Reason is because yesterday I had the privilege of meeting some college students one of them is a freshman in college the other one is about to start college I believe in the fall and we were talking about just college life in general and then
Greek life came up I did not bring it up I promise you I did not bring it up they brought it up and I was like you know what I’m not even gonna go there because I’m not trying to be that crazy person who’s always talking about how bad Greek
Life is right but the conversation did progress into um not just Greek life but also theological issues the gospel and Christianity and all those things and it was actually very very um it was a very fruitful discussion and so it just showed me that this is something that a lot of people really
Are just clueless about like what’s going on in these organizations right and then another reason I decided to go live today is because of a tick tock that’s been floating around for a couple of weeks now a lot of y’all sent this to me so I’m sure most of you have probably
Already seen it but I’m going to um show this to you guys right quick Thank you Foreign so there it is hopefully I don’t get a YouTube um strike because they had a little TI playing in the background but so you got your fraternities and sororities um doing their strolls in the sanctuary I believe that’s William Murphy’s Church The Dream Center if I’m wrong about that
Please correct me in the comments but I’m quite sure that that is the Dream Center William Murphy so there’s been a lot of controversy like is this okay because a lot of Christians are like it doesn’t give me the warm and fuzzies I’m one of those Christians and I I think it’s
Um that’s going a bit far there’s one thing to say that it’s okay to be in Greek life there’s another thing to parade it all through like the sanctuary you know this is a place where we go to worship God and fellowship with other believers and you know
Talk about Jesus right not strolling and especially T.I in the sanctuary come on Like T.I don’t even he’s not even a Christian he said some comments that were very uncharitable towards Christianity so I was like this it’s a big no for me so anyway that is where

Can get out to all it needs to get out too amen okay so for my newbies the people who have just recently subscribed to my channel y’all may not have seen a teaching that I did on Greek life in 2022. I’ll be I believe it was March of 2022
I have the privilege of speaking at a conference in Phoenix Arizona at the reborn church so shout out to reborn appreciate you guys having me and so I did a whole little presentation on Greek life and Freemasonry and so I’m sure some of y’all probably have not seen it
And if you have already seen it you did get to see the slides because the slides were not they weren’t visible to people who weren’t in the room so I figured why not just go through all of that information again as a refresher for me
As well as for you guys because you know I put a lot of times a lot of work sweat tears into that thing so this is what we gonna do today we’re going to talk about Greek life and Freemasonry of Miss Titus 2 presentation and amen and amen okay
Let me see if I can make this this is which okay I think I like that better how y’all feeling about that okay Greek life sororities fraternities and Freemasonry these are um three or three types of organizations that are not all exactly the same but they do have something in common
That thing is they are all secret societies so secret society um according to Merriam-Webster it’s any of various oath bound societies often devoted to Brotherhood moral discipline and mutual assistance what’s up Dio what’s up everybody in the chat thank you all for for hopping on so that’s
What a secret society is we’re talking about fraternities sororities and Freemasonry all right so today we are going to address the question that has been very um it’s just a lot of people been talking about this over the last few years like it’s a viral topic should Christians join secret societies
All right so back in the day I think this is late 90s early 2000s there was this movie that came out called the skulls and one of the lines in it is if it’s secret and it’s elite it can’t be good and I’m like oh
Yeah that’s a bar for secretly it can be good so one of the things about these fraternities and sororities is a lot of them claim to be Christian based particularly black Greek lettered organizations I’m mainly going to be focusing on those in this presentation but I am going to address like even some
Of the organizations that aren’t um African-American fraternities and sorority so yeah so Christian based well let’s see this is a book called black Greek letter organizations they say their faith in Christ LED African Americans to develop organizations bglos and others bglos which is black Greek letter organizations were founded upon
And strongly influenced by Christian principles it becomes clear that the maintenance of the Christian faith is actually consistent with bglo membership all right so black Greek letter fraternities and sororities many times do claim that their organizations are Christian based but this is the thing so when we talk
