Versus them and some of the older generation give us hope like tell us what you’re seeing yeah I mean I think the reality is that every generation has always seen the The Faults of the generation that comes out them and pointed it out you know people you know the Millennials were the young
Ones at one point and and so sure there’s there’s negative attributes generally speaking but what I’m seeing and what I’m excited about a few things with Gen Z specifically is that they are passionate about the causes that they get behind and we’re seeing we’re seeing them rise up about some ungodly causes
Some things that that they are like I’m we’re going to fight for this we’re going to raise our voice for this um but obviously every bit of sin is just a twisted version of what God actually created and God wants them to be passionate about his his causes and and
Godliness and so um I want to believe for a generation that we can reach them and that they’ll Rise Up In Action for God’s cause the second thing that I personally notice about Jen Z is they want authenticity it’s one of the reasons why I even personally in my studio I have
This conflict in terms of like I’m buying the nice cameras and the nice lights because I want to produce something that’s quality but it’s like this Paradox where we’re also seeing just a rise and there’s something about just grabbing a cell phone it being a little grainy but people just being real
And raw and and that’s what the culture wants and so um I just think that like they’re they’re tired of what what they feel like is plastic just like if it’s church people painting on a smile but being somebody else Monday through Friday and so I know that there’s a lot
Of challenges with this generation but when they get something that’s real and authentic I think it grips their heart and so everybody in the kingdom of God especially the older Generations owe it to the the upand cominging Gen Z and gen Alpha to be authentic yeah and I think
That that they love that and when they really experience something real they grab on to it no I think that’s so cool I love your point the other thing I thought was interesting is I read an article um I wish I had it in front of
Me but I don’t but it was about the death of celebrity pastors and how Generations Z and Alpha don’t like celebrity they don’t like the power of celebrity they like the power of the average person being able to speak with great Authority and I’ve never heard that before because I feel like even
When you study marketing and branding people will say become a big name or brand and in that that’s what we’ll sell to people but this next generation is like I mean if you watch Tik Tok right now people who are you’ve never heard of or seen before are selling products like
Crazy in weird ways and very unique ways and out selling and outperforming online marketing through Google ads and it’s just crazy like the the disconnect between the older and younger but when it comes to pastors it seems like they’re looking for something that’s a little different not just the person who
Can speak on a Sunday morning and who has a great presentation have you seen this yeah I mean I I think we’re experiencing this across just outside of even Christendom but you know I think it’s like one of the reasons for example that somebody like Mr Beast is so big because
He just is he’s coming off to this generation like just a real guy just an everyday guy now of course he’s doing crazy things but but he’s not he’s not a celebrity because he was in movies or doing this or that and um so think that
There’s always going to be a degree of celebrity in the sense of people are known people’s names are known but it’s not the same as it was in the past it’s and I I think it comes back to again the authenticity and the being real it’s like you said there’s people online
Social media that are that are like selling products and things like this but they’re not really known for music or Media or movies or something like that they they’ve grown online with an audience that’s actually much larger than some of the big celebrity names is because they’ve just built relationship
With people like in their regular everyday life online or social media or whatever and so they they actually have a voice of of sway in people’s real life and social media’s changed the game in terms of access to people or this feeling of access where you can DM
Anybody you know almost and it may not go through but like there’s a there’s an access there that there’s never been that before you could write fan mail in the old days but you can even talk to most pastors and it’s like can I’ve gone on and asked questions of people who
Aren’t part of our Christian stream Who would know me and just asked a question to an online Christian social commentator and they immediately write back so there’s an access point that’s never been there for the traditional Pastor all of a sudden it’s like they actually feed off of the questions and
Answers and talking and connecting whereas your average Pastor has like The Bodyguard syndrome because they’re being overly accessed maybe they don’t have the right boundaries in place and so I do think that’s it’s super interesting you bring that up because I think that there’s that does change the dynamic
With a lot of people who are planting and thinking about their online real estate being as important as their you know online offline real estate and maybe their church building I love all this and I think it’s so cool because I mean just like working out it’s not fun

Like the title of the course they’re Pathways to God’s presence so they’re Avenues or roads that we can walk down in order to grow closer in our relationship with God and so it’s just a it’s just a surface level invitation we’re talking about meditation uh biblical Godly meditation not Eastern
New AG Med New Age meditation so we’re talking about the difference between the two because there’s a lot of wow New Age things in culture today but the concept of biblical meditation belongs to God not the other religions so we’re talking about uh biblical meditation memorization we’re talking about fasting
And prayer we’re talking about Solitude and simplicity and uh we’re ending with h focusing on specific aspect of praise and worship uh out of the Hebrew and and so it should be fun it’s just a foundational course but I would encourage anybody that’s interested it’s it’s not about legalistically doing these things it’s
About actually getting to tap into the heart and the presence and the voice of God in a greater deeper way and uh these are just Pathways no and it’s so important to do I love that you’re doing it right now because it’s right before

