Kind of just give us a spill of who you are and just what like what you have going on and all the things yeah yeah thank you for having me super excited to be here um so yeah my name is desire Grace and um more than anything and
Before anything just a daughter of the most high king um I have a lot of different things going on that I’m involved with but I do a lot of just like social media Ministry sharing the gospel online um just try to reach the generations from um just a social media
Perspective um I I record and do videos on YouTube on Tik Tok on Instagram um of course I active in just like like my local church I have a active Ministry that I’m launching in the Chicago area in 2024 for women um I hold a corporate
America job as well so a lot of different hats but uh ultimately just a disciple of of Jesus Christ so can you like just tell us how you discovered the the Divine n I’m sorry you’re good and then just that whole process yeah yeah I think this is such a good question cuz
Usually people don’t I’ve never been asked this question of like how what my origin story was with it um so yeah I I grew up and kind of lived in like an inner city of of Tennessee so went to Inner City Schools so College was not a huge discussion and therefore I really
Didn’t understand or have knowledge about like the divine nine and Greek life at that time uh but as I got closer to graduation and started weighing my options with schools um that’s when I was really close to people who had were maybe a year ahead of me or two years
Ahead of of me and had went on to college and I started to see you know probates on online or um I had someone really close to me who went on to pledge and I really didn’t understand it like what it was all about and kind of how
That it’s marketed like oh these are service organizations furthermore they’re Christian organizations I kind of just saw I think the glamor of it and the status of it and so my origin point from understanding the divine nine and getting interested in it was this is what successful black people do this is
Just this is uh I don’t want to say a an elite club but before it was the Divine n it was called the Elite 8 so I think being a young black kid who U maybe didn’t come from a lot as far as a background is goes you want to find ways
To like be involved have status of course and um just be connected and make your future better than you know maybe where you came came from so that was my my origin point and I seen that the people who would go on to pledge and be a part of these organizations were
Looked at in very high esteem gota yeah for us like our family it’s like a big thing like yeah if you don’t played it’s like what are you doing you know so like growing up we will always hear about you know when what school are y’all going to okay are
Y’all pledging it was always a conversation yeah so for us we kind OFW upan so it’s interesting toar story how kind of saw people joining you saw the probates and all those things but for us it was kind of like in home like in the house so yeah that’s really interesting
So whenever you did get on campus and you saw like men and women who were a part of these organizations and you know you kind of wanted to be involved and kind of have that status like whenever you did go about joining like what what kind of made made
You feel like this like this kind of goes against my beliefs like even though they’re saying it’s a Christian organization yeah it’s something about it that I’m not too sure about you know what I mean yeah yeah not until not until much later um and I want to I want
To preface because you know I think when we ask people like why do you want to be a part of you know insert the organization that you’re interested in you’re always going to hear service it’s going to be the first thing that comes out your mouth you know um it’s going to
Be about service it’s going to be about Legacy it’s going to be a a part of like um building your own future and pouring back into your community I think for me as I got older and got into college and came into the knowledge of Greek
Life and started to mature a little bit I would say my answer started to change so when I was younger it was more about the status and when I got a little older I would say oh I want to serve or be a part of something that’s bigger than me
So I think when I was in college to answer your question I I was a Christian but I was like a Sunday Christian and I don’t think people really understand the difference because you know I grew up in a home where God was talked about but
Not really modeled and so I thought oh going to church on Sundays you know doing Bible studies read your Bible maybe pray I thought that that was the extent of my relationship so when it comes to having further knowledge of I can go against God or this is something that
God may have not wanted me to do it was not until I graduated but what I will say is there was a time um when I was going through like the official process so like the above ground process where you know and we’ll get into all this but
You’re doing the rituals um and you start out wearing like all black and when you finish all of the rituals you you you start to wear white so it’s literally a ceremony and um um I remember we were in this dark room and there was an altar at the front of it
And it had like candles and a picture of like one of the most notable Founders for AKA and um the people who were inducting us into the organization were reading from the ritual book and there was a point in the ritual where they were like we need you to come and kneel
