[Applause] [Applause] let’s go we’re making our own history every day at Urban Prep Academy as you have seen tonight you say some brilliant extravagant studious talented young people tonight come on this day get them again yeah that’s what I’m talking about As you can see at Urban Grant we are bold yes we are bold as well [Applause] My son [Applause] [Applause] Every day our students work very hard uh academically we work hard to work hard on our character we work hard on who we are uh we work hard on who we’re going to be we practice that every day in urban travels That’s easy for me Eugene Jones He organized the first three fraternity chapters that branched out from Cornell he was also the second President of the point of the original chapter and helped create the fraternity’s name he went on to become the first executive secretary of the National Urban League [Applause]
African-American fraternity to be added and like we said we say the best for that there are over 300 chapels in 40 States well as Japan Korea and the Bahamas thank you foreign Member you got a friend you know a child somewhere that’s struggling uh in the school that they’re in I want you to invite them to become a part of the urban Prep Academy experience just recently our school won what they call the Pulitzer Prize in education [Applause] We were one of the eight finalists out of over 2 700 applications out of 49 states Urban Prep Academy was a fabulous [Applause] yeah there you go through either that’s worthy of something right here in the city of Wichita Kansas blue school and Northeast Wichita one of the top Innovative schools in the
