In and there is spiritual warfare that what’s going on is not necessarily just what you see but that the undercurrent of it has to do with the spirit realm all right and so the spirits are real in our sophisticated day and age Spirits are real and we have discovered have we
Not over these past perhaps 50 years that uh there are things that we cannot see that impact our world one of the simplest is and uh is a garage door opener uh that you can press this thing in your car you see no wires connected
And yet your garage goes up and you can press it at somebody else’s garage and it doesn’t go up that means there’s a language somewhere you can’t see and most of us don’t understand but it is there and it works another clear example that is our cell phones everyone in here
Has a cell phone and you could all of us could at the same time make a call right now whatever it is that causes all of that to happen it will not become discombobulated nor overburdened that we can do that that is a realm you can’t
See but it is still an Earthly realm but there is also a spiritual Heavenly realm that has to do where your demons and your angels are at it now when I say your I don’t mean your personally right but there’s a fight going on for you and
The spirit realm and it’s just as real as the natural realm and that’s what we have to understand it church is the only place where people have to fully understand everything before they believe it it’s the only place when you got your phone they didn’t tell you
Where the wires were you didn’t even know where the tower was right and you didn’t know you just start using it church is the only place well if that’s true then tell me how On and On It church is the only place amen if they told you right now they were

Challenge when you are saved because you can be handed over to a reprobate mind right which is a a very d uh daunting thing so in looking at spiritual warfare we discovered you got to know who Satan is right you got to know you you got to
Know you and when I dealt with that I dealt with you got to know your proclivities you got to know your shortcomings you got to know things that throw you off amen all right you got to know that because if you don’t know that Satan will continually set you up you
Got to know your triggers amen and in knowing your triggers I’m saying something different than most people when they say triggers cuz knowing your triggers is mean you know why you acting a fool no you got to stop acting a fool you got to know that that is
Something that I simply respond I got to put this in the hands of the Lord amen it ain’t good enough to just know when to do anyhow amen where’ y’all go are y’all still with me all right so you got to know you got to know yourself

Is love you know uh love is love but that don’t mean you should be loving everything you want to love and there are different kinds of Love there is OS love which is sensual or sexual love somebody looks like what you like people to look like then
There’s filial love you see that in sororities fraternities gangs all these things that’s a brotherly or composite love of if you will a family structure then there’s agapy love which is God’s love that’s a a unconditional love that love goes beyond the area of comfort but
It also holds up a standard that is Godly where y’all go did yall amen that love wants the best of God out of everybody and will do what it takes to get that God out that’s how much I love you I love you enough to look you in the
Eye and tell you you’re wrong when I know you’re going to be mad at me when I get through that’s the kind of love I got amen if you’re my friend you might not speak to me for two weeks but I love you enough to bear that amen
So there’s all kind of love y’all know where I’m going with it amen so just cuz you are attracted to the opposite sex does not mean that you can just go there you got to put that in the hands of the Lord I’m I’m attracted the money you don’t see me robbing
Banks where’d y’all go right tell your neighbor just cuz you want it don’t mean that you get it you were born with a sin nature I don’t why am I back to the ABCs amen but you were born with a sin nature all of us were born with what’s called a sin
Nature so we have proclivities and desires that are not like God that are in us that’s why Christ comes to save us and to wash Us in the blood of Jesus and to teach us the way of Christ that’s why he spends all the time that he does in
Matthew 789 telling us what the response ought to be from us I feel preaching tonight amen cuz people act like they don’t know even church people act like we don’t know now what no we needed to be saved well maybe you didn’t I needed to be
Saved amen and the truth of the matter is all of us didn’t get saved cuz we were broke down some of us were some of us just came to the realization I need a savior my thought my life what I do is in consistent amen with the word of God

Set you want your life to be blessed God has set the principles in the word of God if you want your finances to flow you can be as nice as you want to with people but until you start tithing you will not be hitting the right button y

From the tree what the devil twisted and said that ain’t for your protection he telling you that because he trying to hold something back from you he took her thought and he twisted it and some of us our thoughts are twisted to the extent that we think we can live with people
We’re not married with and sleep with them talking about we made a commitment to each other well marriage is first of all is not between two people marriage is between three it’s the man the woman and God that’s for marri marriage is more than a commitment marriage is a

Around trying to prove to everybody how saved we are Hallelujah but we are in a relationship with Christ and we know when we go to the father what God sees is not our ugliness but he sees the blood of Jesus and Jesus is an advocate for