In front of this table of course it wasn’t stated that it was an altar but the ritual book states that it was and I remember thinking like even in the lukewarmness even in the you know uncertainty of my faith I was like wait a minute and I got like a chill at that
Time I didn’t understand that that was um the Holy Spirit like letting me know that hey something’s off here and I remember every girl that I crossed with um whether they’re or in the organization or not we all looked at each other with just like kind of like a
Petrified look but you really don’t have a lot of time to think about it and you have to think about like even group think like you could think that something’s wrong but if everybody’s doing it you just kind of do it and so I thought that was weird but I did not
Know my Bible enough I did not know the Ten Commandments enough to know that the Lord literally addresses to not kneel and bow down before other gods um so I did it and I thought the way that I feel like the deception I was under the way
That I kind of just let it go was I was like oh there’s so many amazing women who have been in this organization before me you know Rosa Rosa Parks or Felicia Rashad like there’s no way that this illustrious organization is bad and so I was just like okay I’m just going
To do it and I did it and I kneed several times throughout the process to which every time I felt weird but I didn’t have that maturity or understanding to know why I felt weird but so like I guess now we um you can share with us how like your I guess like
The the moment where you realize like no like I cannot I can no longer be a part of this organization like you know God I like forgive me for what I’ve done but to the alars that I’ve M to like how was um like that process and how did you go
About you know just really like doing your research more because I I think like before you enter they say do your research oh yeah like maybe like okay well I need to do some more research right well yeah I think it’s a funny thing when they tell you to do your research
Because you don’t know what you don’t know and if this is an organization that Prides itself on discretion and being secret which is it’s a secret society how much research can you really do outside of what’s already on the Internet or if you have a personal connection who let’s be clear has been
Sworn into secrecy so when they say do your research they’re more so talking about know your Founders know the background know the history because if someone were to actually tell tell you um the rituals as a member like that that’s a no no right so you really can’t
Do your research for something that is done in the dark um but in terms of me coming into the full knowledge of what I had done it was it was a very hard uh process for me um I had graduated college I I think from a status perspective we talked about that
You know when I was younger and kind of looking for the external validation and also note like Black Culture a lot of black culture is I want to be on I want you know it’s Flex it’s this it’s that right not everything but
A lot of it is so I had that right so you know I was in AKA I had the um clout so to speak on campus you know I had graduated and was working at Rolls-Royce I was driving a bin so I thought I had life completely figured out and so when
God started to he separated me I moved to Indiana had didn’t know a soul and I joined you know the local church there and just started to seek God fervently that’s when he started to really kind of take that fine tooth comb and um let me know like hey there’s some things in
Your heart that I want to purify and so I think my my first knowledge of like something being wrong with Greek life was actually my Lister she gave her life to Christ right after graduating and she was talking to me about how she felt like something was
Off with it and I remember having that conversation with her and kind of just thinking she’s tripping and then she actually denounced before me and she you know she made a video it was it was interesting how she did it uh I’m not going to lie like I think the general
Consensus of what people thought of her was that oh she was crazy and I’ll be honest even I was like I was like yeah I think she’s kind of crazy I don’t know what that’s about right but the seed was planted and so then there was another
Girl I think a couple months later who pledged the alpha chapter at at Howard uh her name was Lorena and she made a fullblown out I think it was like an hourong denouncement video and I just watched it and um I I got offended in
Watching it but by the end of it I was in tears and so I texted my friend who had denounced previously that I had just previously called crazy and I was like I don’t know I watched this video but it just doesn’t sit right with me and she said to
Me if something had not pierced your heart you wouldn’t even be texting me and I was like okay all right um so I felt the Holy Spirit nudging me to um get my ritual book which you’re not given I had to go and find one and I
Felt the Holy Spirit just say read the ritual book and I remember I got the ritual book um I I prayed I said Lord I don’t think anything’s wrong with this but if it is you know unplug my ears and remove the scales from my eyes so I can
See it the way that you do um and I’m like almost even getting emotional thinking about it because it was such a pivotal point in my walk with God and I remember like opening up the first page and on the first page it was just like there was so many things against God