About Christianity a lot of people really don’t understand what that means so if you ask the average person what is Christianity they they could probably tell you these are people who serve Jesus these are people who go to church okay that’s an okay definition but it’s deeper than that so it’s not a
Christianity is not a set of rules it’s not a conduct so it’s not about you doing the right things or being a good enough person that’s not Christianity John 17 3 says and this is eternal life that they know you the only true God and Jesus Christ whom you have sent now this
Is a little sidebar here but people talk about Jesus Christ is not God Jesus is clearly God and he’s equal to God the Father although they are distinctly different persons within the Trinity but okay so Jesus Is God God the father is God but they’re not the same person you
Get that one for free but the whole point is you have to know God in order to be a Christian all right so here are some of the red flags that I’ve come across in my research on Greek life um there’s common things you’re going to
See in the history and even today like sexual immorality hazing idolatry syncretism elitism and then the the foundation that’s really found in Freemasonry um so for me there’s not just one thing that makes Greek life bad it’s like the culmination the full picture like when you put the full Mosaic together it’s
Like oh that’s bad this is bad oh that’s really bad so yeah it’s a no for me I don’t think Christians should be a part of these types of organizations now I do want to clarify that statement um because I know that there’s different types of organizations that may or may
Not do the things that I’m about to talk about so if you’re in an organization that says I’m kappa’s Kappa Zeta Zeta Alpha Kappa Lambda munu xylem from povert sigmatology Omega if you’re in something like that that is not doing the things that I’m talking about
Then I’m not going to say that it’s it’s wrong just because it has Greek letters attached to the name what I’m talking about is like what is actually going on in these organizations all right y’all still rocking with me if so give me a thumbs up okay are sexual immorality uh got questions
Which is one of my favorite little websites to go to when I want a quick little quick um answer to some of these biblical questions I have I’ve got questions they say sexual immorality is the selling off of sexual Purity and involves any type of sexual expression outside the
Boundaries of a biblically defined marriage relationship so in the Bible marriage is defined as a one-man and a one woman so I leave that where it is I think y’all get where I’m going with that one man and one woman all right I said what I said
All right so I’m not sure if y’all know let me make this a little bit bigger so y’all can see sexual assault is very common in Greek life and not just black Greek life um this more so pertains to White fraternities and sorority so here on the
Left it says sorority women are 74 more likely to be raped than other college women fraternity men are three times more likely than other college men to commit sexual assault and sorority women are three times more likely to be raped if they live in a sorority house this is
Coming from Hank newer’s book hazing uh the author of that particular chapter in the book is Douglas fearberg and Chloe Neely and it’s called a need for transparency so if y’all want to look that up page 42 of the book go check it out all right um
Make this okay we’ll do that okay so African-American fraternities and sororities this is another book that I have talked about on this channel countless times if you want to do research on this I would say read rituals and read books that were written by members of Greek fraternities and sororities
Um so I think this is an excellent scholarly source that talks about these organizations all right so they say this is Mindy stumbler and Irene padovic hopefully I’m saying that right in their chapter they say exploitation or excuse me there’s exploitation through sweetheart and little sister program so what that means
Is um some of the fraternities have little little sister programs or little yes little sister program sweetheart programs whatever so you’ll pretty much have girls who like support the organization even though they’re not in it and they’re not like in an Affiliated group per se but it’s like
A cap of diamonds I think I think Alpha some of them have some I don’t know y’all know what I’m talking about but yeah they’re they’re girls who support these fraternal groups um so they might have them doing things like physical labor so if they have a party they might
Be helping them to clean up after the party um emotional labor so you’re cheerleading them at their events and then sexuality so I talked about this before how like uh the alphas have their the forget what it’s called Miss Black and Gold pageant I think the cappers have a pageant too
