More than you need them we need you more do you need us you know I’m saying but the thing is it feels like you need us more than we need you the way is marketing that goes for a lot of things in life you know I’m saying jobs
Actually need you more that you need them you know I’m saying you’re gonna apply for a job the only reason why I posted because they need that role to be physical so they need you actually more than you need them yeah think about it like that and thing is I get so many
Teams of people panicking and stressed and all this but if you go into the mindset like these guys need me more than you know I need them now that’s not gonna say they taking anybody do you need to be presentable marketable you still need to be on your a-game and all
Your I’m not saying that these NPHC organizations will take anybody that’s not what I’m saying what I’m saying is you need to go in with the mindset like they need me just as much as I need them if you’re going with that mindset you wouldn’t be as
Stressed you wouldn’t be as nervous you wouldn’t be panicking like you will be comfortable you know I’m saying and the more you think about it like that the better you’ll be able to navigate through this process as far as getting online and becoming a member and you know finally wearing some letters I’m
Not gonna lie yes I was a nervous person whenever I was looking at joining PhD organization I was nervous I was like dang they don’t want me this now I was the same way but going back and looking at it and going through the business side of things
Phoebe members we need members you know saying like if you auto show interest then what good are we we don’t die out and that’s why some chapters diable like looking at it in that perspective that’s why I’m saying this I don’t want you going out here being cocky and arrogant
And all this like oh yeah they need me now you still got to make yourself marketable presentable you still got to go to events you still got to have community service be a leader get the grades had a GPA you still gotta have all that this is just to transform your
Mind into thinking and just so you don’t have to be as nervous and panicking all the time cuz I know this is a stressful process I know I’ve been there done that before we know it see the thing that note is anything that you want is gonna
Seem like it’s harder for you to attain it you know I’m saying like when you go to these interest meetings and NPHC orientations and stuff like that they’re marketing themselves by their marketing themselves showing notable members what they do on campus different things they accomplished that’s like wow I don’t
Want to do that and that gives you that mindset like you haven’t done that yet but you need to join to get to that and be that and be just like them and want to aspire to be one of those members that’s what gets you into thinking like
That I need them more than they need me NPC organizations don’t have quarters nvac organizations don’t have to have lines they don’t have to host IG meetings and rush they don’t have to they can be up to one they can have one member on the yard one member in the
Grad chaplain and still not host interest meeting to gain new members it’s like there’s no quotas Nationals is not saying your chapter need to have this many people that your child need to have this many now some campuses will require some student organizations that have a certain amount of members in
Order to be deemed as active organization on campus so I think the University of South Carolina was like you need to have at least six or seven members in your organization in order to be deemed active on campus I don’t know if that’s change probably so by now but sometimes those type of
Things make it seem like BPHC organizations have quotas and you know sometimes they put stress on the NPHC organizations I don’t think that’s right but you know campuses do that internet and I know a lot of MPAC members that follow me subscribe to me call me like
No we don’t need them as much as they need us I’m not trying to say that the interest need us more than we need them and I’m not saying we need them more than they need us I feel like it’s equal I really do I feel like this equal
Because that end 8mph see organizations are businesses this is need people in order to look if any of these returning sororities get down today less than the amount of members they have now let’s say one of our MPAC organizations end up having less than a thousand members
You don’t think they’re neat people more than the people actually need them like you got think about it in different aspects like that a lot of people don’t like to put EPA see organizations in a business aspect but that that’s it man that’s that’s the part of the dudes that
You pay is going to Nationals so the more members that you know get into the organization the more money Nationals will have to do all these different things like it is a business but that’s not saying that we will take anybody because that’s not the case because we
Actually have a lot of people interested in MPAC organizations so we’re still able to be selective now once that time comes where it’s not as many people interested in NPHC organizations or fraternities and sororities in general then that’s when I feel like you know we’ll be in some big trouble so yeah
That’s the truth y’all truth is we need y’all dissing much as you need us it’s a 50/50 things think of us as regular people and just chill relax everything will be fine you don’t have to worry about it if they don’t choose you I know you feel some type of way