Already like his name being replaced with AKA them literally telling you on the first page that like this is a a spiritual ritual that you’re about to enter into this is the spiritual realm me seeing things in black and white that said I did kneel and I did bow and I did
Do this uh to the founders right and um as I kept reading it and poured over it I mean by the time I was done I was just I was weeping cuz I had I was understanding real time what I had done and I think it goes into you know
Idolatry which it’s we don’t think of idolatry like that because when we read the Bible we think of people like bowing down to Golden calves like the children of Israel or you know but it’s a repackaged sexier version of idolatry and so that’s how I came into the full
Understanding that I had done something wrong even if it was knowingly and it was very very serious um it was a very serious matter no punt intended so yeah wow Des that is yeah yeah I can just like when even when like when you were speaking I can just
Feel you know you kind of like reliving that moment over again and it’s just crazy how like even for me I know at one point in my life I didn’t recognize how real the spirit like the spiritual realm was yeah and like I would just be doing
Things but like now I’m just more aware yes and there’s so many people out there who just not aware of like what they’re doing the things that they say the the things that they practice and they’re like there is a a realm outside of this
One yeah and it’s very real so like what you guys going in there bowing down like the SP the spirit realm was at work so and even like the whole process of like you guys going from the Black clo to the white clothing it’s almost like you guys were purified or like now
You’re coming out clean in a way yeah it’s like feel like yeah and for us we both U well Taja graduated we both go to well we Taja went to Southern I go to Southern now which is the HBCU so on you know on those campuses it’s like it’s a
Big deal oh yeah you know and it’s like when people do come out they’re like oh yeah I’m I’m like this new person like and it’s like who okay yeah this is a lot yeah so just that that whole process and you kind of like shared your
Experience and how you kind of felt like you have this status now yeah and it’s just like to me it’s like mindblowing because like we mentioned earlier we have family members who are part of the Divine n yeah and when we like chose not to pledge it was almost
Like I guess they would be offended or feel like what’s wrong with like what’s wrong with what I’m a part of yeah so like really dealing with that has been a process been a process but I know that people listening will be moved by what you’re saying and it’ll kind of
Push them to like really research or really look more into what they’re doing yeah and the realness of it so do you feel like do you feel like with like with with you knowing what you know now because there’s so many Believers out there who are part of these
Organizations and I’m sure sure they’ve seen people denouncing on social media but like with you knowing what you know now about what you did and like you know you had to rep and all the things like why do you feel like people stay even when they like they’ve heard the
Knowledge yeah they know about the ritual like they they’ve seen all these things and it’s like they still decide I’m GNA just like I’m GNA be a part even though I know yeah oo that’s loaded loaded question and and it could be so many reasons but I think a big one is the
Fear of man and I had to really I had to really you know what I couldn’t understand when like when I denounced was in like I renounced first like I repented first that’s the first thing I did um then I renounced which was done privately and then God started working
On my heart and then I denounced which was publicly so in between the time that the Lord showed me the eror of my ways there was a year where he was working on my heart before I even made a video which I didn’t want to do that was all
His idea because who wants to sign up to be ridiculed uh and I was because it was just it just so happened that my video went viral overnight so all of black Twitter at the time where Twitter was really popping was on my head and I read every comment every I’m talking about
Thousands of comments a read fresh of just me right so people don’t want to deal with that um people don’t want to deal with that at all and the Lord told me Desiree after a year mind you so I have a lot of empathy where I used to
Have a little bit of judgment towards Christians who are still in those organizations because it’s hard you have to literally allow the Lord to do surgery and to die to your flesh daily um which is what we’re called to do so he he told me desire
It’s either the fear of um what did he say to me the holy spirit said he said you’re either more concerned with people’s frustration or their salvation right and to me I had to understand that a part of me being fearful um was just not a good enough
Excuse to not do what the Lord had called me to do and also it reminds me of this verse that um was pivotal for me it’s in Galatians 1 11 10 I’m just going to read it real quick that speaks to that fear of
Man um and this is from Paul and he says it’s Galatians 1:10 obviously I’m not trying to win the approval of people but of God if people if pleasing people were my goal I would not be Christ’s servant and so I feel like people do not um