You went in it with amen and so we recognize who Jesus is now inside of that when I recognize who he is I’m just walking us back to where and then she’s going to begin to read uh now that I recognize who Jesus is now I got to walk in my Spiritual
Authority I got to know I have Spiritual Authority why why is this important this is important because especially for us because uh it in the sense the the gospel as it needed to be presented to us in the 50s 60s 70s even uh early 80s was a gospel that spoke to
The fact that Jesus came to rescue victims and to some degree we were victims based upon social structure and culture but we ain’t victims no more we live where we want to live I know what some of Y saying well yeah I can live where I want to live but
That but then some people you know Caucasian people don’t don’t treat me right well you can you live where you want to live and black people don’t treat you right amen you you can move to a whole black neighborhood and they think you don’t deserve to be there you ain’t got enough
Money you ain’t driving the right car you so it’s it’s going to always be something but the question becomes what happens and this is kind of uh parallel with salvation what happens after God has delivered me and has given me if you will the Theology of I’m going to call
It reciprocity meaning that I have recovered all now what do I do and that’s where we’re stuck we flip from victimhood to to Overcomers and we know how to use those tools well and God wants you to retire your victimhood because you walk in Spiritual Authority and there is nothing
That can be done to you outside of the will of God and you speak to mountains and they moved I’m my voice just got loud I’m sorry you cry D for cuz they didn’t invite you to Red Lobster with them you got enough money to buy your own Lobster
What what what why you tripping you’re not a victim and this is where I i r i run into the Rub With Many with not many but some members because I don’t allow people to be victims even if you’re on the bottom you’re not a victim

Many of the men because of drugs you could get the SSI 560 something a month and and and I I ran into a work I said it can’t no grown man with kids live off you need a job I don’t care if the government does
Want to give you that money $500 is not enough for a grown man to raise you need to get a job I’mma say something and holler if you feel me everything free ain’t [Applause] good so you brother need a job I help you get a job take you to
Some interview do a class on interview not going to let you stay in that condition now our brother who’s just coming off drugs and he needs to stabilize himself and he needs something coming in till he can get on his feet in about 6 to9 months and about 6 to9
Months and about 6 to9 months not 10 years and some of you mothers who are letting your 30 and 40 year old boys just live like they teenagers and they can buy shoes and won’t put no money on the rent you are doing them a disservice I’m [Applause]
Sorry I know you feel like you’re helping them and you loving on them but you are doing them a disservice because how are they going to survive when you’re gone they need to know the skill of paying rent of buying groceries if they don’t buy for the house buy your own toilet

We rewrite we revise and not only do we rewrite and revise but we reimagine which is where we’re at we we looked at this idea of reimagine we reimagine prayer we reimagine planning the idea of planning being that we’re not creating a plan and then taking it to God and

That’s where I’m going to be all right so I don’t I’m not trying to get the 5,000 in church I’m not trying to get the seven I’m not trying to get to 10 I’m not trying to do none of that I’m just trying to be where God wants me to
Be I’m trying to empower I’m trying to be the preacher that God wants me to be I’m I’m not trying to be a famous preacher I’m not trying to be a preacher who has this great handle on ethology and words and verbal skills and tenacity
I’m not trying to do any of that I’m trying to be the preacher that God has called me to be that’s what I’m trying to be I I I you know I used to preach at at uh and I won’t name anything things but things that would have a number of
Preachers and then a number of preachers uh would preach and that has to be done in a certain environment because the last time I went to uh the one that I’m thinking of I said to my wife I’ll never I’ll never go there again I never I’ll

Don’t lose that I’ll be good cuz I’ll be good wherever God puts me I don’t have to have the best hotel I will sleep in the best hotel but I don’t have to have it I don’t have to drive the best car ask my brothers they’ll tell you I can take a
Car that can’t run and have it running by evening can I more amen I can listen if I can’t put it together I got enough friends yes sir I’m cold enough to drive a car on three [Applause] wheels so I can drive the best but I
Don’t have to have the best I can wear the best clothes or I can get clothes from Kmart sometime the stuff y’all compliment on the most came from the the the cheapest place sometime you don’t even know you may be telling me good will stuff look good y’all ain’t saying nothing up in

WTH but God that giveth the increase now he that planteth and he that WTH are one this is where we sto it the one that Waters and plant they’re one so it’s not a competition we’re one you bring them in new membership teaches them what the church believes
Ready Set serve gets them ready to work in the kingdom of God and then they’re handed off all of these components are one they’re not separate no the the The Ready Set serve is not struggling against the connecting y’all y’all with me read and every man shall receive his own reward
According to his own labor so even though we’re one you you are going to receive your reward based upon watch how you act as one you read the verse one more time read it now he that planteth and he that WTH are one so he says you’re

Enthusiasm left they could stand to be served but they could not stand to serve y’all don’t have to like me so when they were removed from leadership or sat down or said give me your keys they they couldn’t handle it why because their work really wasn’t laid on
The foundation of Christ their work was laid on the foundation of what they could accomplish y’all not helping me well you don’t have to help me it was built on the wrong thing when you are built upon the word of God the work of God the vision of God it doesn’t
Matter what comes at you your Godly character is going to stand and it’s going to shine in the midst of everything and that is really the difference so when you when you watch these preachers and and people say they’ve been called and then they can’t follow leadership and and they somewhere
Else doing something else and don’t nobody know what they doing I mean they they done they done their first sermon and they already at conferences speaking and doing all this other kind of stuff you know that they’re building on the wrong thing you understand and so he’s saying

Lives with things that are not pleasing to you we ask first of all that you forgive us and then we ask that you would give us the direction that we need help us to hear your voice help us to hold your hand help us to walk your path
