Me when I first joined by a bit of Sigma chapter at the University I’ll Carolina I had a few brothers that I really admired like I was like dang those some good guys I want to be like them someday and I would just hang around all the
Time eventually I started doing some of the same stuff they’ve been doing in when they was in the chapel they motivated me inspire me to become someone in the chapter get on the exact board get involved keep doing community service keep being a brother keep pushing keep helping your brothers out
Like that’s what it’s all about so when you become a deal and you’re during that neophyte stage keep learning keep showing that you wanna learn breathe accept the Constitution keep reading the National fraternity Constitution keep updated don’t just let it sit and get in the back of your brain keep updating cuz

You want to build your resume you want to help you want to use the fraternity story to help build your resume you want to become a leader just look at your dorm fraternity sorority and I wasn’t automatically mean you’re a leader is what you do why you’re in those
Attorneys – Roy’s that make you a leader you can be a general members not do a damn thing you ain’t no leader you’re in a fraternity sorority or general member but if you join and you become a leader get on the Zack borer treasurer secretary something you are now a leader
And you put that on your resume and that will help you get jobs that will help you with experience that will help you just elevate to the next level so just get involved in the organization stay involved a number five tip is to stay motivated don’t second-guess yourself
You join because this was meant for you you went through the process you got through initiation and now you are part of that organization so make the best of your time make sure you be an asset to the organization don’t be a liability you don’t want to be that brother and
Sister that’s making poor grades that they have to put on Chapter suspension you don’t want to be that brother system that end up hazing other brothers and sisters that’s trying to come into organization want to be that brother assist that just a general member and not do anything you don’t want to be
That brother a sister that they thought that you was gonna come in and make a difference and you just sat on your ass don’t do that be an asset to your fraternity sorority be the best person you could possibly be and don’t worry about what other organizations in the MPAC say about your
Organization you know why you joined you know why you did what you had to do to get into that organization and you should be passionate about the choice that you made it might be another tap that the top of the totem pole and yoga might be at the bottom on that yard but
You better work you’re behind off to make sure that they get to the top and go well past what they’re doing because it can only happen if you as an eel step up to the plate and do your job – yes it’s a time for learning but it’s also
