Influential um it speaks value and volume feel me VVS I like that feel me um so definitely thank you for having me here um and yes deligh uh I definitely started in deligh um I started in 20 I want to say 18 okay 19 I got I got
A kick in um 200 like so that was your what what year in college that was my let’s see my sophomore year sophomore going in junior year okay sophomore definitely going into junior year definitely um and it was was just it was it was it was a time like I’m not going to
Lie it was a time cuz I say this because it’s just like it was just so like it was crazy like I I literally like wore headbands only because like I didn’t want people um like I didn’t want no Barbera up there or anybody else touching my
Hairline you know you know you up there you know I’m pretty sure you know you your I already know the struggle you know so it’s just like I don’t want everybody touching that person mess it up then I’m looking crazy I was like nah so let me start wearing you know put a
Headb on so I used to go to the beauty the beauty supply stores mhm and um I used to just buy them like you know a dollar reg like you know like the little gray ones or I stayed away silk yeah yeah yeah I stayed away from like the
The the colors you know cuz the CP and the blah so I stay away from that but I still you know um I made it happen um after that one day I was just like yo like what if I put my name on this you
Know you know me let me put B on and see how this what kind of vibe is giv and let’s see what’s going on and I did that and now I’m making different flavors now I’m like I got match that with that outfit I got have that one match with
That outfit you know getting dppy with it n it’s it’s crazy because like I feel like in that school there was so many entrepreneurs it was crazy we had the girls doing their hair in the dorm rooms you have people just doing random stuff doing nails sometimes I’ll come in I see
My roommate getting her nails done like a on Spa I’m like what’s going on yo I I always hit up like shout out to tip def shout out to tip tip was one of my favorites out there um so now it’s entrepr like I tell people all the time
A lot of a lot of great people that in this world right now as look at you know I’m trying know mean um a lot of grades came from delha like a lot a lot of grades like people don’t even know about like n they went to delha like people
Don’t even know half the time like how a boogie manager is from delha you know what I’m to say oh w q p from delha you know oh wow and he used to bring he used to bring a boogie up there to do shows yeah
I remember a boogie was the he was there for the Spring Fling the semester before I got there I think it was 2017 I’m like damn I just missed him and then we got who T pay yes we we had T pay that was the I was like why would y’all do that
And then he called out yall corny that was the worst one but n definitely a lot of ghosts came from deligh you know I feel like a bunch of kids from the city or the towns who didn’t want to who wanted to like go away but they
Still wanted to feel like they were at home go upstate that’s a fact that’s my reason yeah that’s that was me too like I had a whole scholarship to stay in the city and I did not want to I had to fight to go away she like like you don’t
Understand the I had really had to fight to go away for school they did not trust me my parents did not trust me to go away but I’m like please my felt that and I really I’m grateful I went to Del High my freshman year that was probably
One of the best years of my life it was lit 2018 you came in 2018 I came in 2018 okay okay okay that’s the time we was was getting rap was getting rap I wastified now we was getting raped was getting raped back then that’s a fact
Yeah and I don’t know I feel like freshman year was my best year was it for you too um freshman year for me was a little was a little crazy I ain’t going lie I came in 2016 okay so it was it was it was like my ever party did it
Was a big brawl like the whole campus was just like flooded fights happening people getting knocked out over there happening over there it was crazy m g people get spray with M so it was lit I was I thought I was in home I like yo over the town like what’s up what’s
Going on it’s so confusing cuz like the scenery makes it feel like oh I’m away like I’m really exactly out of the city and then it’s the same [ __ ] exactly it’s like the same trenches they don’t change your it was ridiculous but I definely had a
Good time um my freshman year it was cool I didn’t really do much um I was just flowing around seeing what I like seeing the Vibes and energy filling out the campus you know cuz you know it’s it be a lot sometimes you wait by your s
Away from home luckily my roommate was um somebody I went to middle school with and we we didn’t go to high school together but we reconnected and um we got to college you see how weird life is yes you know my neighbor went to high school with me wow randomly I figured
Out my neighbor I’m like yo what the hell wow that’s crazy not the the it the world is weird like the people you meet I feel like sometimes it’s been like it’s a reason why you meet them even if it’s a lesson learned or a lesson learn
