Deserved a little bit of an explanation I decided to put those in this video so let’s go Alright let me pull up a phone because our all these questions down I can’t remember anything these day let’s see okay so the first question how do i express inches what first way you want to express interest if you know pretty much sure you want to join this
Fraternity you’re good to go I would say just go to the interest meeting if you know for sure you’re trying to join that fraternity even if you’re on offense a little bit I’m still going to the interest meeting some campuses it’s a little different some campuses and the
NPHC organizations on that campus I just want you to go two inches meeting when you’re a hundred percent committed and some implication see organizations or some chemists don’t mind you going to most of interest meetings to kind of see if that’s the organization for you so do
Some research on your campus what did you get your degree in well I graduated with a hospitality management degree so that’s restaurants hotels tourism management resorts what else that’s body and are you and Kayla getting married Mina kayla is getting married on October 14th so how long have you and Kailyn
Been together me and Kayla have been together since freshman year of college so that’s around seven years so yeah we’ve been in the game for a long time you know some of these you know couples want you to just pop up because they want to get you to famous is that like
That but we’ve been together for a while where are you from well I am originally from Sumter South Carolina hometown born and raised that’s what Bennett for the longest well I don’t look now but I’ve been there from you know since I was born to 12th grade that
Moves to Columbia South Carolina where I went to school and it’s still kind of a living here was it hard to be a part of different organizations and be Greek to put this in the simplest form yes but not rude it was hard because you have so many meetings going on within the
Fraternity then if you joined when you join other organizations they have meetings and then put that on top of class then put that on top of your job if you have one schedules can kind of be hectic so was it hard yes is it doable yes what did you do to become president
Of your chapter well I became president in the most non-traditional way the traditional way is run for president and then you have this you do this speech in front of the old chapter about why you become president why they should vote for you then they vote and then if they
Vote you in then you’re now president so that’s the traditional way but me I ran for president I actually lost my track brother that one decided that he wanted to step down from being president and then I was the vice president at that point so then I stepped up to president
So I became president in the most non-traditional way but I still became president and still did a pretty good job but do Presidents and vice presidents do with in their perspective chapters well and what kind of very dependent organizations and then on the size of the chapters sometimes that
Might change things up a little bit but most the time the president just oversee all the executive board so that they oversee the vice president the corresponding a secretary recording secretary chair social chair all that type of stuff they oversee those people make sure they’re meeting the deadlines
Make sure they’re doing well in their office and just making sure that is running smooth and you just represent a chapter on campus so when it’s time to say go to organizational fairs you’ll be the one representing a chapter most likely you and somebody else you’re be the one giving a presentations that
Interest me you’ll be the one if say a church wanted you to come out and talk about the organization vice president is on a smaller scale of president dissing case the president steps down to the vice president will stop just in case the president have to go say on vacation
Or something like that the vice president will step up the vice president is pretty much a secretary to the president so if the president say hey I need you to get this signed by this office I don’t have time can you go do it for me to vice president will
Going over there get it signed bring it back to the president or if the president can’t make it to a chapter meeting than the vice president will get the notes from the chapter president and did host that chapter meeting for the president so pretty much I would say it
There like the president right-hand man and also with some extra duties just depending on the chapter and decide how do I choose the right organization for me well that is very subjective very it just depends on what you’re looking for most likely you want to choose an
Organization that will help you grow you want to choose the organization that you feel you can fit in with you want to choose the organization that you feel like can help you reach your career goals and just have one and help you enhance your college career I think
Those are the things that you really want to look at as far as choosing the organization for you but then when you choose the organization you got to make sure the chapter aligns with your vision and what your some organizations as a whole is wonderful but then when you get to the
Campus and you see the chapter they’re not active they don’t do community service they just be like hey we’re here where your letters will really care so you kind of want to do research on both and make sure of both of those click of what you’re trying to do when will you
And Kayla do another challenge well me and Kayla are currently working on some challenges to do if y’all have any suggestions of any challenges we should be doing definitely send them my way we’re definitely looking to do more challenges after we did our last one probably like the bean boozled challenge
Whisper challenge we do those have things but we’re also trying to look outside the box and do some other things as well so yeah any suggestion it’s into my way oh wow this is a hard one if you could speak highly about any fraternity outside of your fraternity which
Returner will it be no I’ll just play let’s see outside the 5 beta stick if I have to be kind about any return I want to speak highly about every single fraternity I like the fact that the outfits they’re usually about their business just like we are
I like that aspect that they’re usually scholarly as well so I do like that one thing I do like about campus is I think they do a great job with hosting regional conferences national conferences I think they do a great job at that so I do like that aspect of
Their organization um oh make a stop by Outside of college I think they usually tend to be some successful men in college they are kind of wild just don’t be caring but outside of college and once they graduate they usually tend to go on and do successful things I always I like the fact that they have Drive on
They’re driven you know a lot of people don’t as much credit as they need it push hard give their name up there they push hard that keeps driving no matter what people say about them I like that fact who is your favorite sorority have of course the Zetas because they are my sisters
And I am there in my Constitution so they always are my favorites right I’m just playing but of course two Zetas man outside of the Zetas I would have to say I’m out to say a case the only reason why because I like the way they conduct themselves they’re sophisticated they’re classy they’re
They always seem to be on their a-game when it comes to business when it comes to presenting themselves and they really watch what they do to keep their image intact and I like that about that cake this is but is your favorite color blue because your signal no it’s because I’m

I did research actually I do about a PhD organizations in high school high school I kind of figured that hey I think five minutes thing would be a good for tourney for when I actually you know went to college I did some more research on Phi Beta Sigma did research on a
Chapter which wasn’t there at the time when I first got there but that next semester that came back on campus so I waited to see how they was gonna do why there was on campus I said research for a while if you include high school if you just include college I really
Didn’t have much time to do research on a chapter only half out of semester to back to do research on a chapter but I’ve been doing research on an organization for awhile and then of course that’s a research on other organizations as well I wasn’t just one-sided but I always knew I had

See that no the cost of living is up there so I don’t see myself moving up there but I can’t see myself moving like North Carolina Georgia or maybe Texas I do want to visit California but I don’t think I would live over there it does
