We have some people who would want a certain class of event to attend they wouldn’t want to go to the streets there’s the park kind of event they would want to go to maybe some classical event go sit down get some champagne bottles around them be popping and be
Enjoying performances and all that that is what has been happening but I can also tell you in all honesty that most of these shows the artist do many of them run into depth many of them many of them after the shows supplies Logistics providers they’ll be chasing them all over for
Money is not paid to them for their services because it happens that some of these shows don’t even get sponsorship it happens that the artist would also want to do it for their own ego like I also have my own show and that is a pride every should have in
Fact it is not something that I’ll kick against never that is a pride every artist should have but I’m here asking myself so many questions okay now are we as people in this space creatives especially the musicians are most of them rushing to do some of these shows
Because it has become evident that maybe during the occasion most of them don’t get booking and because they don’t want to be ideal because they don’t want to also feel like okay nothing happened for me so I’m doing something to satisfy my ego is that the motive for doing the so
Many shows around because now it has become so clear that when it is Christmas at least counting from like the 20th to like 31st most of these shows happen here in Acra most of these shows they happen here in Acra and you be asking yourself ah how
Come all these shows are happening right here in arra what is happening to the rest of the 15 regions why are we not going there I understand it is money I understand it is capital intensive I understand it is cost effective I also understand that there are fans out there
Who will be tired seeing these guys here in arra and there are some people out there who are yearning to see some of these people outside of arra but Li Li they never get such opportunities to exhibit or showcase what they also have to these people out there they
Don’t they don’t most of them they wallow around and they don’t get anything to show off because on 25th December alone here in Acra I’ve seen about two different artists playing so imagine if shata had also played on 25th December it means we going to have about three shows at different areas
And I’m here asking myself so many questions like is it good is it bad because I am I was also I have also been with a thought that ah when is Christmas that should be the artist cash C that should be when the artist should not
Even be free for a day to do anything for free that’s when the artist they are so busy collecting every penny every city from every corner but now it looks like like the guys are not chasing such Muller they are not chasing those monies but they want to do their own shows and
Do you know that some of them they will play sometimes you don’t even see a show that was commercial for them because most of these shows they play for free in fact your best you can get will be some honorarium to buy fuel that is

They are now coming to do it for the two years that they’ve been doing the freedom wave concert it has been their cost they have been fing the event to happen at the end of the day what it meant was that shali personally told me
He was ready to um sh off shut off some shows because of the freedom wave concept for December so he was not going to make any appearances because of the freedom we consent so it means that he throw it all monies away and he was ready to sacrifice for
That that’s why I’m not shy talking about it he was ready sacrifice for that that okay I have a show on 25th December at ACR post stud because of that I don’t want to be seeing gallivanting the city for that show in fact SE any other show
Apart from that show maybe after that we play that show then we go into that show with all expenditures coming or expenditure coming from his account or pocket and at the day the ego comes yes I am the artist that failed the acas sport studium yes it satisfies your ego
But the pocket the account how does it look like or are we so sure satisfied that oh throughout the year it means all these artists they made enough money so they are also doing what they call um social responsibility is that what they are doing because I sit here and I’m going

What it means is that no matter what you do in fact s date is even looking good because that is the early early part of December so when he’s done when the Christmas hype is really up he can also take some shows make some extra money
And he runs away with it and I’m sure his time is even strategic his time is very strategic because most of these shows they happen within a specific time and if you are not within that time zone of the time zones not much should be happening now let’s look at other fers
I’ve seen King promise also announce his promised land that the reth Edition December 26 2023 venue is the lapam Royal Beach and tickets are already out and he’s saying that it is called the promised land 26 December 2023 that is also another hot time and he is doing it
Once again I know this is going to be a ticketed show or this a ticketed show but everything is being done by the artist or everything is being taken care of by the artist of course s is also coming back with the rapaholic he calls the Edition the rebirth for 25th
December at the Grand Arena at often times if you speak to the people around some of these show they tell you charie most of these show they don’t come with profit by the time you finish your expenditure alone because nothing or no money came from anywhere your ticket alone can’t pay the
Expenditure from venue cost Logistics um resource people who be doing their work here and there after sorting all these people you don’t have much to take home so same way the artist will be come to support you because there is not much that was made from the show you can’t
Even promise them much or you can’t even give them much and that has been the story often times when it comes to the December shows but the question is what are the corporate bodies also doing can they also take advantage of this now Stone boy is also giving us the Acra
Sport Stadium where he says he’s going to have The Fifth Dimension concept he’s having the asaman to the world and also um f di menion aam to the world and there’s another thing like that okay homecoming he call something homecoming and I’m sure that is what the