Understand what the call to live for Christ actually looks like and I think that that’s a a lot of different reasons why I think that sometimes in church we are only taught about how God’s supposed to bless us we’re only taught about how he’s supposed to bring us through things
And okay we’re going we’re going to be blessed we’re going to go to heaven but the Bible if you really crack that thing open will tell you there’s a lot of suffering and literally to lose your life is to gain it in the kingdom and I think that there’s a disconnect between
People understanding that their faith should be inconvenient to an extent and so when something inconveniences them like the truth I think it’s very easy to push it away also I think um to be scared of what of what the general consensus of what you’re going to do
Will be I’ve had a lot of people DM me who are in Greek life to this day and say I know you’re right I I just can’t do it I I’m scared my mom is in it my dad is in it I’m a legacy I you know
I’ve made these crazy crucial bonds with my Lon sisters or my line Brothers you know so I think it’s the fear of man and I think it’s just outright um Disobedience and Rebellion to God that um we’re not really aware of the cost of that if that answers the
Question yeah definitely definitely and I like how you mention the cost because you know I don’t want to put this when I when I think about like Christ he literally sacrificed life for us but it’s so hard for us to sacrifice things like even though this is a m this is a
Big big deal but Christ sacrificed his life for you a hum a humiliating death and you can’t do this one thing to the social media world yeah it’s like I I and I don’t want to sound like I’m not being empathetic to that whole process
Yeah but like you said if if you really understand the suffering part of being a Believer then you understand that listen I have I have to do it even if it like this episode for us it was hard right like there are so many people that we know part of these
Organizations but I recognize the the realness of it yeah yeah and there souls are at risk because it’s so easy like when you know something to be like how do y’all not know this you know and I I think you know whoever watches this I’m sure it’s
Going to be a lot of people were Greek right I just want them to to feel like even the emotion you just displayed it’s like it’s from a place of love but also is from a place of great sacrifice none of us would be on the podcast today had
It not been for us literally laying down our life laying down our pride laying down the comfort of comfortable Christianity which in turn creates casualties if we’re being honest um to be bold and Brave and be who he’s called us to be so I I commend you both like for what you’re doing
Seriously we appreciate it and just like when we saw your um testimony on YouTube like it was like a couple years ago yeah we were like this was literally like what we needed like it just popped up on YouTube it’s like God like we needed to
See this like we need this you know and I feel like people also need this this podcast episode maybe for like confirmation or just s some to sentence to somebody else I just admire your boldness as well to share like on your platform and I think that it’s just it’s just super powerful
And we have to be mindful of just like things that the enemy he he just work he’s always trying to just work and just get us yeah off our course but God is stronger he’s greater amen we just really appreciate you for yeah and I appreciate your obedience and I believe
The title of your video was it faith in action yeah actually was okay yeah and I just like that speaks volume like in itself because people hear about faith aot in church and it’s like oh have faith oh have faith but when you put it into action different that’s a completely different completely
Different ball game so like you being obedient and sharing your denouncing testimony like it it helped us and I’m sure it’s helping like so many other people and hopefully preferbly this video as well amen because like I think you mentioned this earlier how the en deceives us and he
Kind of wraps things up to make it look like it’s just like it’s just it now it’s like no like God’s children eyes needs to be open and like if it’s not now I don’t know because listen God is moving now yeah but if there is anyone out here who is
Listening to this episode like what would you share with them about steps to take to kind of step away from Greek life yeah it it I would like to preface it and say you know back to that fear of man there’s a reason why I said that because
Um it’s it’s going to be a lot of navigating now I want to be clear that it’s I don’t in no way shape former fashion um is it easy and I think that’s why a lot of people opt out of doing it um because they’d rather be comfortable and
Convicted than to be uncomfortable and set free and I I think the first thing I would let them know is that like hey um this is going to be a little hard because you’re literally dying to your flesh and one another thing that people don’t understand about it is the
Severity I’ve had people come to me and say well I know it’s wrong but um do you think I’m GNA go to hell if I don’t get out and I was like at when I first I was a crazy question to ask me you know go to God please but um I
