One of the greatest athletes to ever live one of the most decorated actually the most decorated Runners who ever lived like when I’m talking about decorating I’m talking about Metals she’s bringing home the gold she’s bringing home a couple silver she got some bronzes in there too but she is One
World Championships whether it’s a worlds or the Olympics over and over and over again they have Allison Felix man Allison Felix is literally one of my favorite Runners whether it’s man or woman I don’t I don’t really even care man like this lady is a straight up hero
In track and field I mean like just so many amazing stories from coming back splitting 47 to uh almost dying you know in a childbirth coming back making the games making the Olympics I mean like she is a flat out phenomenal star great person I’ve enjoyed following her career
Man like she’s turning pro at 21 has the High School record for the fastest 200. listen I’m telling you I am a super fan of Allison Felix so um if you don’t know man like I’m always a little track and field I was a track coach coach boys I coach girls
Um man I’ve been watching track for a long time probably since 1996 with my uncle when we watched the 96 games and we watched uh Michael Johnson set records but just in case you don’t know Alpha Kappa Alpha is the first sorority uh that actually came out they are our sister
Sorority and that is because my fraternity was founded at Cornell they had a choice they were going to either go to Harvard or they want to go to Howard initially there were thoughts of going to Harvard but that wasn’t enough of a black population now so they
Decided to go to Howard and from there you have AKA you have the cues you have um the sigmas and the Zetas like all of that really sprung from them like deciding to go there so I’m sorry man we or y’all fathers I mean it is what it is
Man to deal with it but um but shout out to uh AKA today though man like for you know for uh being around since 1908 and uh signing one tremendous run of and like seriously like an icon in my eyes man like seriously big time so anyway
