Giving up we all been there everybody that joined the NPHC organization have been to that point at some point in their lives as far as showing interest but guess what we kept going and we persevered so that’s what this video is going to be about it’s about not giving

Much stuff you have to do is so much things that you have to embody as a person before they even start looking at you and this is with life in general you will be challenged and sometimes when you challenge the hardest the best things come to you and sometimes when
It’s easy it’s not the best things for you so make sure you keep that mindset that everything anything that’s worth having never comes easy a lot of people give up because they might be a little bit weak and I hate to say it but NPHC organization is not for the weak you
Have to be strong minded you have to be strong willed you have to have that mindset that if I don’t get any cool imma still do me but not the mindset of if I don’t get in what I’m gonna do you start crying store sobbing you like it
PA see organization should be addition to your life it should not make your life if it’s making your life then you’re gonna react in a certain way but if this is an addition to your life you gonna be like okay well then get in on
To the next I know it sounds easy to do that but just think of it like that like do not put the NPHC organization on a pedestal if you do not make it the first time don’t give up don’t feel like that is something personal keep pursuing and
Things will come to you eventually sometimes you have to be challenged like a lot of people just give up the first time they go to interest meeting and don’t get selected or the first time they fill out an application and don’t get selected they just give up like
Point Blank like oh I guess that wasn’t for me but it’s not always the case sometimes it’s other things that might have went on that might have impact your selection process at that moment but that does not mean you’re not automatically you know fit for organization as a whole but just might
Not be at that moment if you give up on your first attempt then it’s not for you anyway you know I’m saying like you have persevere you have to keep going because unless you get into the organization gonna be so many challenges it’s gonna be so many different lanes coming at you
It’s gonna be so many different experiences and you have to know how to handle yourself and that’s why MPAC organization looking for strong-willed people because at the end they it’s a different lifestyle it’s a different lifestyle that you’ll be living from your other lifestyles different things that will be introduced
To you as different ways you need to handle certain situations and if you let one rejection get to you then you know that’s that’s not good you have to persevere you have to and that’s why I always preach Cru confidence resilience excellence win resilience you have to be
Resilient a lot of people give up because they take things literally just because you get rejected don’t mean that they don’t like you just because you get rejected don’t mean that they have something against you just because you get rejected don’t mean that you won’t be a fit for that organization
Eventually it could be an undergrad it could being grant chakra it does not automatically mean that so many of you are that hit me up through email or snapchat or Instagram is saying your scenarios and I’m just like yo that does not mean they do not like you as a person
It just means you might not be a fit at that moment you know I’m saying or at that time of your life or whatever you’re going through right now NPHC organization might not be the best time if you do that like it’s always situations like that so don’t take it literally
Don’t do it because it’s gonna make you feel worse it’s gonna make you feel some type of way about the people in the organization they don’t make you feel some type of way by the people that that was in a chapter that died you or mine
And I gave you the attention that you want it it’s gonna make you feel some type of way drive away so many people think is personal but is not guys a lot of times it’s not now sometimes it is personal especially sometimes with these sororities you know
They you know cat fights and all this and they kill word on the street this and that but most of the time it’s not personal so please don’t take a little bit now this is something I want to add in here that just came to my mind but be
Vulnerable guys like the more that you opened up about yourself and who you are the better your chances will be and then you won’t give up as easily because you’re not because you gave it your all like if you’re not being vulnerable you holding things in then it’s easier to
Give up because you didn’t risk something you didn’t put yourself out there all the way like it’s easier but when you give something your all when you give everybody a hundred percent let you know who you are what your instances what your motives are when you give that
Energy it’s hard to give up because you put so much into it you know I’m saying so be vulnerable be vulnerable open up for example let’s put it like this let’s say you spent countless hours working on a business like day-in day-out countless hours all day putting it in
Grinding bah-bah-bah and then one day you’re like you want to give up but it’s not gonna be easy for you to give up because you put in so many hours days months into this business that you want to keep going because that end day you feel like you missed out you gonna feel
Like you wasted your time but let’s say you didn’t put as many hours into this business you’re trying to you know startup let’s say you put an hour a week or something like that it’s gonna be easy for you to give up cuz you didn’t invest nothing into it you didn’t invest
Your time into that particular business so it’s gonna be easy for you to give up so the same way we PHC organizations if you don’t invest your time and be vulnerable this is gonna be easy for you to give up so be vulnerable guys so you
Don’t give up so easily and this last one is a strong one a lot of people give up because they have their expectations too high they start off with their expectations up here like guys think about this you’re trying to join something and it’s not guaranteed so keep your expectations low
Keep your expectations low and this is thinking about keeping your expectations low it’s not saying you’re not confident in yourself is protecting yourself putting your hair like it’s a possibility I might not get in then if it were to happen you wouldn’t be as shocked you wouldn’t be as hurt because
You kept your expectations low but soon as you keep your expectations up here like yeah I’m get in they ain’t got no reason not to choose me blah blah blah I’m this I’m that I’ve been going all these events so yeah they gonna choose me and you got your expectations all the
Way up here you know like it’s good to keep your expectations out of medium or at elope but don’t keep them up here because the thing is when you keep your expectations so high you can easily you can easily get disappointed in no time when you keep your expectations low it’s
Hard to get disappointed and you could say this about a lot of things in life man not just MPIC organizations but keep your expectations low anything you do because you never know the outcome you could prepare to study all you want for it exam and get there
And you’d be like and then you get your exam results back and guess what you got a C but you was expecting that a you know I’m saying so make sure you keep your expectations low because if you would have kept your expectations low
And be like yo I study y’all we can I think I’m not gonna be I might gonna see and you get that a you’re gonna be like bye or you get that B you gonna go okay that’s what I expected you’re not saying a lot of people don’t live by that but I
Do I keep my expectations low a lot of times I do you know saying it that’s just me I operate like that in LA I got 10 it works out for me because if something don’t work out I’m cool it’s something work out I’m cool you’re not