Said if you even have to ask that question you’re you’re do you not feel like you’re gambling with your soul a little bit just just a tad bit you know so I think people don’t understand the spiritual implications that not only is it idolatry you are in Covenant with a
Demonic system set of Idols set of deities you know so I I would like to tell them that it’s going to be challenging um but the blood of Jesus is enough to break any yoke and um to overcome any challenge so that would be my first thing to them my second thing
Would be go to God try the Spirit by the spirit when I was um when I knew God had told me what he told me but I was still trying to justify my membership I would and talk to people who were Greek I wouldn’t talk to the Presidents of
Certain regions right this is what I’m hearing this is what I’m feeling and of course they’re going to only affirm what I want to be affirmed right don’t talk to one-sided people in matter of fact just talk to God first talk to the Holy
Spirit just like me uh I talked to a lot of different people but at the end of the day it came down to me and God in my room and I said I don’t think anything’s wrong with this but if there is remove the scales from my eyes and unplug my
Ears so I ask for the Holy Spirit to literally show me the air of my ways um so it’s going to be a challenge right try every Spirit by the spirit which is biblical but then also get very serious and ask the Lord to show you just how serious this
Covenant was a part of Greek life and this is why people get offended who are in it is that you oath to um defend the organization under any undertaking that’s why sometime you can even mention something adverse about Greek life and people be about ready to fight you they don’t understand that
That’s because they’ve made a spiritual oath a covenant to defend it right so you want to repent and which just means to literally you know turn away from that thing to repent to be sorrowful to have a contrite heart and to turn this is why you can’t repent and then stay in it
Because you can’t repent from sin but then continue to sin and then you need to renounce which is so important when we have made covenants With the Enemy when we have entered into demonic systems Realms and I know that these are are very like they may seem like spooky
Words but it’s all in the Bible you know a third of Jesus’s Ministry was casting out demons and so I think that we have to really get comfortable with what is in the word of God it’s not some some mystery book it’s a history book it happened right so you really want to
Take into account that you need to renounce right and and ask the Lord to show you what you need to renounce from you know when I first started it was just dear heavenly father I I renounced first of all I repent for it but I renounce anounce from you know from
Idolatry I renounce from any spirits that are connected to AKA to Greek life to divine nine which to be clear is is is a part of the occult and how we got Greek life whether it’s you know the black organizations or the white ones is from free Masonic rituals so as the Lord
Is showing you things and revealing things to you I would urge you to actually do the research of the roots of where it comes from right and to know why you’re getting out of it so understand that it’s going to be a little difficult understand the severity
Repent from it which means to turn renounce from it and then that means that you are going to have to sit with the Lord and allow him to give you an action plan to come out from among them I never want to simplify that that
Can take time and that’s okay as long as you’re moving in that forward motion to do what the Lord has called you to to do um and yeah if there are people that you know you’ve watched videos and you it’s a sound teaching a sound Doctrine even
Myself I welcome people DM me all of the time um and I’m able to talk to them and give them feedback but more important than anything I could say or a pastor could say or a preacher could say is what the holy spirit is saying and he
Will talk to you if you make yourself available to hear them that’s good and we were just like on a fast with um Prophet um Tiffany Montgomery and so the whole like the point of the fast was like to break any like Covenant that we had with the Enemy yeah for like our
Entire um like um family line and so it was like very like it was intense it was intense sure but like just knowing like the power of like our words and like the things that have happened like for Generations just like breaking those covenants yeah I was like Lord and then
Just even as you were mentioning like like you guys were like going in a covy like making to the organization and it’s like we don’t understand like the power of our words and that the enemy like he’s listening okay yeah I’mma hold you to it that’s one thing about it he gonna
Hold you to it too so like it’s just very like important you know to break those and like imp the ple the blood blood of Jesus over the situation and over just the entire Covenant you know so I’m really happy that you mentioned that because people may be in Covenant with
Things that they said years ago and they don’t even realize that they said it it’s like well you break you got to break it you do you have to break that yeah and I kind of want to talk about how the organizations kind of say that it’s built on Christian
Principles like I want to know like where exactly did that come like how I guess I could see why people would believe that but can you kind of like break it down for us like why do they say that yeah you know why they say that