And you might have girls modeling swimwear it’s a little bit it’s a little bit like you know foggy gray lines like this is a little bit weird if you have um watched a lot of programs put on by Greeks like you’re probably gonna see some sexual joking toast chants step
Routines like they they kind of do some weird stuff that I don’t think any Christian should feel comfortable saying and or joking about right and then in some of the white organizations they’ll have slave auctions where they auction off women to perform services for Fraternity men so yeah all right
Omega sci-fi they don’t got a lot a lot of love on my channel right right all right so this is one of the um this is one of the I don’t I want to say poem this is something that they recite to be funny at some of their of
Their events okay it says Old Mother Hubbard she went to her cupboard to get her Q Dog a Bone all right all right all right but when she bent over Rover took over and gave her a bone of his own I didn’t say it people I didn’t say this this is Omega
Sci-fi okay and this also came from that same book yeah African-American fraternities and sororities so they quoted that I didn’t even have to dig for it it’s in their book all right Kappa Alpha Psi this was at University I saw this video on YouTube About two years ago and as y’all can see they’re doing something very inappropriate looking at a public event I looked in the comments and someone said is that a baby in the background is that a kid in the background there apparently were children in the building
So I’m giving y’all another look okay so pretty much what they’re doing is um eating whipped cream off of these young women now y’all let me know how would y’all feel about your 19 20 year old daughter niece sister cousin doing this on camera at her University and
Apparently the university being like not a big deal this is fine and remember these are Christian organizations you know what’s sad this is not the only video that I found like this there’s another one I actually shared it on Facebook um and yeah they were pretty much doing
The exact same thing so y’all tell me how Christian this looks for me it don’t look very Christian at all all right so Ephesians 5 1 4 says this five excuse me Ephesians 5 verses one through four it says therefore be imitators of God as beloved children and
Walk in love as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God but sexual immorality and all impurity or covetousness must not even be named among you as is proper among Saints let there be no filthiness no foolish talk nor crude joking without a place but
Instead let there be Thanksgiving so yeah I mean Christians should not be behaving like this I know Christians are not perfect we make mistakes I am the queen of making mistakes but we do not have the right to um we shouldn’t be okay with our mistakes
We should be uh in remorse of our our mistakes right because people are watching us and if we are the representation of the kingdom of God on Heaven in heaven or on Earth excuse me if we’re the representation of the kingdom of God and we’re acting just
Like the world that’s not really going to benefit anyone okay here’s another one hazing okay so now we we done we don’t went through sexual immorality in these organizations but hazing is another huge issue that continues to come up in Greek life um this is from a book hazing that was
Written by Hank newer oh yeah I probably already talked about that a few minutes ago so my bad if I’m like repeat myself anyway so he pulls a quote from Aldo Seminole who defines hazing as the generation of induction costs or the elements of the experiences necessary to
Be acknowledged as a legitimate group member that appear unattributable sorry I had to say that so because that’s a word that appear unattributable to group relevant assessments preparation or chance so this is like the stuff that um you’ll get pressured to do online to make you you know part of the group
So you can actually join an organization without doing this but a lot of times you’re not really going to get the respect that you want so we’ll get into that here shortly all right what can hazing look like I’ll make this big again there’s different ways people can get hazed um acts of
Servitude so you know some people get phone calls in the middle of the night hey go get me a cheeseburger fam um dressing alike so some of them might have to wear like all black or you can’t get your hair done or you know just just this Unity carrying bricks I didn’t know
That some of my friends were doing this when they were online but apparently they was walking around campus with bricks in their book bags paddling so this is when you see in the middle of the slide I got like a long paddle right take a wood paddle and whoop you on the
Back side and I heard it hurts pretty bad verbal abuse so um I have Melissa Blair and Lala on here and quite a few other people talk about their experience getting Haze you might get cussed out you might yell that to tell you how stupid you are how ugly you are how
