Accountants you need investors to raise money you need Partners you need Brokers you need a Brotherhood or Sisterhood of people around you to accomplish the goal the goal is to buy multi-family real estate so in a fraternity the goal is to party to have fun to socialize to do
Things multi-family we’re buying deals we’re Building Wealth we’re growing as people so what the fraternity taught me was how to work together as a cohesive unit as a football team as a squad to accomplish the goal to win the championship