Either way it’s a when win even though it’s probably like a l you probably told that person no more but you learn from some of that person you know so you do learn what the the do’s Nots when you do it again you know so I always say like
You know sometimes you meet people it’s like it’s a it’s a reason why you met that person like you know and you got to figure that out whatever it is you know bad or good is still lesson learn cuz now you’re like okay cool type of people
I’m good off I got to focus on typ people you know was on my kind of you know stage fact and it’s funny because like I went to college with one of my closest friends from high school okay and I’m thinking we’re going to be like this
We’re going to be tight we’re going to do everything together we’re going to get our nails done we’re going to go out we’re going to meet boys we’re going to go to this frat party nope uhoh like we fell off so crazy it doesn’t even make
Sense and it’s like n College will break can make you yeah that’s a fact and it’s funny how life Works cuz like my whole college experience I didn’t even talk to her like that no that’s crazy you know what’s crazy I think about the other girl you was hanging out with and it’s
Not even her that’s crazy which one um SP one oh yeah no that wasn’t her okay that’s how like maybe no that wasn’t her that was somebody else and then my roommate she lived in canar where I’m from and I’m like yo this world is too small yeah too many coincidences definitely that’s
Crazy I small I don’t even know how I end up going to to college with my roommate him being my roommate was crazy I was like this is this is my middle school friend like yeah that’s this is crazy that’s the best though cuz I didn’t have nothing to like no weirdness
Going on I didn’t have no um just like there’s no craziness I I I could trust him yeah I can leave the room I have my stuff I come back my stuff is still there yeah yeah or like people do weird stuff but I never had that room but it ended up
Working out for you though 100% like 100% like just the communication The Vibes the way he was like just the the like everything was just perfect like nothing like just did not make sense like everything was VI it was VI it was good like his mom knew my mom my mom
Knew his mom you know it was good vibes it was the perfect experience I had in my life I’m not going to lie and it’s weird how like everything was so perfect out there like everybody was just on timing nah it was it was late if you
Know you know and that punch out no that H was lit that that thing right there that was lit nah it was a time yo so you did Kickstart your business during college and I love that for you cuz a lot of people they probably started their business or they started doing something
Like giving lineups and they just fell off you know what I mean not really appreciating what they have the gift they have that’s a fact so I’m glad you knew your worth and value from The Jump n definitely um it’s been a it’s been a it’s been a time like it’s been it’s
Been ups and downs um it’s just greatness you know and I’m happy that like I started there cuz like I I give so much love to that school and just so much like just cuz they helped me you know like it was just like you helped me you don’t know how much you
Helped me but you definitely put me on the map it’s the point where I go on different campuses and people like yo like that’s the headband guy that’s the no you have motion you have motion I’m humble you know got emotion emotion like I ain’t going to
Lie but I’m very humble about it I ain’t going to lie bro so going into col not even going in like how did you even like fully make that experience yours like really own that experience and make the best of it movies like just before I went to
College watching all those like um just 21 and jump and yeah yeah uh uh even like throw it back to Disney Raven going to um Georgetown how she did that kind of VI um just just all these different movies and like things we put our face
You know musical even not it still you exactly it was only1 that’s funny we live the same life like those shows used to really make me want to go away for school and I just did it I was like no I’m out like I told my mom like I think
I’m ready you know I think I’m I’m you know I’m mature enough I feel like I’m I’m good I could be out there you know and that’s just how that’s how everything happened you know cuz I went to school for I want to be a lawyer like
That’s my whole thing even now I still have I’m going to school I might I know I’m going find mes soon you know okay to be announced lawyer so in next in the year you I might go for my masters and just see how that rocks out um but yeah
I was Ed for to be a lawyer that’s my main that’s my main goal since I was like 9 10 years old like watching law order what did you end up studying I started criminal justice oh okay um people think I got a business m a business degree yeah I would have
