Out of the way let’s just dive right into the shoe so these are called the brotherhood jordan ones these are paying tribute to uh mj’s fraternity uh omega sci-fi q dogs q dog ones whatever you wanna call them um mj he he is a q for those who
Don’t know um but i think he pledged um i think he pledged q like after being in the league i don’t think he did it while he was actually playing at uh unc so somebody could kind of fact check that stuff and look look uh look into it for
Me so i think he kind of did like undergrad i mean not undergrad um grad chapter or even um just kind of being an honorary member because i don’t think he pledged while he was actually you know playing ball in college but uh here you go man so when i saw
Pictures of these i’m online it was the initial like one of those i’m on the fence uh one because you know i saw that it was kind of paying a tribute to you know the q dogs omegas whatever you want to call it sorry for any disrespect to the
To the cute dogs if i’m if i’m saying whatever you won’t call it but omega sci-fi q dogs i know they go by you know all of that um but the colorway um of their greek colors is actually like a much darker purple than it’s almost like the minnesota
Vikings purple it’s it’s not this this these shades so i’m not sure why jordan brand is actually calling it that or trying to pay you know tribute to you know mj’s frat but i i think they they got the colors wrong you know i have a few family members and friends
Who are accused and this is definitely not the the shades of purple and gold um of their color so i’m not sure why they went with this and they’re trying to just tag it um and saying that this part of his his uh fraternity i’m not sure what the
Whole story is but whatever let’s just go over the materials that they use so you got different grains of leather and you guys could kind of see it look like the gold parts it’s much like a like a soft leather on here and the white part on is like a
Little bit more stiff uh so it’s a little more stiff on the white parts but the gold is really really really plushed uh nice soft tumbled look on here see me pushing down on it uh it’s a real tumbled leather on the toe box and you have a
Not sure if this is a suede or lettuce it’s a it’s a weird feeling i guess it’s a suede i don’t know it’s hard to tell guys it’s a leather it’s it’s a leather it’s um you got that like i said you got different grains and shades of leather
On here and they’re just in this weird colorway when i first started seeing photos and it had these color laces and you came with other laces i’m going to show you that in a second i like that it’s definitely a pass for me and it’s just
All because of the laces but i know you always you know put other laces in but i like if the shoes don’t come with alternate laces i just you know i don’t grab any of the laces and put in the shoes there’s something weird about me so ignore that but they
Did come with extra laces and once i started seeing photos with the white laces i was like okay so these don’t look that bad once you toss white in them and i’m not worrying about trying to put an outfit or something together i’m sure i could find something in
Important you know put on and kind of put the shoes do most of the speaking for the outfit it just was you know these laces right here when they were in the shoe i just was like yes just something about this is this ashy faded purple that you know it’s it’s
Just not a really a nice color to me i don’t know it’s just something about it and i think a lot of people are feeling the same way um you know looking at resale and if you want the cop to use you could get them for pretty much retail there’s not a lot
Of people who were after this one and i think it’s because of this colorway like it’s not something that’s easily uh wearable but i like shoes where you know you could put something on and draw attention to your feet so once i saw that they came
With extra laces i was like all right let me go ahead and give them a shot um you can see that the sock line is a little bit different too uh it’s almost like a it’s more of a fabric like a sweatshirt feeling type material around a sock liner so that’s something
A little bit different we don’t normally get uh down in the insole you have that gold insole with the purple nike air um i think that’s pretty much it for us the the material gold show you guys the outsole that typical jordan 1 outsole that we get
Um on here i’ll show you guys the quality control so i did notice some issues so some stains right here uh some glue marks and seem like 2022 is gonna be the same thing for you know quality control like 21 i’m not sure what’s going on in these
Factories but seem like they’re just letting anything get by on the assembly line and the quality control is still an issue uh it sucks because you know you’re paying you know 170 200 bucks for a pet sneakers and we’re still getting crap quality control and i really don’t
Think nike’s gonna do anything about it because the sneakers are gonna sell out regardless so uh it just kind of sucks like you guys can see you know i have some imperfections glue marks and some stains on my pair but i don’t think you’re gonna really be able to see it that much
Once they’re on feet and uh i know it just kind of sucks that the qc is still kind of horrible um you know looking at this shoe you can see there’s a lot of glue marks and just just some imperfections on my pen it just it just
Sucks seeing this but it just is what it is at this point um let me show you guys the box now show you guys the other laces and stuff um so here you go you came with gold and it had the white in and this was that purple that i showed you
And this was really the game changer for me once i saw that they came with other laces besides that purple that made me you know pull the trigger and say okay i’m gonna go ahead and get them and add them to the collection so here’s your label your product code the color breakdown
I have this little qc code qr code just scan that with your camera just opens up the nike app uh here the shoe trees i just left that in there just for you guys regular typical jordan box uh nothing too special about the shoes but

Let’s just dive right into it first things first we just go besides and since that’s usually my most asked question to me these fit like any other job in one um to me if you don’t own any jordan ones i think you can go down a half size
If you have like a medium to somewhat narrow foot and if you prefer like a snug exact fit i don’t think my feet are doing any more groin so i usually like a real snug exact fit in my kicks and i usually go down a half size
And my ones if you don’t like that fit i think you can go true to size and you’ll be good to go same thing if you have wide feet if you have wide feet i think you go true to size if you want a snug exact fit and you got
Wide feet then go through the sides but if you one of those people who like a little bit of room in your shoes and you have wide feet then you might want to go up a half size you know if you want a little bit of room in your
Shoes uh as far as comfort goes the technology from the jordan ones came out mid 80s and the tech is still pretty much the same it’s a flat shoe you feel a lot of the ground when you walk it’s no real squish or bounce or no real
Comfort to the shoe you can casually wear them all day and not be in any pain but if you’re looking for like up-to-date tech and some real cushioning and bounce you just won’t get that in one you just won’t but like i said you could casually wear
Them all day and not be in any pain at all and i feel like the longer and the more you wear ones just the more comfortable they get to me uh but that’s just my opinion so here you go i won’t ramble too much more just