You’re not worthy how you this how you’re that sleep deprivation so they might call you at 3 30 a.m to go get that cheeseburger amen um extortion um embarrassing situations binge drinking and sexual favors so I’m what I’m not saying is that anyone who has pledged has gone through one or all of
These things what I am saying is that these things do take place and that some people do go through this all right so Hank North the one who uh put that book together that I’ve showed in previous slides he says every year from 1959 to 2019 and again in 2021
There has been one hazing death 2020 was the exception now to be fair this is not in regards to just fraternities and sororities this can be athletic teams and military schools and different things but nonetheless hazing takes a life every year in 2020 just so happened to be the one year that
It did not happen and that’s probably because the world was locked down because of the c word yep yep all right so we talk about idolatry a lot of times when people bring up the whole um the whole conversation about Greek life so you’ll see things like veneration and
Founders so a lot of times my Founders are great and this and they’re deaf blase blase I love my Founders like praise God for my Founders All right so there’s that and then you got these prayers to the Supreme architect of the universe you see that language in some
Of these ritual books we’ll talk about that a little bit later yeah the c word yes the c word Pastor Booker the c word I’m not going to say it but it’s that thing that ruined all of our lives for that one year or a year and a half two years whatever
Bowing to altars if you read through these rituals I I have yet to see one where they didn’t have to bow down to an altar um yeah all right so here are some common things that you will see within Greek life I’ll make this a little bit bigger this comes
From a book called black Haze that was written by Ricky L Jones who is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi he’s not a disgruntled member he still loves his frat but he wrote a whole book about how awful hazing is in these organizations and why he thinks it’s pretty much
Impossible to get rid of it but he says the commonalities within fraternal rituals are themes of death and rebirth Perfection a lot of them go on symbolic Journeys and then you have the purification of the neophyte neophyte is the person who is being initiated so the new people in the group
Here’s the thing Romans 8 verses one through two says there is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus for the law of the spirit of life has set you free in Christ Jesus from the law of sin and death and I said that because again if we’re talking
About pure purification of your new members if you are a believer then you’ve already been like Christ has already atoned for your sins so why is this organization trying to make you purify yourself which we don’t even have the ability to do that so it’s a no for me
Second Corinthians 5 21 it says God made him who had no sin to be sin for us so that in him we might become the righteousness of God so there is no hazing ritual that you can go through that will purify you all right another issue I have with Greek life is syncretism
Everybody say syncretism it’s when you merge different belief systems so it might take a little bit of this I’ll take a little bit of Hinduism I’ll take a little bit Christianity I’ll take a little bit of Black Hebrew israelism and mush it all together and then yeah syncretism
Oh where’s my little okay all right syncretism is alive and well and thriving in these ritual books y’all all right so this is this is a snippet that I took from the alleged alleged Delta Sigma Theta ritual um when I interviewed la la Melissa they said this was definitely an original
Book so take it up with them it says we believe in a spiritual life but we leave to the individual the selection of the medium for its outward manifestation a fire mist and a planet a crystal ball and a cell a jellyfish and a sarian and caves where cavemen dwell the sense of
Law and beauty and a face turned from the clod some of us call it longing and others call it God so this is this idea of universal like whatever God you choose is fine with this just pick one now that might be okay in other belief
Systems in face that is not okay in the Bible that is not okay in Christianity so all this stuff this sounds like pantheism whereas like everything is God you know the table is God your cell phone is God you are God I’m a God you of God we all got like death pantheism
But that is not um that is not compatible with the Christian worldview at all all right Kappa Alpha Psi so on the left side we got okay it says poll Mark I don’t know if it’s polymark or pull mark it says Brothers went seek wheat inspiration and guidance all we seek
Inspiration and guidance from the great God of all the earth and the Holy Bible which he has given unto men as lamp unto their pathway now that sounds pretty good right I think all or most Christians will say okay the left side sound tonight okay on the right side it says may the
