The process and you know just like our you know leadership you know our team of leaders yeah that that are players also yeah I try to run by everything you kind of need it I mean this is this this game is something that um can get away from
You real quick especially on the players side so Bobby I I kind of understand where you’re coming from with what you’re trying to do and I think my my biggest question to you is that if you are taking a look and taking a a look at this thing from 30,000 ft and you’re
Seeing okay this is what I need my biggest question to you is you know you’re the GM who do you have being your coach essentially what I’m doing is I’m gathering uh the team together and what I have is I have a few coaches and there’s no need to really bring a coach
And get them involved until I get a team that’s cohesive enough to practice together because the first thing that has to happen to me Lee is PT you know what I’m saying everybody got to you know work it out and get together with that so I have a do few
Coaches but it’s no need for them yet when I’m just bringing everybody in like now we got to do explanations on Fox and you know it’s a class essentially that has to be given to the team for them to understand how we moving into this fall

As well play the game that I love care about well I mean okay so I’m going to say it because I’ve said it before with the force and I I look I am not GNA I’m not going to BS around sugar coat you mean well yeah sugar coat I’m sugar coat
And Jack anyway my biggest thing with with the forces is has always been the fact that I see a lot of teams out there that are playing during The Fall season and I think that brings teams together and I’ve asked the question what’s the biggest difference between
Playing with in the fall for teams that have played in the fall and then come back and play in the spring and it’s the way they come together right during The Fall season and then they bring that into the spring so my question for you
Being a a guy that is now going to play on a team in the fall how is that going how do you think that’s going to impact your game moving forward into the spring impact the forest game or mine your game not the force cuz the force ain’t
Playing so I gotta I got to go off what what’s going on with you I mean let’s goes for even NFL team sometimes it takes a week or two to get back into the Rhythm and build with a rhythm right as if you’re playing the fall you might
Have you got to be smarter when it comes to take care of your body of course but you’re also in the Rhythm and you’ll be going in already ready to go whereas you’re coming off the couch or whatever you’re doing you kind of get back into
The Rhythm and you know get going again so do you feel that by doing this for the fall you’re going to be ready to go during the Spring I feel like I’ll be ready to go I mean there’s a lot of guys I played with on the force there some of
Us are with us as you know Deon Fox our quarterback is there yep yeah so we have some guys uh re Josh we have a few guys from the forest that are playing over there on the alliance it’s I think it’s very smart of you guys to all if you
Guys are all going to play in the fall just not under the force Banner to be going to work with each other like I I think that’s that’s super smart guys I don’t know if one of you guys made that decision ision or if it was kind of just
Like a like a collective simultaneous thought but it it really kind of It kind of It kind of just happened you know kind of everything just kind of took its place you know people were saying they’re going to play for other teams you know things just kind of fell into
Its place and people kind of followed some people seem like oh most guys are going to here I’m going go with them type of thing and then the rest was kind of history as you can see so just to piggy back off what Chris says um I I
Know you it seemed like you kind of took it differently but this will prepare you like for better for spring do you think that what he’s saying is will this make you a better player going to play for the force now like yeah I mean I was
Probably I I wasn’t known as you know I wasn’t that known really coming in this was a last man decision so um in my opinion yeah it’s going to help me personally I feel like it’ll help me but as well as doing off the work off the
Field stuff as well working outside by yourself also helps you know put in the extra work yeah but but sometimes if you’re not playing the the game you can only you know work out outside and you know run routes so many times without you know getting in the play the plays
You know what I’m saying just running those routes against other DBS or G live looks definitely helps a lot because then you’re going to see different guys playing you got whether it be off off man soft press coverage you outside shap inside shap you can work at releases and teaches you
Different ways to attack a guy and then obviously playing with Dion if you guys both go back to the you know Force that’ll help with you guys chemistry oh yeah most definitely I want to build a chemistry with neon that’s I’m sorry what what position are you planning on
Playing uh I mean as you seen last year they have me last SE they have me you play everything so that’s pretty much that’s pretty much going to be what it’s going to be again okay what well what’s your natural position uh so in high school I played linebacker and running
Back and then sometimes I got put at defense and the safety as well and then when I got to college I played running back and then technically the force was my first year playing receiver and running back H so I got a question question for that especially when I see
You as a uh individual and I’ve watched you I’ve watched you play you know from the sidelines and I think that as far as a wide receiver I know you’re still learning the game but I think that you’ve got that want as far as wanting to learn to play
The game at wide receiver but my biggest question for that is this and that is you’ve played in college yeah and now you’re playing in the A7 yeah what do you think the biggest learning curve what was the the biggest piece that you needed to learn coming from the college
