Anything I promise you I’m not but on yesterday the Hampton uh University Alumni Association dropped off of baskets of uh for Thanksgiving with all kinds of items in and they had this little sign in all their baskets and and I’m just saying what they said uh when
Their basket was sitting on the table they said where’s the green and gold stuff I said they they said this this from the Hampton alumni they said where’s the where’s the behold the green and gold section I I said well I don’t know I I I don’t know but they they

They have been collecting funds and and they about $100 short and they going to be downstairs if anybody want to seore a seed into the junior missionaries that help get the boxes from the US to abroad you’ll be able to see them down below but not only the junior missionaries are
Working I want you to know our young people are working our youth ministry has a uh a angel tree downstairs and you able to grab a name off you’re able to grab a family and swort into somebody else’s life as good as God has being to
Us let us take an opportunity to bless somebody else amen amen I wanted to take time and to bring uh things over from 5:22 we had all the art supplies I wanted you to be able to see that because again the young people of First Baptist Church along with the young
People of ready Academy have been commissioned do artwork the suppliers are all here they start painting on their message Sunday day uh M re Michelle what day is it the message Sunday day next Sunday next Sunday next Sunday so young people come and something you can paint with you want to
Start working on your uh your artwork so it’s going to go up in the new apartments Kindred and uh and origin uh the new apartments that’s between the station in here the artwork that our young people would do they have been commissioned to be able to uh to do that
And so we want to get it back to the organization by uh right before Christmas so please please have your young people uh come and prepared uh next week to be able to do that on the first Sunday of the month first Sunday of December would be our youth explosion
And our youth Extravaganza we want to as a congregation be intentional about our efforts to impact the lives of our young people amen so we don’t want to see them as a dend to what they do what we do but certainly swn into the fabric of who we
Are and so we’re going to be doing some very attentional things with our young people trying to really help them to grow in their love and their uh their service to the Lord Jesus Christ amen so look forward to that look forward to that a wide variety of Ministries will
Be on display in that first Sunday in December our community choir our young people from all over will be coming and just speaking of young people I thought I saw Deacon Anderson in the back he standing at the door he had his lown Track Team out on yesterday serve in uh

Things that we going to be very intentional about doing and one of those things happen to be evangelism we’re going to be very intentional about our evangelism so Pastor Gloria Brick House we’ve identified that the origin building that new building that’s coming online this senior housing of some 72
Units going to be our first pen on this map that we’re going to engage in a totally new way of trying to be able to engage uh the residents that live there that’s new to this community to maybe they want to be a part of this Fellowship so so look for some great
Things if you’re interested in being a part of that movement see please see Pastor Gloria uh brick house for that amen amen another thing that we certainly want to be very intentional about is our uh effort to engage our virtual audience especially our seniors who are shutting especially of our
Seniors who sometime we are making announcements about the pantry and all these things we’re giving away but they don’t have the mobility or the transportation to get here I want you to know that in January we’ll start a new program which we’re going to going to

Imagination a little more I want you to to be in prayer for a grant that was submitted uh this week by our development I mean by Our Community Partners in the newbi foundation working along with Farmers all in up and down Virginia using the waterways there’s a
Grant that went out for the Department of Transportation for black uh Farmers for the black caucus in which they’ll take the produce and use the waterways to transport it so the Department of Transportation how do we get more Vehicles off the road the food will be
Loaded on barges come down the in Co away and you will be able to stop at uh Richmond Virginia and offload stop at Petersburg and hope well and offload and then come to nor and offload I didn’t even know First Baptist had long showman I didn’t even know

Sea I’m thankful that in this land I love we are free to disagree we where we aspire to so much more than mediocracy I keep this mental list of gifts and add to each each day like God’s unique and precious love who patience never sway a similar list I know you

Easier for you to concentrate on things to be able to look longer longer at situations to view things different all because you have a spirit and an attitude of gratitude matter of fact matter of fact not only does it bless our sleep and improve our focus it helps you to feel
Better about who you are it it says being grateful helps you to view the world in such a way that you start to imagine yourself and see yourself in better and positive situations all because you start to look out different you have a better not only Outlook but

Outcomes it says that our stress level goes down our hypertension can be dealt with our blood pressure all these things can come to a place of being uh in Better Health our cardiovascular health can be better simply because of your mental attitude and your approach and
