What’s up everybody it’s your boy Cory and today I’m going to be talking to the transfer students you currently had an institution you’re trying to transfer into another institution how would that process work if you’re looking to join a NPHC organization All right so if you are a transfer student saying you’re not in a PhD organization you’re about to transfer to University and want to join these are some things that you need to know there’s some key things that you might need to take into consideration because it’s gonna help outline the timeline

That you have say your transfer is doing you’re like a sophomore you have a great bit of time to join a MPAC organization so at that time I always say once you get on campus to get the feel of campus go to some Greek events its know some

People and start doing some research on the organization that you want to join the transfer and then as a sophomore you have time I would say use at least that first semester or that whole year to kind of figure out what’s going on and do some research and just go to some

Greek events cookout Roloff booms just go to eat this and just get to know people and start getting involved on campus so you start making your mark that way so if your sophomore is pretty much an easy process same thing out pretty much tell a freshman because of

Your just a year after them your junior table kind of shifts a little bit because you don’t have much time to research and get to know a chapter on campus so if you’re junior you can’t use a whole year to kind of research the chapter and see what’s going on you’re

Going to have to bring it up a little bit get involved on campus and see if you enjoy some clubs or organizations just depending on your interest in what you’re interested in start dabbling in community service if you have it already then that second semester if they have

An IG I would encourage you to go to the ID to kind of see what’s going on and if you potentially have a chance with that organization because who knows that they have a high G again before you graduate you just never know in that case I would say good today I do

You mean if they have won that second semester if they have won that first semester when you first get down wouldn’t encourage it just yet still do some research on the chapter to see if there’s something you really want to do but if they have an ID after that first

Semester in that second semester hey go to that I to meet because you don’t know exactly they’re gonna have another one that following semester or a year from now you just never know so might as well go ahead shoot shot buddy cares if you’re transferring and say your senior

This timeline is going to be very hard because for one you don’t have much time to research a chapter and you don’t have much time to get involved on that campuses well at that time I would say look forward to them saying hey look at grad check transferring you don’t know

Nobody you don’t know the cameras like that you haven’t got a ball on that campus I mean it’s gonna be hard for you to do all that stuff by the time to graduate so they might just tell you look into graduate chapter but I would

Say still go to an IT meeting so if your senior and you know exactly what you want to do you already know and you don’t really have time to research and they have an idea that first semester you step foot on campus I say hey just

Go shoot your shot and see what it’s about see if you can get an interview something like that because at the same time it’s going to be hard you anyway even if you waited a semester to get all the stuff in some chapters and some more

Because they should have to be on campus and have at least 15 credit hours from that institution before you can actually express interesting fill out an application so that might take it to affect as well so you might not have much time as an undergrad to do what you

Want to do so definitely look into grad chapter but also if the opportunity presents itself definitely go tied to me don’t hesitate at all if your senior transfer in another tip for you all host transferring that’s an AA degree is to make sure make sure make sure you know

How many credits you’re transferring in with and what your GPA is after you’re transferred because the worst thing is your transfer and your actor past institution you keep he was like 3.0 and think your transfer then now you have like a 2.25 but that’s the worst thing

Is you spent all this town’s research and getting know people and then go to the ID and your GPA is not what you thought it was and then you can you screw from it now if you’re currently in a organization and you’re transferring to University and say they have a

Chapter it’s a straightforward process you just have to fill out transfer paperwork so your chapter can switch in the system you’ll be good to go there’s you don’t have to go through a separate process or nothing like that you’re good but that’s it for this video if you have

Any other questions definitely leave a comment in the comment section if you haven’t subscribed already hit that subscribe button the next to it there’s a little bill right down that hit that bill so you can be officially part of the notification squad man notification is always appreciate each and every one

Of y’all that’s in the next video peace yo going ain’t like you go move out the way please don’t be a hero bling brow Chino skateboard few bling now chains on skateboard feet yeah going ain’t like you go move out the way please don’t be a hero

Bling brow chain on skateboard few old bling bow chain on skateboard feet
