Make plays I mean like like that that throw to Tyler Scott in that moment that that that he that Tyler Scott you know kind of throttled down and didn’t catch the ball that’s championship Super Bowl type throw that you have to have like it’s it’s like the uh you playing

Involved early and often to keep him engaged I think we looking at a different outcome with Chase Claypool I think that if we had an offensive coordinator that can think outside of the box and had some I don’t know just a little bit more innovation of the mind I
Think you get more out of ve Jones yeah you can create you can visualize things for veis Jones than you than you’ve gotten out of him thus far and so when we start talking about Justin you have to consider came from another system that’s one system he learned out the
Window came into another system rookie year add- on rookie year that’s out the window new offensive coordinator third I mean second year just learning the system second year into it with a coach that really hasn’t uh gotten a good feel for who Justin is I don’t think he can
Relate to the type of quarterback that Justin is in the way that he needs to be related to to get the best out of him and I think you’re seeing the results of that and I think people’s responses are without knowing indirectly that they haven’t they haven’t considered that in
The context in the way that they are thinking so I know we got the right quarterback there’s no doubt in my mind it’s about I do believe that Ryan P and Kevin Warren know that too I think it’s just a whole bunch of fluff and talk out
Here on the outside people kind of virtue signaling what think the Bears ought to be doing but the truth of the matter is you got Justin for uh on a rookie contract next year with a whole lot of upside and you have an opportunity with those with that number
One draft pick to fatten your uh your bank account a little bit more so I think that’s the logical conventional way of thinking and I guarantee you that’s the way they’re going to go in this draft defin definitely a lot of logic and and like you covered so much
In there but definitely a lot of logic in your thought process and and how they’re going to address just but before I lose my thought right I always I always ask this question because around Marvin Harrison Jr because I feel like if well I’m not gonna lead the witness

Weeks ago I believe instead of going young coordinators we need to find veteran coordinators who’ve had an opportunity to have head coaching jobs already they’ve got a taste of it they know what it’s like they probably weren’t so great at it but um they’re better coordinators it’s what we call in
Corporate or in project management we call uh the Halo effect right the halo effect says this because you’re technically proficient at something then it makes you’re a great leader of people and that’s a problem in an NFL the NFL has a halo effect problem just because you’re a good software developer doesn’t