Guessed fact people do nah like just I literally started just doing that because like I feel like as a men and my father thought I was young um I couldn’t keep calling home from my mom like hey like can you send me $10 $20 $10 it just wasn’t working for me you
Know and at the same time you know um I I was paying I was still pay my mom phone bill at the time too even in college you know oh wow so it’s just like I still have responsibilities where I just like I owe to her you know what
I’m trying to say so like I need I need something I could jump me up let’s see what I could do to sell something let get you know going and then when people realize like I to Happ I to Happ and I realize people really was bonies I’m
Like all like that n happen you know so let’s let let’s let’s let’s do something you know let make it to the business let me start doing things and getting people into this you know just they want the merge give them the merge know I get the people they want and that basically
Would just like help me the most did it also help you keep stay focused definitely stay focused um just um when I say that as in like I was I’m always in my school work like anybody know me I was in a party doing my homework you understand like I
Was focused you understand so I put my mind to something I’m doing it it’s me I’m doing all the way at the same time my mom’s going to school for her Bachelor and her Masters you know what I’m trying to say so we’re comparing grades you know not competition wise but
She sent to me like hey I got a a a a hey you got all these a I’m I got catch up you know you know like I got to do something to match your energy you know so it’s just like that kept me motivated just hurt being in school too kept me
Like n like I can’t I got to do this for something bigger than me you know cuz look at her so many years later she had plenty of jobs but she still wanted to increase that that that that minimum wage or whatever it was you know to
Increase that no I need the maximum they want I want to work there I want the maximum so just of her energy I was like not like I like her my mom’s a hustler like I just it’s just that’s where you get it from paying her bill at like what 18 19
Before that see I was paying it um 15 wow because I got to a point where I I was tired of her taking my phone from punishment and I went to go buy me a phone and I was like this is my phone now so you can’t tell me what to do no
More and then for her birthday came around Mother’s Day one of the two came around cuz they both each other um I bought her phone P My Line and from there it was like you know I’m paying it it’s no half you you paying it so I was
Like all I got I hold it down you know you’re real one so I just been that’s just something I was just like no like you know so yeah fire is there any business tactics that you learn while at Del high that you still use um yeah definitely um
Just my Approach um I don’t like I said before I’m humble right I could walk in a room somebody somebody’s in there like n times out of 10 somebody ask like am I somebody when I look I look manager like do you know what’s going on yeah like I
Just look important every time in the room you know I never tell people I do like it’s just drawn to me you know so it’s just like with that being said it’s just like you know like people just you know like I I like to just answer to
Them okay cool then later my later my my thing lat this my thing my tactic is lay down the line yeah I’m a designer oh no let me taing this see the work and you go to my Instagram page you know it’s professional work and not like BS I’m
Taking on you know like this is real work like you know I’m actually putting my time into this money into this I’m getting these pictures done shout out to my boy Allan I shot with Allan all the time um this is things that I’m doing all the
Time you know so you got have things professionalized you know so you you have the picture that’s professionalized you got have things that you know I’m showing people like it’s the real deal that’s that’s my tactic yeah yeah I’m I’m not yeah I’m not I’m not bullshitting you I’m showing you the
Work I’m showing you this is what I’m doing this is how I get this is how I get down I love that this the fir work about it you know like I’m showing you the outcomes you know what I’m trying to say like there nothing that I can’t say
Yeah you going to get this and you get it you you know breaking holes n we ain’t doing that I’m giving you that quality that work quality you know so that’s just that’s my tactic my tag is to really show you better than tell you that’s my thing facts and it’s it’s
Funny cuz like when I for I don’t think we like formally met it was probably like in passing and stuff or through my roommate but like I always knew you as the like fraternity guy right right like that’s all I knew you as like the fraternity guy you threw parties you was
Lit you had em motion like I never really formally like intro like I don’t think we formally int got introduced like that yeah it was always in like passing definitely like you was throwing a party or something that’s a fact and it’s funny that you said that cuz like I
