The spiritual fruit of this mystery is the desire for heaven friends I’ve been working on unpacking the mass for the third Sunday in ordinary time and there’s some incredible stuff in here about desire and freedom and what it means to truly be free and when I think
About our lady I think about her freedom to serve God fully and that stems from her desire like that’s where that is made manifest because you might say well she’s not free she’s you know she’s full of grace she she can’t choose evil this friend Freedom isn’t the ability to do
Whatever you want freedom is when you only want Jesus that’s real freedom because that’s why you were created I can’t wait for you to see that episode it’s going to be coming out next week but friends think about the Blessed Virgin Mary and how her desires aren’t oppressed by the junk of
This world like ours are we need to seek the Lord for his grace that our hearts can be changed that our desires can be turned toward him he’ll give you that Grace you won’t want to do those evil things anymore once you’ve completely sold out to Christ and followed him
And I know that’s a lifelong process and I know that we need Grace for that but God’s grace is there for us my friends we see what it looks like in the Blessed Virgin Mary who was assumed into heaven body and soul to be reunited with Jesus
