Here yeah boy but today we’re gonna be talking about how do MPAC organizations recruit is there legit recruitment process do we actually seek out some members do we have a favorite list yeah like how do we recruit so that’s what we’re gonna be talking about in this

There’s people that they wouldn’t mind joining but they’re not actively recruiting in creation organizations don’t actively recruit it’s more like we wait for people to find that we’re fit and then once we see that we kind of add you to our radar so that’s what I’m
Gonna be talking about today is not a legit recruitment process now whenever it comes to you know being on a radar and different things like that it’s all about how you express interest it’s all about how you come off to them it’s all about how you are presented to them
Almost if I could say like how do you present yourself to them in order for them to be like hey that might be a good candidate for our organization now that does not mean you’ll be put on a list of recruitment lists that hey we need to
Keep doing this we need to keep doing that we need to keep doing that only if chapters is in dire need of members they might do that but most time if organizations and chapters are well off there’s not gonna be a recruitment process it’s just gonna be a hey you
Need to find out if we’re your fit and if we fit what you’re looking for and if so you need to express interest and if you express interest good and you’re you’re a good person then we will kind of look at you and say hey that might be

Recruitment process like a list of people that they’re actively recruiting but short for sure have you heard of that let me know in the comments section a lot of people think MPSC organizations to actively recruit you know I’m saying like constantly you know looking at people looking to put people on a list
And constantly tracking this person and constantly hitting them up texting them doing this doing that doing that and constantly have a schedule when they need to and it’s not like that because if we did that then technically we might be attracting people that might not be interested in our organization they
Didn’t just might be interested in us because we’re showing them so much attention but not so to say interest in the organization that can cloud your mind a little bit I wouldn’t say whenever MPAC organization hits you up I don’t mean they’re recruiting you it just might
Mean they’re trying to get to know you a little bit fill you out the matter heard you might be interested something like that they might just be seeing if they think you’re fit or not you know saying but that’s not considered recruiting you know to me recruiting is having that
List constantly hit you up constantly have a schedule what’s going on and trying to keep track you and this and that natural Kruti but you know being on the radar is more of like a subliminal hey you know we got our eye on you you know we think you might be interested you’ve
Been going to some of our events we’ll keep our eye on you you’re not saying but we ain’t gonna push it now another thing that i’ma say about this is just because the organization has this radar mentality that doesn’t mean they don’t have a list per se yes this is about to

Kind of look at and see you know I said but that does not mean that he’s recruiting that means that he’s looking to see what this person is about that someone referred to him so you gotta think of it like that don’t think of it as recruiting but that’s it for this