Always got that energy from you like you gave like yeah I’m the dawn like yeah this is my [ __ ] you know what’s crazy though people say that and I feel like I give like like just I give me when I say that me I mean I feel like I give just
Like ress like I’m not I’m confident you know what I’m trying to say no matter what you might think matter what you heard what story you heard behind the doors whatever like that to you me me you don’t know me you get me and what you know me you know is nothing but
Emotions nothing but opportunities nothing but a bigger stage so we could grow together like I’m about Bond and grow together but definitely like we definitely met through just passing ways you probably come over with your roommate you know do we do so um it was cool like that’s a fact so that’s I’m
Saying like just seeing like even now and then you started doing your podcast and the audio Vibes and then from the audio Vibes you went to the this and I’m just like n he he know he he T I got I gotta I got to tap in I got I gotta see
What’s going on I gotta see what’s going on it’s funny because like how do you I don’t know cuz I always wondered how would it be to be like in a sority or something that was always something I always wondered about but I never did it
In Del High cuz I wanted it to be like strictly I’m not racist I swear but I wanted it to be like you know like how they be like down south in Atlanta like real black HBCU like I wanted that Vibe I didn’t want some like thing I never
Heard of I definitely cuz like I was influenced by media of course definitely so like I watch a lot of bet and I seen that that’s a fact like that’s a fact so um all of that being said I always kind of crave that like Sisterhood why did you like even
Join the fraternity Delta Omega Epsilon why did you join your fraternity um so before I got there um my brother is a uh Kappa okay and um just seeing him do community service what are his colors cuz I’m better with colors that burgundy white and silver okay
Um so seeing him do community service seeing him party seeing him like just the letters the meaningful the things about that just how serious he took it as a man like just how like you know you you know you we do things and sometimes we don’t take it serious you know we
Just we we BS bullshitting and I feel like when him I see now I was like n there’s no more [ __ ] with him like this the real deal like he’s on his you know Comm service Vibes and this he he going to um liou so he live in you know
He live in a crib so he going from his crib over there hours just get there and to be serious about certain things like you know wake up early in the morning I P just party or not like that’s fire I could do that you know and before we got there I um
We we searched up things like not going to lie there’s no D on your campus but there’s definitely um is a Donan and on which 21n may you know as you know yeah I know on and um but I don’t know if you want to keep going back and forth all
Day you know back every day so you know but I also heard a doe and I looked at read it I looked up on it you know it’s a good vibe so I K on my mind I already know I fraternity was on my mind already over
It um I seen them it’s about 30 something this is something you always wanted to do right yeah it’s something I always want to do okay so fraternity life is just always something I want to do because I feel like you say bet stomp yard here did this this you know you I
Was like n that’s late yeah and then you see on social media Instagram everybody showing their Greek Vibes and Y who run the yard like this is I want to do this this my vibe and um so when I got there it was just like n like they the
Community service and three three sign of them so you see them everywhere you see D everywhere this that everywhere even though it’s competition you got other orgs on cables as well un recognized and recognized and I have my options you get what I’m trying to say
But at the same time I was like nah nothing better than them like I got to go to them I’ll get invited to parties with just like I said 30 sign none of them they don’t they don’t need that many women at their parties you know
What I’m trying to say I mean not women whoo woo that men at their parties oh okay so um uh they they they don’t need no many men it’s mad Brothers bro so it’s just like we need all the wom to come through we
Don’t need no so when I got advis I hang out I used to hang out with um a certain amount of girls and it was to go but I my roommate had friends too he went to high school but that was all there so it
Was like 10 of us but they always told me and him like you ain’t going to lie like you’re not going to get to them parties with 10 [ __ ] like that’s not happening there’s no way that’s happening like they not let you in the spot with that many people it’s not
Happening so we have to break off and I’m you my mans but those are all your man you know what I’m trying to say so you gotta deal with that feel me like you might at the day if you need me I’m here you know what I’m trying to say but
