Some things to help you get started so if you start developing your brand and be more marketable to MPAC organizations so let’s get into the video Okay so first off let me tell you this whenever I was in college yes I developed my own brand I was known for something what I was known for was just being dapper that was just me I always wore suits I always wore you know button
Ups always had bow ties ties that was just me I just like to dress up I like to look good I feel the most confident when I’m in a suit tie khakis chinos dress-up shirts that’s when I feel the most comfortable it’s just me so people just started saying hey Cory you dapper
Man you die for you daddy this dad for this dapper that now it’s like that to be honest I know what the heck depe mean when I was like a freshman or sophomore to be honest but um I took it around with it but anyway that’s why I developed my Instagram Twitter name
Snapchat mr. dapper because people used to call me dapper I figure out what it was I was like you know something I’m quite Dever I am I gonna I’m kinda yeah but anyway that’s why I developed that name but that was my personal brand that’s what people saw me as whenever
They saw Cory they saw that but when you start developing your personal brand you gotta think about a lot of things you could be you know known for all kind of things so what you’re known for it’s kind of like your your personal bring you gotta think about like this whenever
You’re out on campus walking around or even if you’re graduating you’re just walking around downtown somewhere you’re a walking business everybody will look at you from the outside looking in because they don’t know you so the only thing they can do is kind of judge who you are
Based off your outer appearance based off what you give off to them so that’s what your personal brand is your personal brand is who you are as a person from the outside and the inside but in order for them to know your personal brand on the inside they kind
Of got to get to know you and things you can start working on now is your outer appearance and plus your inner parents to develop that personal brand so first off you want to start off with this figure out what you want to be figure it
Out if you’re quieter you want to be social or you might not dress as well and you want to dress well if your girl you want to wear these heels and dresses business suits figure it out if your guy you want to be dapper do it or you might
Want to be that cool so I can do it in the back way enjoy this chillin if that’s you B that makes that your personal brand and a good place to start is figuring out who you look up to on campus or in life if you look up to
Somebody and life or even in a fraternity or sorority cuz you know we do consider ourselves leaders people do look up to us here in there but if you look up to somebody think about their personal brand think about the vibe that they’re giving off to you that makes you
Like hey I don’t want to be like that person I want to be like them I don’t want to just like hurt I want to yeah I want my personality be like him like you got to think about that and pull some of those characteristics out if it’s their
Dress if it’s the way they communicate with people if they’re if it’s the way they perceive them so they’re like you got to think of what you want – a personal plan to be and they don’t have to be based off someone else you can develop your own track and that’s the
Part of becoming yourself but before you start joining an MPC organization is best if you create your personal brand because at the end the day they’re gonna see that brand before they see the interview they see your brand is good they want to get to know you you know
I’m saying so that it’s just steps so if you’re working your personal brand they want to get to know you the next thing you know they like you as a person as well the next thing you know yeah in the organization it’s like a chain reaction knowing your personal brand developing
Your personal brand can only help you out in life and that’s not just with increasing organizations that’s what jobs that’s what businesses that’s what just walking around being just you you know I’m saying it helps with everything so developing your personal brand early on will help you out so the question of the

Think that you’re still gonna be who you are but you’re leveling up you’re changing to become professional you change you become social changing to become something you really want it to be you have to come and do research on what you want like said you could be shy
And you want to be outgoing you could you know you might not dress that will and you want a dress we’ll start taking steps to get there because fresh me here the earlier you start the better it is for you even sophomore year it’s fine think about me now in my stages you
Subscribed to my channel so obviously you like something you either like my content only or you like my content and you like my personality or you like the way I do things on this channel so that’s my personal brand on YouTube I try to do things differently to make me

Personal brand and what I’m offering you it’s the same thing when you think about it on a college level outside of you know YouTube and businesses you are walking personal brand so whatever you do is gonna reflect how people perceive you and let’s put it in this context
Right here let’s say you’re a girl you know you got a nice business suit on business dress suit you know you swaggin and you as you walk and you get it you are passing another girl that’s in a sorority that you want to join and they
See you in that business suit in the back of their mind they were like dang she dressed up real nice and she actually working it and nose here like you never know what they’re thinking so the person you passed is going to think about you in a different
Way and let’s say you cross paths again next week and you wearing something similar something clean you know you still got on kills you got your hair nice you know flipping up blowing in the wind or whatever you’re not saying and they pass you again that’s two connections
Right there that might force them to be like yo this girl is bombed we need her in our organization but that’s based off the personal brand if that’s who you are and that’s the brand that you built and they’re buying into that brand then they’re going to seek you out and
They’re going to want you people gravitate towards people that they connect with so if you meet someone that have a similar personal brand as you that y’all gonna connect so think about that when you try to join a fraternity or sorority and your brand is similar to
What they are and how they perceive themselves they’re going to want you or they’re going to be more receptive to you showing interest so just think about that now I’m not saying think about your personal brand for the organization don’t try to you know just because you
Want to be a Kappa don’t try to dress clean don’t try to you know wear ties all the time because you want to be a Kappa but if that’s legit your personal branding you think that that’s a stereotype that that all of them have and that’s what you want
Cuz everybody else came dressed nice nice and sigmaz don’t dress nice omegas don’t dress nice alphas don’t dress nice it’s just the campus right uh display sis’s personal brand thing is so many categories like I said social business dress and wise where you talk to people the way you communicate the type of
Person I like to treat people the way I like to be treated so I never come at somebody wrong because I don’t want to be treated wrong I never come at somebody disrespectful because I don’t want nobody to be disrespectful to me you know I’m saying so I always keep
That within myself but that also helps me enhance my personal burning you know me being like a business type you know Lee dress and nice and cool and everything like if I was a seed person my personal brand me down hill but I also got to walk it like a talk like a
it I got walking like that but you have to man like you can’t be dressing nice and stuff like this but have a shitty attitude you can’t want to be social but don’t go to no social events you know like you have to have all that’s connected in order for your
Personal brand to floor a lot of people don’t think that way but I just want you all to think about your personal brand just think about it a lot of people miss out on it but I’m just telling you if you develop your personal brand and it’s
A positive brand it will make you look good and it will make you have an advantage over other entries because I guarantee you people don’t think about a personal bringing when they come to college people don’t think about that they just go do they just go to class
They just go to parties they just go do whatever they want to do they join these organizations just to join these organizations but they don’t make it connect they don’t make things connect and that’s the thing you have a personal brand you do certain things to help your