Thing that comes with the holidays is difficult relationships so when we look at Family difficulties or marriage difficulties or just navigating relationships that are in a hard time I know so many of us we rely on conflict models that we grew up in or we look at
Life and we look at how maybe a pastor has displayed it but it doesn’t work when we try it at home maybe he said it a sermon and we try and do whatever that sermon was and whatever he said just didn’t work in our marriage or with our
Kids or maybe we watched a child behaviorist on TV or a doctor film moment or something and we try and repeat those I know like I used to watch Caesar Milan and try and do training like that for my dogs but unfortunately I don’t believe in a lot of the things
He does when it comes to not letting your dogs have affection for you or sleep on your bed or whatever I’m I’m no good when it comes to Caesar Milan’s normal so I can’t use his training methods for my dogs because it just won’t work because it’s not followed all
The way through and many of us don’t ever get the counseling or the retraining that we need and at the same time the people that we’re involved with even if we do if we get life coaching or if we get counseling if we get Inner healing a lot of times the people we’re
Involved with they may not have those you those same tools that they’re activating their lives and so we get further and further apart because we get to a healthier place but we don’t know how to relate to that coworker anymore we don’t have a relationship anymore
With somebody at church that we used to do a project with well I’m going to give you five things that God’s going to do to help you in this season because he wants to give you life up but he wants to build relationship with you but I
Want to go to number one and number one is that God has a promise of guidance the scripture always assures us that God’s our constant companion we know that but he’s really showing up big he shows up big big big big when it comes to relational challenges and Isaiah
41:10 it says fear not for I am with you be not dismayed for I am your God I will strengthen you I will help you I will uphold you with my righteous right hand now think of that in the context of picture that relationship that’s so difficult right now and then God’s
Saying fear not and he’s saying I’m going to strengthen you I’m going to help this relationship I’m going to help you in it I’m going to uphold you which means you’re not going to fail and you’re not going to fall and this relationship won’t oppress you to the
Point where you are going to die and I don’t have divorce on the table of my heart even if you do or maybe separation the relationship I want to do something that’s powerful with my hand my righteous right hand which means the ability of God to do something that’s
Beyond our humanness his Supernatural righteousness will come in and get involved and this verse really reminds me as I read this that God wants to speak to you that you’re never alone and when you understand the fullness of just the scripture God’s always pointing out relationships being core to who we are
And as we walk with him he’s going to help us to navigate those hard places of relationships and I know some of you are saying how do I hear God when it comes to a hard relationship well part of it is that we have to look at some of the

Going to help me and do some Listening Prayer and I would even start with God I’m not going to ignore their pain or disassociate from the things that I think were wrong but I do want to gain perspective again about who they are to you so help me God see them after your
Heart help me to see not just the potential of who they could be if they choose you but what are the some of the things I can celebrate about who they are today what are some of the things that I can come back into being grateful for what are some of the memories
Because I don’t know if you’ve ever seen this but when people are going through a divorce before that even three months before that they might be saying I’m so glad I married this person they’re the greatest in the world and can’t believe God gave me such an amazing person three
Months after they start to do the divorce process they’ve Rewritten the whole narrative in their heads they always did this to me they always shut me down they always nagged me they always demanded from me and it’s never like this oh I’m grateful for who they are it’s always a negative narrative and
It makes people disconnect easier but it’s not the healthy way to go it’s not how God’s wired us it’s how our flesh is wir to deal with great Brokenness is to disconnect disassociate and to really become a victim of the whole situation but God’s spirit even when things are
Going to break apart and there’s times for divorce there’s biblical reasons for divorce so even if there’s a Biblical reason reason for divorce God wants us to leave that with Equity of what we gained in the relationship to put into future relationships so he doesn’t want us to dishonor the entire person because
Of our hurt or because of that negativity you know negativity has seven times more imprinted fact on our neurobiology than positivity that’s why we have to practice the positive we have to practice gratitude we have to practice beliefs in the goodness of who God is and who people are whereas
Negativity it just comes to us naturally and as a matter of fact it’s the lowlands of our neur neurology where we will rehearse negativity over and over and over but positivity we have to develop those neural Pathways to where it becomes a routine and so I would
Encourage you God wants you to even sit down and and re rehearse your your Narrative of who this person is to you with him involved and with gratitude for the good parts and with even seeing what they brought you and what God brought through them to your life regardless of
Maybe abuse or regardless of maybe bad decisions they’ve made or regardless of maybe some of the hurt they’ve caused that even in that sometimes you can take different responsibility than when everything’s their fault and you’re just angry or they’ve done something that’s so painful that you’ve written off all
The good parts so I’m going to pray over you Holy Spirit would you just allow us to come into a place even over these holidays Lord over Christmas coming up some people are watching this in Thanksgiving week I pray that you would help us to come into the most balance we
Can come into when it comes to relationships and walking with you in healthy relationship God that you’re going to speak to us and we receive your voice over our relationships we receive your voice over people we need to forgive people we need to have a hard conversation with people we need to set
Boundaries with people that we don’t even know where to start with again people that we’re currently in active conflict with we pray that you would speak to us and help us to navigate you hold the compass that will guide our heart in your hand your voice and your
Heart and your will and your ways bring healing to relationship strife and I pray that you would do that just inside of us right now Lord the precious relationships that we’re starting to give up on because we’re so discouraged would you heal the discouragement of hearts and God even that word I gave
That the more mature you get the less Strife there is or the less drama there is in relationship uh issues and and it’s no longer one good step forward with God and one step of the enemy forward where there’s Warfare but it’s so many steps forward with you Jesus and
Though things happen they don’t shake us they don’t shake us to our core around us because we have such a balanced identity in our lives we’re walking with emotional and spiritual and mental health and I pray that you would do that Lord someone of us have some mental
Health issues when it comes to relationships some anxiety disorder some depression where we can’t see who these people are anymore would you heal us would you heal that that mental health issue that’s inside of us that doesn’t allow us to see what you’re doing in this relationship anymore and Lord those
Of us who are believing for something that’s completely outside of our power for maybe a restoration of an addict or somebody who is a grandchild or a child that has lost their way and we have no ability to do anything but surface I pray God that you would take us even in
This holiday season past the surface take us to the deepest place we can get to from your heart and their heart to just have connect time to just have that place of Love growing between us in Jesus name and I pray for an anointing over your holidays and I love you guys I