When it come to this time like I’m out I’m going to the party so I to go to the parties with them they just be strolling dancing going crazy like oh no like what what the whoa whoa whoa whoa I was I was just measured like just like yo like I
Got to be like not not Al like I got to be down fanned out but like just like I got to be down with that just off based off that just service and just the motion that they had they had motion everybody know they want the doubt High
Doe motion equal motion simple as that and I feel like that helped me so much like just just doing that I became I I looked at life I looked at life and business different like I looked at life and business different when I say that cuz I’m like you know when you in
Positions in fraternity you got really take a serious like you got to really be like if you’re that event coordinator you got to make sure you playing events if you’re the president you got make sure you run the organization vice president make sure you play a part you
Know everybody has a part exactly that’s thing we don’t see we don’t see at all when we looked at Movies you know and I know y’all take it serious when like sometimes I would see people who are like even going to become like whatever they are like whatever
Fraternity sority they going into and like sometimes they wouldn’t even speak to me and then it’s like they trying to discipline themselves doing certain things to even get in fraternity like jogging around campus working out I’m like no what what y’all on for real n it’s different
And it it it basically it help me a lot though I’m not gonna lie my Boost my business up so much and I owe so much I feel like I owe so much to them and so it’s so real cuz right now I’m vice president of my whole organization oh
Wow you understand like so I govern all the chapters you know oh wow so it’s congratulations appreciate that and it’s just like um it’s just a blessing you know I get to give back now you know so you got gave me so much popularity so much you know
So much like yeah yeah yeah I beted on me every time like it was no bet against me you know what I’m saying like everybody ordered everybody showed love and it’s just like that’s my this is my like my Charity My my community service to the to the world you know so just
Doing that I don’t I don’t you know I do so much stuff and I just I don’t I don’t get paid for it now that I want to get paid for which like that’s my this is my my time to do my Justice you know I’m
Glad you didn’t get caught in the hype of it all too cuz you said like you seen it on social media and stuff and it look cool and they was dancing doing their thing but I’m glad that you could see bigger than that like this is bigger
Than you like a fact there’s so much you can do that’s a fact with just having a community having communion having your brothers next to you supporting you it’s like it’s a beautiful feeling you have like a tribe it’s a fact yeah it’s a fact and y’all all like have like even
If you’re all doing different things it’s still aligned cuz y’all still know at the end of the day yall here to uplift each other doing whatever you doing literally uplifting each other and just back to the parties what you was saying how we do parties and we
Literally do parties with each other you know what I’m trying to saying so I got in they was doing it before I got there and I got introduced to it like I I crossed everything I’m in fraternity but you know like not saying everybody get the opportunity but you know and when
They see you a certain type of person like now like I could bring you in you know yeah so now we getting money that way so now was like we throwing parties in the castle you been the castle castle the castle you go to the castle for the
Pary yeah like it was like a good little drive out right yeah yeah I remember that I remember that a lot of people don’t what it was like n the line was crazy first of all it was more than one school there too yes yes always always always more than
One school I’m not going to lie I’m that was a good night I’m not going to lie always more than one line outside of like the parties and the strolling and the just campus events are you guys doing anything like outside of the school um yes um we do we do autism
Walks we do walk for suicide um Darkness Su it’s I got get the name of it correct um but the suicide Works people that um you know do that and works for that um breast cancer so we we we we we give most for this community um we do on
Lumni things you know it’s bigger than just school and just different we have chapters we got alumni Brothers we meet with them um we having a dinner coming up soon um brothers are you know having babies now making new life and families you know so
Just like a two weeks ago I went to another brother’s um baby shower WoW tonight I’m going to her brother’s dinner after this you know so we we we locked in you know so it’s just like it’s that’s the that’s the part for me that I love so much just like I have
People that I don’t got talk to every day but just know on a Vibe comes it’s late and it’s just like we’re back in school again like like the other day I felt like we was just back just back in daha chilling having a good time it gave
