Textbook a group of like-minded people sharing the same philosophies the same principles with the same rituals following the common goal most of them are very positive in mind most fraternities we hear about are what you call the divine nine um which are the omegas the kappas the alphas all
Those those fraternities you have the Elks you have the Freemasons you have I guess the Moose Lodge you know those are like your typical fraternities that you know every body has heard about most you fraternities and all of them stand for something positive most of them revolve around nonprofit organizations you know and
Trying to EMB better the society and the group itself you know a lot of them do charitable work you know so hence the fraternities that I had just mentioned now is the warrant officer Court fraternity well they Tech it is because being in the military is fraternity because think about it
There’s a pretty much a right of passage um whereas everybody has to go through basic training or boot camp um you have to go through your MOS school to be qualified um there’s certain rituals and customs and courtesies that we all ABY by and and only the the select group of
Military members hence the military membership are the ones that have to abide by this now if you want to dig an inch deeper waren officers make up let’s speak about the Army warrant officers make up about 3% of the army so if you think about it what is the Army let’s
Say what 500 strong and 3% of that is not sure but the war officer court is a fraternity within a fraternity just like becoming an old grade officer the fraternity within a fraternity a lot of the think a lot of the rituals and everything cross over but you’re still one together but waren
Officers I mean we’ve all been through basic training we’ve all been through the basic military ship but now we take another step to join another Elite Group which our warrant officers so to do that you have to go through the initiation process we all go through War off cada school we
All go through our WR of passage which is warrant officer candidate course or school boxs this is where you’ll go through your new age boot camp to make you to turn you to become an officer hence a warrant officer you’ll go through your physical fitness you’ll go through your customer courtesies your officer
Ship um and so forth so then that brings you with into what we call the cohort you just don’t jump into this cohort well Street the seat now you can but majority of people have to go through the right of passage hence making it it’s own fraternity so without
