and we say oh
Thank you so much for being calm I appreciate how calm you are we start to install that new identity into another person but people arenât conscious enough of their words and what theyâre actually doing when theyâre using their words on themselves and other people so if you get anything out of that identity
So how do you tap into a new identity well first itâs about identifying what you truly care about your core values because thatâs where Life Starts thatâs where we find our Dharma our purpose what weâre meant to do on this Earth is by identifying what we truly care about
And I used to create so many Visions back in the day and a lot of them became true multiple 7even figure business had the Rolex had the car had the girlfriend all that stuff but I didnât start start with my values so I ended up a place I
Didnât actually want to be so we start with our values and then we create our vision so our purpose Miss Mission Vision and then we create our beliefs from our vision mission purpose so we can live from our highest self and um have the identity installed of our
Highest self from our vision so weâre being our future self now instead of living in our current circumstances and this comes down to three of the most powerful statements I am people are life is Iâll share some examples here with you in a second and then we have
Principles which is all about decision making around life around business around finances um and Iâll share some examples here for you too and whatâs cool about principles you can make one principle in your life your business or your finances that changes the rest of your life and Iâll share an example here coming
Up so hereâs some my core values we use the human OS system inside the Brotherhood and inside of our other programs so itâs all structured how many of you guys have created a vision on a Google Document and then lost it or wrote it down on a journal in the human
OS I made sure that we never that never happen again it all goes into one system so we donât have time for this but weâll definitely go deeper into it uh next week the five different types of core values Iâll have you guys create your educational and Vocational values
Which are two of the most powerful types because you can build your business around this so how I love working is re researching systemizing and teaching so that is my core role in the business and then I can hire around that so what am I doing right now Iâm teaching but what
Have I done Iâve researched it Iâve systemized it now Iâm teaching it right what do I love to learn human behavior socio Dynamics and spiritual studies so thatâs what I research systemize and teach so when you know your educational and Vocational values you build your life around those things and youâre
Always lit up right create your vision from your values create your beliefs from your vision and create your principles from your highest self so hereâs some examples so life can be if itâs not a yes itâs a hell no you can install that right now and if you make decisions
That way youâll be way more lit up by life business if I wonât work with somebody for a lifetime I wonât work with them for a day this has helped me so much with hiring hiring people that I love surrounding myself with and also that do the best work right um
Relationships 1+ 1 equals 11 relationships only um since implementing this Iâve had relationships drop off in my life that werenât best for me was wasnât best for them and it opened up space for more 1+ 1 equal 11 relationships and finan es only invest into what you know about thatâs a simple
Example but you can have as many principles as you want um inside of each of these categories and oftentimes just installing one new principle into your life business relationships or finances can change the rest of your life um so example here uh Doug botton uh came to one of our events last year
Broke through some of his biggest fears refined his Vision Values beliefs and purpose and started to focus only on high ticket offers and now he built multiple seven fig business and spoke on stage at funnel hacking live um uh this year actually and that a lot of that came
From breaking those beliefs and setting a new vision being on stage all that stuff pretty cool one of my favorite quotes here um the world will ask you who you are and if you donât know the world will tell you and the world was telling me who who
I was supposed to be or should be for the longest time and it wasnât until I fully clearly defined my vision my values my principles my beliefs where I now Iâm able to tell the world who I am right so we have more that weâll go into
