This is my Lodge we meet in the village hall in Boxford not far from Sudbury and I was lucky enough to take the chair in 22 to 23 and whilst I was in the chair I made it my goal to visit every meeting room in the province of
Suffk I managed it I was very proud of that fact this is the Brethren of courtel and anyway I was amazed by the differences in all the different Lodge rooms around the province the Splendor and well the history really I mean look at this this ceiling at CLA originally from St Isaac Newton
Lodge it’s ancient Banner at Martin everywhere you go there’s history an interest and then there’s fellowship and friendship festive boards were amazing this at Felix though look at these banners it’s brilliant absolutely brilliant and I was lucky enough to make lots of new friends during my time around the
Province getting to know people enjoying their stories and very much enjoying their company so I thought to myself where do I go from here and I figured that what I would do is I would visit a single Lodge in every province in the country and I would raise money for the Festival so I mentioned this whilst I was visiting Sportsman’s Lodge one Saturday morning and I mentioned it to the provincial Grand Master in the bar that is the bar and he said to me so Rob with all this effort how do they know you’re from suff so I proudly showed him my suff
Light blues B and he said no Rob he said you need a much better badge than that and he offered me the chance to become provincial Grand Steward I was dumbfounded absolutely dumbfounded of course I accepted but man my fate was sealed and so Brethren as promised I