Game into A7 what was the biggest piece that you really had to understand to really start playing this game at a high level an A7 or an A7 I mean you’re going to see different types of looks you see some crazy stuff like Kryptonite they were doing some
Backyard stuff you’re going to see different looks cuz in college you’re playing traditional cover twos cover threes when you’re playing Seven men they’re going to run different types of coverages so when you try to run a route and let’s say you’re trying to sit between the corner and the linebacker
It’s going to be different when you’re playing people that when it’s seven men on the field you still going to have to you still can sit and Throttle Down it’s just going to look a little bit different no my biggest my my reason for asking that is because you have a lot of
People that are out there that watch um 11 man all the time whether it’s Pro whether it’s college or whether it’s high school they all watch 11 man so I’m trying to paint a difference I want people to understand the difference between playing 11 man and playing seven man spal awareness yes and
Even though our our field the width of our field is cut down there’s still a lot of room to operate so when I see what you’re and trust me when I say I’ve seen what you’re talking about and I’ve also played where I I get what you’re saying too because when you’re playing
With two linebackers or three linebackers there’s a lot way different um areas where you’re going to Throttle Down to try to sit in that zone so as a wide receiver as you’re running the route you have to be on the the same page as your quarterback for them to
Understand why you stopped your route and sat down in a Zone to to put yourself wide open yeah the zones are going to be different cool cuz most of the time honestly like I don’t know I I don’t if you’re running zone I think it’s a little crazy anyway you don’t
Trust your athletes and I mean it’s not that I mean you sometimes you just run different stuff it’s like it also depends the type of player you’re playing if you’re playing a guy like lavish or Donnie or something like that are you going to really you going want a
Man coverage against them hell no exactly most don’t have the rushers to get any pressure off of a thre man Rush yeah but you’re going to but that’s like for that’s like a Tyreek Hill you’re playing against Tyreek Hill in the A7 type of thing you let them get over top
Of you you’re going to see it’s going to be a tou yeah well I mean there there’s a good point to that because when you sit back and you look at this and we see some teams that play in a man coverage almost all game and then you see other teams
That will mix that up so that way you don’t know whether they’re sitting in a man or whether they’re sitting in a cover three so when I sit there and I look at what’s going on in on the back end um especially playing wide receiver it’s almost like you even if you’ve
Played wide receiver in high school or college there’s still a little bit more of a learning curve to understand where the help is coming from especially in in seven man yeah and that’s the fun part too because it you have it forces you to learn something new so that is that is
Fun to do so it is learning something new gives you a new challenge so you can perfect your craft in a seven man as well as 11 man so gives you something new to look at yeah it’s it’s a whole new puzzle to to fit into you know what I mean because
Like exactly you got to find there’s different soft spots in the zones there’s different soft spots in coverage your brakes are going to be different like you don’t have any help that’s what I feel like A7 really kind of brings a different element of football is you
Have a lot less help from your teammates like I yeah we we only play hash to the sidelines I understand that but the amount of yardage you have to cover is is a little bit is way different from 11-man football it is and that’s why I
Was I was kind of painting the picture because I want people to understand you know when you have speed and you’re not covering uh 52 yards wide you’re only covering I think we cut down to 35 when you’re looking at that spacing and you have the speed that we still have on the
Field there’s a lot of ability to cover in a man’s situation but but there’s also a lot of ability for guys that understand how to play the game to get open and it is still a uh you know if you’re playing checkers and everybody else or if you’re playing chess and
Everybody else is playing checkers that’s why I saw things happen on the field that I saw the insomniacs do which was much different from some of the other teams now what I saw from you was a little bit of a learning curve because I saw what you did at the beginning of
The Season compared to what you did near the end of the season was completely different and I give you flowers for that because I saw the growth and I saw what you were able to do so I’m really interested to see what you’re going to

Fields for silver bowl okay so it was when we played in the tournaments it was truly Vegas versus everybody because whether Bill said it whether he meant it whether he did it on purpose or not it was always one of those things you know
As well as I do a lot of teams didn’t want to play Vegas they didn’t want to play Vegas teams because they said we were too rough they didn’t like it and I said you know what Powderpuff plays on Saturday go play go play then oh my we’re playing on Sunday we’re playing
We’re we’re out here to win a game yeah I mean it was different back when we played in the silver bowl I mean it’s it’s changed and evolved cuz we we don’t want guys getting hurt no I mean it’s also different though we also played on
Grass back then where Turf is a lot different definitely um hard on the body it just has a different meaning just Vegas versus everybody I mean we have hoodies when we go to these flag tournaments or just in general it it’s just it’s a different meaning you know

