But it also means when the sun is out you need to be intentional about getting up going outside with your feet in the ground getting Sun for at least 15 minutes every day and letting the sun kiss you

Better sleep solid um helps you rest helps you decompress the day away like I said it’s really about more of a spiritual washing the day away and that’s really important right and we don’t think of it from a spiritual standpoint but even showering and taking baths was always meant to
Be a spiritual ritual and it’s a luxury many you know what I mean um people there’s people who are not able to shower every day or every other day whatever you shower right so make sure you make
It a ritual of gratitude when you’re in the shower pray everything you are grateful for when you are in the shower give God thanks give thanks to life give thanks to everything while you are showering