Is your guess is as good as mine you know I will say this I will say this right in in all of them not just AKA there there there’s a lot of biblical themes in the rituals and I think um right what we have to understand is just
Because the spiritual doesn’t mean that it’s God um there are a lot of different spiritual things there are a lot of different false gods in this world there are a lot of different religions in this world and what Greek life does that’s rather interesting is uh you know Jesus
Christ was mentioned in my ritual book but also so was verses that were literally taken from the Bible and manipulated which is against the word of God um where his name was removed and the organization’s name was put in right and that’s what you call syncretism where there’s a mixture of different
Beliefs and even in one of the rituals um we were holding hands with all of our all my L sisters and this is the above ground process so we’re not even talking about getting beat we’re not talking about the stuff that we know is wrong
That we like to act we like to act like it doesn’t happen right this is what everybody has to do so there was a point in the ritual where we were all holding hands and they were literally reading scripture um I believe from The Book of Ruth where she’s telling Naomi her
Mother-in-law that she will go wherever she goes she will serve whatever God that she serves and she will die wherever she dies but the purpose of this script and the ritual was that we were yoking ourselves together this had nothing to do with God it was scripture
Out of context and so I think people get confused because in the rituals there are biblical themes but they are mixed in with a lot of different practices and that’s what the enemy does right he mixes the truth with a lie the same thing he did in the garden he comes as
An angel of Light he likes to that’s how he deceives us because what better way to deceive children of God than to act like something is of God and so I believe that’s where it comes from um and it’s really just a great deception but that’s why we have to try every
Spirit by the spirit and even on the first page of the AKA ritual book it literally says this is the spiritual Foundation uh of the organization and immediately I was like okay if it’s stating that and you’re also stating this is you know through the guise of
Jesus Christ which is the god that I serve it’s my due diligence to inspect this and and upon inspe it didn’t pass yeah I like how you mentioned that because so I don’t care when I was going through the process of let it out because I
Would I remember I would like pray I’m asking God like what should I pledge because at one point in life I thought that this is what I was supposed to do right I see my family I I had like teachers who were a part of these ARG
I’m like okay I I want to make them proud I want to do this I want to my family proud like I’m I’m going to be committed I’m going to do it and I would like pray ask God like what organization should I pledge and then like the spirit
Said change your prayer and it was like well God do you want me to do you want me to pledge and it was like uhuh not it either and like I remember I would go on YouTube and look at videos to figure out like what because it was like it was
Something it was like something wasn’t right about it yeah but I thought it was right because the people that I saw who were in it and they said this is BU on I’m like okay well this matches my faith I think yeah and like you said the enemy
He he wants to deceive us so for so long I’m like okay there’s no way that God is telling me not to do this when I see people who are a part of this and they’re Believers like girl what like this can’t be true I just thank God for
That like him revealing things to me and like you you talked about earlier how one of your um Lon sisters she shared her story and like you were going to challenge her I did but it challenged you y’all got is hilarious no he has a sense of humor that’s that’s exactly
What happened and um I didn’t want to cut you off did you complete your thought oh you good that’s exactly what happened um cuz I’m very I would say I’m very headstrong for sure and when she said it was demonic I was like oh I’m
Not demonic I’m you know so I I took offense to it on two accounts I took offense from the organizational standpoint and I took offense from the individual standpoint because here I am thinking I really know God and in that searching and then that challenging her
That’s when I was challenged and I think that’s one thing to tell people too humble yourself even if you think you know okay as a Christian though the Lord tells us to try every Spirit by the spirit like that’s what you should be doing anyway and that that feeling you
Were talking about that offness that is the holy spirit that’s the spirit of discernment letting you know you might not know what’s off here but something’s off it’s the same feeling I felt when they told me to kneel and I didn’t have enough knowledge and understanding of
The word of God or even the process that the Lord speaks to us to know that that’s what it was and I think the thing about Greek life too is you mentioned this earlier which I thought was interesting because it brought something back to me right yeah about it being a a
Christian organization and we when we think about the ceremony aspect of it which is 100% spiritual um someone gave me this parallel about how you come in you’re dressed in black right which you know symbolizes that you’re not in the organization you have to go through a process an initiation almost like a