Precepts of our Creed be not merely professions but come fruition and deeds worthy of those who have braved the cruel taunts of vile thrations and stood before the sacred shine and drunk deeply from the wisdom of the delphic shrine now why in the world would an organization that
You know Pats itself on the back and being based on Christian principles say anything about a delphic shrine sacred shine now I spent probably about an hour and a half two hours reading this ritual and that thing was long y’all was not a fun ordeal but like there’s this whole
Picture of um the the neophytes doing this portrayal of sacrificing themselves to a Greek god and then they also have to um do a do a skit where someone who is pretending to be a shrine or excuse me a an oracle an oracle y’all know like if
Y’all seen uh what movie was that uh Sparta sorry what the uh with is it drawn anyway 300 300 okay yeah yeah 300. so you all know they went to the oracles to get wisdom or whatever right so in the Kappa ritual they have to seek
An oracle to get wisdom and I know all of this is It’s a skit it’s a play it’s not a real thank you thank y’all 300 appreciate it y’all the bomb um what was I saying oh yeah yeah we know it’s not a skit so
This is all like for play play but what do you think that’s doing to these people psychologically and like if as Christians like we’re not supposed to compromise I definitely see that as a compromise I already see bowing down at an altar that’s not dedicated to the
Lord Jesus Christ as a compromise so asking a shrine or an oracle you know even if it’s somebody that you sit next to in class wearing a mask or something like I’m your uncle for the next 15 minutes no absolutely not absolutely not all right elitism now this is a problem
This is a problem in most Greek letter organizations that I’m aware of both black and white so it’s the belief that certain persons or members of certain groups deserve favorite treatment by virtue of their superiority as an intelligence social standing or wealth so legitism I’m better than you because I’m in this organization
All right okay this is a book by Alexandra Robbins called fraternity she wrote an entire book on fraternities and then she wrote an entire book on sororities so yeah I just wanted to make sure y’all can see that whole thing let me go back to my little corner all right
She said studies show that Greeks tend to have a higher social status on campus than non-greek students and continue to wield more power so being in Greek life has its benefits both socially and apparently politically on campus oh sir go ahead and click to the next
One okay let me make sure I didn’t skip that’s why did I no I didn’t okay so there’s tier systems in Greek life so I if you do a Google search for a lot of these white fraternities and sororities like depending on which campus you are like these associations can change
Organizations but they’ll have like oh this is the cool one for the jock so this is the one where all the girls who are kind of like hipsters they go there this is the one where the geeky ones are at so nobody else really wanted them so
They’ll be a part of that organization so what I mean by it depends on which campus you go to so it’s like a Delta Pi Sigma oops line cap whatever one campus this might be okay this is the cool one on this campus but on another campus it might be like nah nah
That one ain’t for me Fam so it all depends but still so there’s a tier system and they actually they rate these organizations like there’s there’s whole websites devoted to this kind of stuff it’s super weird all right racism and classism which is still not a form of elitism right
Um members are still more likely to be white wealthy and conservative than the rest of the student body so in this book let me come back here in this book she talked about how like as late as 2014 some of these white organizations were just now allowing black people or nine
The black and brown people to be a part of the organizations they had a whole history I mean somebody has been around what a hundred years 150 a long time they’re like nah y’all ain’t coming up in here not up until 2014. like that was less than 10 years ago how
Crazy is that right that’s pretty bad and I’m sure some of these organizations will say but we’re Christian based but you’re racist so how that work all right now the tier system look a little bit different in black fraternities and sororities but I will say this probably still comes into play
In um in the white organizations as well so you got your paper versus your maid so paper means that you did not subject yourself to hazing rituals to be a part organization you took your classes you learned the information you sign your paper you paid your dues and now you in
It bada bing bada boom but then you got a group of folks who are quote unquote made so these are the ones who did decide yeah I’m gonna I’m gonna take some wood I’m gonna get up at 3 30 a.m to go get Big Brother Big Sister a
