Andrew’s journey into the world of aviation began at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where he studied aerospace engineering. While at Embry-Riddle, he joined the Florida Mu Chapter of Phi Delta Theta and served as the chief justice of the Student Government Association. His education in aerospace engineering provided him with a solid understanding of the technical aspects of the industry, setting the stage for a career in aviation that would take flight.
After completing his education, Andrew began his professional career with Rolls-Royce. Starting as a development program engineer at Rolls-Royce North America, he quickly gained valuable experience that would prove instrumental in his future endeavors. Andrew’s journey with Rolls-Royce continued with roles such as flight test engineer and OEM program lead. During his time with the company, he demonstrated a commitment to excellence and innovation. His work in these positions involved ensuring the safety and performance of aircraft engines, a role that required meticulous attention to detail and in-depth knowledge of the aviation industry.
In 2019, Andrew took on the role of manager of MRO Strategy and Business Development at Delta TechOps. This marked a significant transition in his career, where he began focusing on maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) strategies and business development within the aviation industry. In 2021, he was appointed as general manager of sales and business development at Delta TechOps.
Recognizing the importance of continuous learning and personal growth, Andrew pursued a master of science in project management at Penn State University between 2012 and 2014.
His career, which has spanned over two decades, showcases his technical expertise, project management skills, and leadership capabilities. Phi Delta Theta is excited to see what he will do for the aviation industry in the future.