Purification process that is why you also end in white um but also you’re represented to the world you’re masked but then you’re represented to the world with a new name and then you have have all of these different aspects that If we’re honest do come along with Greek
Life like everybody’s going to tell you service I’ll be honest I cannot stand that because I just want to have a real conversation and say if you wanted to serve that bad you will serving your local church you can serve the Homeland we have to be honest and say
That from Black Culture it’s a level it might be a level of honor it might be some Legacy but a lot of it is status a lot of it is I’m going to be very is Crossing into Greek life all that stuff is real you know but what God showed me
In that is I can’t do what I I can’t take you where I want to take you attached to this because it’ll get the glory and not me so when you show up for your service events you’re wearing your letters right when I when I got my job
Right after college the first thing people asked me they didn’t ask me nothing about God they said did you have a connec in AKA that helped you get that right even today if I were doing all the things that you know the Lord has allowed me to do now I was known as
Desiree the AKA that’s what people called me um and it’s not even so much so that I marketed myself as such it just was the tool and I’ll be honest when I would walk in rooms or I had the AKA tags on my car people address you
Differently and so I think it’s just it’s a great deception and it’s gone on for I mean over a century so I mean it it has has the black community it has and also I want to Echo that it’s not just the black ones it’s it’s it’s it’s
The other ones too you know we just are talking about D9 um it’s a great deception and um yeah I think that there’s always room for God to challenge you for sure so it is just so funny because we had another episode before yours and the sound worked perfectly you know like no
Hicup that’s why I said we’re going to do it regardless we’re I like I can’t what what’s happening let me just today not yeah but he will not win he will not win but is there anything you want to add before we um close out yeah I mean I
Think just love right I I think um we we’re missing a lot that in the kingdom of God and even for me um when I came into deep understanding and deep knowledge not just about Greek life but about other things uh the first thing that that rises up is like that pride
And you begin to almost judge people who don’t have the same Revelation as you yet and I think we have to be very careful because um a gospel without love is an incomplete gospel you know it’s for God so loved the world that he sent
His only son to die for our sins right so that we could have eternal life so any anybody watching you might have offense popping up you might have conviction popping up you might think we’re downright crazy but I think ultimately I just would love to end on
The note of love that God God loves us and that’s why he wants to make us well he wants to purify our lives he wants what is best for you and there’s nothing that this world can give you that can outweigh what the Lord can give you and
Can do for you so the reason why we’re here today is because we love God but the reason why we love God is cuz he loves loved us first and that’s the same for anybody watching he loves you so much I I love it thank you so much

They come from a generational bloodline of continuous you know Greek life affiliation maybe they have a parent that’s near and dear to them um that’s created them to be a legacy so to speak within these organizations Lord maybe they are so hopeful to go to college and pledge and
To and it’s been their lifelong dream Lord we just we just break every soul tie we break every Covenant in the mighty name of Jesus we ask for every listener on here for their hearts to be prepared by the holy spirit for their eyes to be the scales to be removed for
Their ears to be unplucked not so they can hear us but so that they can hear you Lord we pray that you just put a hunger in their hearts Lord and that you just put a thirst in them that they would want to know what pleases you that
They would want to know who you are and what you say it doesn’t matter what any of us say it’s about what you’re saying Lord I pray that they would literally test every Spirit by the spirit and not stop with Greek life Lord let them allow
You to search their lives let them allow you to renew their minds and renew their hearts God and I pray that they would encounter you with such love and just to feel your mercy and your grace that you are a good father I come against the lie that you are some authoritarian figure
That just looks down on us to to to Smite us or to tell us how we’re wrong but in fact you loved us so much and you want to help clean us up and you want to help purify us I pray that they would just feel that like even as they leave
The conversation no matter what they felt throughout it but they would leave with that love of Christ and that certainty of knowing that they there is a God who loves them enough to send his only son to die for them so that they may have eternal
Life and so we just seal this episode with you Lord we pray that it goes out to the people that it needs to go out to that it would reach the right people in the name of Jesus that it would plant the seed and Lord we just ask for you to
