I boiled them last night broke them uh by themselves separate and then today what I did was I took those turkey wings out put them in the pot then I took the walk and I did onions and peppers and celery and I season that up so wonderfully I put the
Turkey wings in that and I put a little bit of the juice and let them mix up and become friends then I took the pot that the turkey wings was in washed it out put the the the the stock juice back in there after the onions and peppers and
And everything it got in there oh and then I put the beans in I let the beans do their thing then after the turkey and the peppers and the Cy and everything they got themselves together real real real real real good then I added it to
The stock which had had made with the turkey tonight before put the turkey in there with everything else and then with them llama beans that conb bread and that cabbage when I tell you it was so good I said baby my mama all up in here miss Diane used to make some beans
Child and the man said can you make some rice I said I can make some rice baby he said beans and rice with the cornbread and the Cabbage oh it’s popping he said oh that makes the perfect cold weather meal so that’s how we’ve been popping
This evening yes I love cabbage yes I love vegetables I eat so much different now um than I did and you know it’s important to be okay with our yearly achievements and what we’ve learned and see how far we’ve come right because there’s a part of us if I don’t know
About you but I know for myself that is can be quite critical and and and just tell me all those opportunities I’ve missed and all the things I did not do and all the procrastination and what I did not accomplish and then I have to sit and go yes
But I did not gain back the weight I focused on eating very well this time you know and it took a lot of strength and for me it took I think for me I’m just going to speak for me I don’t know if I could have

Always love to make meatloaf and I don’t even eat meatloaf anymore I don’t eat meat like that but baby I always love to cook for people like I’m gonna make you some meatloaf baby I’mma make you some mashed potatoes homemade mashed potatoes baby and I’mma make your cabbage and cornbread with it

Turkey all in I would say with a hand bone but I don’t do pork anymore cuz I want to eat it so I won’t eat it if it’s got the pork in it so but I make my split pea soup without meat anymore there’s no meat in the split pea soup
Anymore I’ve been making it like that now for years and no one misses it so I did meet with the LI of beans because I didn’t know how they were going to turn out that’s a fact I just was like I ain’t never made them without meat and

Home cook Edition maybe the home cook Edition but then people that because I love cooking shows honestly I can say that probably not now but Top Chef it was for the a a reality show of an episode I’ve never missed that is true I think to this day it is the only thing
I’ve ever been interested in that I’ve watched every season I think what they’ve had 18 Seasons um Project Runway was with me for a long time too and then they they they did that thing and then I I lost interest but I love chopped I got
