Phi Delta Theta Foundation Announces Record-Breaking Undergraduate Scholarship Awards for 2024

The Phi Delta Theta Foundation is proud to announce its 2024 undergraduate scholarship award recipients, showcasing a remarkable increase in the total scholarship amount awarded and the number of recipients compared to previous years.

In 2023, the Foundation awarded $149,109 in undergraduate scholarships to 124 deserving students representing forty-six Phi Delt chapters across North America. Building upon this success, the Foundation is thrilled to report that in 2024, the total undergraduate scholarship amount awarded surged to an impressive $193,171. Moreover, the number of undergraduate recipients soared to 175, demonstrating the Foundation’s unwavering commitment to supporting the academic endeavors of Phi Delta Theta members.

Notably, the 2024 undergraduate scholarships reached students from an expanded network of chapters, with representatives from seventy-five Phi Delt chapters benefiting from the Foundation’s support. This signifies a substantial growth in outreach and accessibility, ensuring that Phi Delta Theta members from diverse chapters can access valuable educational opportunities.

“These scholarships embody our dedication to empowering our members to achieve academic excellence and fulfill their potential.”

Andrew Cole, Senior Vice President of the Phi Delta Theta Foundation

“We are thrilled to witness such significant growth in our undergraduate scholarship program,” said Andrew Cole, senior vice president of the Phi Delta Theta Foundation. “These scholarships embody our dedication to empowering our members to achieve academic excellence and fulfill their potential. The increase in both the total scholarship amount awarded and the number of recipients underscores the Foundation’s commitment to fostering educational success within our members.”

The Phi Delta Theta Foundation remains steadfast in its mission to provide financial support and resources to undergraduate members, enabling them to excel academically and become leaders in their communities. This announcement is the first of many that will come over the next several months as we award our First-Generation New Member Scholarships, Hansen Grants, Graduate Fellowships, and Whole Man Scholarships.