Those vibes I was just like this is this is crazy like I was like yo like and we all talk about like we came with different Generations you know like different times like I came I’m out of everybody I chill with like older brothers I’m probably the last one to
Come in like come inside the Del you know so they all was leaving by the time I was going through college and just like just knowing that you know like just the reconnection just like the connection is never lost is the best thing for me like that’s just the that’s
The best part for me that’s what I wanted you know I got what I wanted out of it I wanted the the the brother Hood I wanted the the love I wanted the the the connection the networking I wanted all of that and I got everything I
Wanted out of it everything and there’s like a big negative stigma also that’s attached with being like a frat right fraternity y AirHeads all y do is party drink play bear pong but I feel like it’s so much bigger than that and I could really see that cuz my brother was
A part of a fraternity Alpha F Alpha okay so he really opened my eyes to just how strong Brotherhood could be cuz unfortunately he had lost a brother a few weeks ago and to see yes to see how like everybody dropped what they’re doing he was in Cali and his
Brother would um had was buried in DC so he didn’t have the bread to come to DC like right away but his brothers helped him get to DC for the funeral I’m like damn like you guys are really locked in and that’s the best part that’s that’s
Literally the best part and that’s like the part where it’s like it’s no words for that cuz it’s like it’s it’s unspoken words you understand like I got you at the end of the day and based on the bomb that you guys build when you guys end that chapter and sometimes you
Got to be in the same chapter cuz I’m cool with people that not even the same chapter as me and we just broke that that Bond just cuz we both part of the same fraternity you know same Brotherhood you don’t treat people different because you’re from different
Place we see on our chest at the end of the day you know so you these letters you my brother you know what I’m trying to say and that’s just how it is that we just locked in like we locked in super locked in like I made the best decision
I could make I’m G be real like I say I say that all the time like I made the best decision I could have made ever because that’s right without that without the stpp of stones without just them being there I don’t think I would
Ever be this far where I’m at right now 100% like that help me a lot super lot I feel like the media really kind of dampens that image when it comes to fraternities that’s really what it is you don’t really see that side of it when you watching movies about frater
You only see like all them going through like um the initiations and all the negative things attached with it that could kind of like turn people away from it personally it made me hesitate to even like look being a part of a sority even mean but I would say it’s it’s
Every process what you make it true and not everything you see is always true or not part of your culture that you’re in um and what was not for you is not was not for you and on top of that it’s just like the stigma on it they see that but they
Don’t see like the part where we actually we do a lot like just just I just that just me just all theur stories around the country and the world period just like what we these chapters that people we in and these communities that we in like that have right you see we we
Give parades we give back we give help to the community you know you need your window shine Rec coming you need you need to be snowed out cuz the snow is too heavy for you you’re old you need help we help you you know so that’s a part that they
Don’t see they don’t see the part that we help these communities build up to what they are and that’s the that’s the feeling for us too like the feeling is giv back to the community that we’re in you know I’m not from I’m not from that
High you know I I don’t I didn’t have to go outside on cold days and after nights I partied all night till 5:00 in the morning still about 700 the morning different I’m Li that snow ridiculous make no sense it was snowing like in May yo crazy ridiculous yo it was crazy out
There yeah how do you feel like your brothers contributed to your vision your brand um I feel like they CP tributed a lot to it um every like when I said before like I go to campuses people like no like that’s the headband guy like that’s the Mr
That’s Mr Masterpiece you know and I feel like without I I couldn’t go to different campuses without them wearing it you know what I’m trying to say like them jacking it them putting it on and showing them who they got it from the Creator you know and showing mean and
That’s unspoken words cuz they never said like oh yeah I put X YZ on when I go plac people know who I am just like not like how you know who I am you know like all chill chill chill yeah so it’s just like it it they helped a lot um