Fact of this is when we bring it all back together is the fact that A7 I can guarantee that I would say probably 80% of the flag League that James and I used to play in if we would have had A7 we probably would have migrated over got
Remember we had a lot of guys playing Arena back then I mean hunky Cooper Randy Gatewood yep a lot of those guys were already playing I mean hell we had uh even before I started it we had Steve stalworth and the Browns and uh I mean
We had some guys out there plenty of guys out there and we had guys that never even played organized football before that would have been beasted in any League they played in very true so I mean cers oh go ahead no you’re you first I was just going to say so you
Know what bottom line well welcome A7 glad to have you sir can’t wait to see you play um especially without the pads only for the fact that I think you’re going to find out real quick how running routes and doing everything cuz I mean look in whether you’re playing in
Practice whether you’re playing live no matter what you’re doing you’re playing in pads when you’re in tackle but now when you’re out here playing A7 with no pads you’re going to see the difference I guarantee it yes I’m excited really excited so what is your uh natural

Going nowhere wasn’t nobody making it off of semipro you was just out there to hit some [ __ ] and try and to try and hurt somebody like let’s be completely honest most of most of these semipro leagues were literally just people trying to get their rocks off on hurting
Somebody you see somebody get knocked unconscious people standing over and them laughing laughing at him and [ __ ] like that that was normal every single game like and it was what it was aimed for now this is different yeah we have our scuffles and yeah we’re going to
Have our little dust ups and stuff but the way this league is going and the way our leadership is taking us we don’t have to worry about this isn’t going anywhere we’re on TV we’re on Fox we’re on caffeine we’re going to I wish I could say about the places we’re going
To be I almost [ __ ] it up I wish I could I wish I could tell you how [ __ ] important this season is I wish I could tell you how important it is that you behave correctly on and off the field how important it is for you to behave yourself on the sidelines and
Treat the refs correctly there’s so many people paying attention you guys have no idea and this is all because of the hard work that the leadership and the production staff has put in and you have something you can do with this whether or not be going to the next
League maybe you get a sponsorship deal maybe you get to you get paid to talk about some [ __ ] on social media just play your [ __ ] cards right stop stop throwing your talent and all your hard work away over [ __ ] and words and little petty ass [ __ ] like we support
Each other man we got to support each other on a national level like let’s get behind each other and our good actions there’s a good group a core group of guys that I see constantly congratula people and and cross promoting everybody’s businesses and all kinds of
Stuff we all need to be doing it we all need to share this wisdom and everything with each other like this is what this league is about I love the football aspect of it but it’s not the most important well I mean it also comes down like a lot of
People you know they’ll use their you know where they came from as an excuse to act the way they do there’s no reason for it yeah you know I you I grow up on the best areas you know but you know there’s one thing that you know
I’m really good at is I’m you know like keeping my friendships you know long and productive and like I’ve known Chris over 20 years I know dererk over 20 years um you know a lot of people in that flag Le I’ve known for over 20
Years um you know some I just met 10 years ago we’re still friends um I just like for you know everybody says there’s animosity between us and S with and it’s really really not like that me and Mark have known each other I think 20 years maybe
I don’t know it feels like 30 but you know it’s always love with him you know even some of the guys that don’t like me you know I still show them the amount of respect that I show anybody else but I don’t know why we can’t just do it as a

The games I hated it I wanted to be out there playing so I can respect what you’re saying and I’ll tell you what man being with a bunch of Brothers when you can go out and play and win games with them means everything yes sir and I
Can’t I can’t express how much that means to football players in general but another and to build on to what you just said like that’s another thing that Derek and Kelly especially and you Chris have been doing is you bu you guys have been giving people opportunities past just playing like
With me with the with the uh with the broadcast and the podcast and there I’m not the only person you guys have been working with and being able to elevate to different positions when they’re not able to be on the field through coaching mentoring whatever like you guys have
Always reached out and help people like it’s not just about the football with this league it’s about advancement about making better people well I mean fraternity broa people don’t realize like you know Scotty you you you’ve had some rough stuff in the past right yeah I’ve been to prison twice man I don’t