Cheeseburger I’m gonna give them some money I’m gonna let this person um sex assault me you know like that type of stuff so paper versus made the thing is if you are a paper that we talked about this a few minutes ago you don’t tend to get the same amount amount
Of respect if you are made I do think some of that is changing like some people’s like my campus didn’t care who was who but other people do care they do care all right okay so this is a book called our kind of people that was written by Lawrence otisgram y’all this
Book I learned so much about Black Culture that I didn’t even like I wasn’t even aware um okay he says many among the Old Guard Black Elite would argue that only three of the fraternities the alphas the kappas and the omegas and two of the sororities akas and Deltas actually fit
The society profile now I don’t know how it was at y’all campus y’all those of you who went to a campus that had uh black Greek life but where I went to school it did seem as though these organizations were the most popular these were the it organizations that
People wanted to be a part of um so I’m sorry to the other ones not only so um Alphas capitals and Omega so there’s two fraternities that didn’t make the elite list um that’s the iotas and the sigmas and then so the akas and Deltas those are
The two oldest ones those are the yeah like everybody want to be a candidate not everybody but I’m just saying like historically these are the most popular ones so Sigma gamma Rose and Zeta Phi Beta didn’t make the cut sorry guys okay James James two says my brothers
Show no partiality as you hold the faith in our Lord Jesus Christ the lord of Glory for if a man wearing a gold ring and fine clothing comes into your assembly and a poor man in shabby clothing also comes in and if you pay attention to the one who wears the fine
Clothing and say you sit here in a good place while you say to the poor man you stand over there or sit down at my feet have you not then made distinctions among yourselves and become judges with evil thoughts so there’s you know this this theme in the scriptures like God
Does not show favoritism God loves everyone now just because God loves everyone doesn’t mean that everyone is born again or that everyone is a Christian or that everyone has eternal life but God does love everyone everyone has value because we are made in the image of God and so when we start
Putting these when we start othering people for this kind of stuff God does not like that and that’s why it’s just I’m so offended when these organizations do these types of things and then say but we are based on Christian principles that is like the antithesis of Christianity okay
All right free masonry now this one this this section is a little bit um I’m not gonna go through like the the nuts and bolts of Freemasonry but I do have some notes Here I will however come back and do another presentation on Freemasonry because that is actually

Freemasonry here they are they read sacred literature so it could be a Bible it could be a Quran it really just depends on like the faith system of the the brothers of that Lodge um they perform rituals they have prayers they’re sacred vows they sing hymns they’re our funeral
Um they have funeral rituals there are altars and pulpits and you have to believe in a deity to be a member of a masonic lodge all right so this is Henry Wilson Coyle let’s see y’all go down here again Henry Wilson Coyle another authoritative figure in Freemasonry he wrote a book
Called a comprehensive view of Freemasonry he says Freemasonry in its broadest and most comprehensive sense is a system of morality and social ethics A Primitive religion it is a religion without a Creed being of no sect but finding truth in all it is moral but not fair pharisaic so you know like
Pharisees pharisaic all right so he says hold on let me go back right quick so yeah Henry Wilson Coyle was like yeah it’s it’s definitely religion a lot of people disagree with that but one of the authorities says it absolutely is on the flip side um this came from the Pennsylvania
Freemason all of this is of public record you can Google this like I I didn’t just pull this from some random website I got this from their website so it’s free to the public okay um you know I can’t read that Charles H lockerman he wrote Freemasonry and organized
Religions he says Freemasonry is not a religion it is a philosophy it is not a Dogma it’s a philosophy it is a fellowship but not an ecclesiastical system it is a ritualistic but not sacramental oh excuse me it is ritualistic but not sacramental Freemasonry has always been a bulwark
For religious liberty it is a supporter of all religions so let me get it straight former people who say that they are Christians and Freemasons why would you be a part of an organization a religious organization that supports all religions now I’m not saying you can’t respect people who
Follow the religions we’re supposed to love everyone but supporting all other religions is a different thing okay that’s that’s just no that’s not good um so yeah think about that so I gave y’all some red flags with Greek life here are the red flags that I
