I’m kangaroo because i’m a diva i became greek because i look better than you always got the bad shoes better bag bad body i became greek because you don’t see that you don’t see that i’m great because i mean really what’s the line at the club groups getting free greek drinks on me
I became great because i like the wrong box red ball black ball blue ball and blue balls it’s a popularity contest and i always win i became greek because i like to enter bobblehead contest okay because i just want to be beyonce i want to be beyonce so bad first
Place i’m in first place i mean i don’t i didn’t know how to else to get closer to being beyonce it’s barbie whole time whole sign holes i became greek because all the guys are like you’re really cute it should be great i can’t agree because my mama did myself
My cousin did it my sister-in-law did it my auntie did it my niece did it my uncle did it because i like cute chicken 13 was my favorite number i mean it’s a baker’s dozen i mean get them donuts i mean get your dough up get your bread

Zeta five and so already incorporated a happy founder’s day January 16 1925 beautiful pearls helped found this beautiful organization that i have had the pleasure of being a part of for the past six years and so today is our founders day and i just want to come and share with you why you should be greek or consider
Being greek while you’re in college and why of course if you decide to become greek you should be a lady of z5d this is not a shameless plug my sorority did not ask me to make this video this is just from love my heart to you
Just want you to know the tv i want you to know okay i just want to talk about why you should be greek in general okay it is so good to be involved while you’re in college i currently work for university in south georgia not the university i cross that
But my i am employed for university in georgia and i just see how much being involved in your campus really can affect your helps you focus on what your mission in college is which is to get an education joining student groups making connections making friends these are lifetime connections that you’re going
To have now that are tied to people i know in college that still help me with things that help advance my career my life and even my love life a little bit unless there are other organizations you could join that are non-greek but greeks just have another reason you should become greek
Is to give back to your community most greek principles are founded on service and giving back to your so giving back to your community is always pushed in greek organizations and so that’s something great that you should be a part of another reason you should be greek is
Because you want to live a little while you’re in college it’s a good time to have fun because trust me time you cross that stage life gets real real it you get from it what you make of it so you gotta make it the best thing possible connection with the older generations
I’m able to keep in touch with older members of georgia and throughout the country and know wonderful women throughout the world because of our organization i have saurons that live in india china all over the map that came from my college that crossed zeta at my college and guys there are a
Lot of benefits to being greek for you a lot of the same ones that women have but i think that greek men have another there’s just something about a house man captain a a sigma man that is just amazing shows that you have determination strength that you have on longevity
That being greek shows that you have commitment consistency and tenacity and that’s amazing who doesn’t want to be able to say that about themselves plus you usually learn how to get real judge and cute once you become hurry that’s one of the things that kind of comes along with you You don’t even have to be that girl who likes popularity or likes the limelight but being greedy is just an amazing thing and something you should seriously consider when you go to college it’ll change your life so why did i become a zeta why did i join the pretty kitty club
That’s what you want to know i joined it because when i came to college there was something that i really wanted i was looking to be a part of something i was looking for a sisterhood i wanted to give back to my community i wanted to make everlasting friendships connections
I wanted to network i want to be a part of something that was larger than myself i wanted to learn how to be a businesswoman and i knew from experiences with other individuals in my family who were greek or just other people that i knew that were greek
That greek life could shift the organization i wanted to join always growing up people told me oh you look like a delta oh you look like an aka i’ve gotten all of that but when i went to my university that’s what i’m saying with the ladies of those organizations on my campus
And when i got onto my college my university honestly i didn’t even know what a day was i’m just be real but when i came there i immediately started seeing these ladies everywhere they were impactful on the campus they were impactful in the community they knew to have fun
They looked nice they were friendly they were welcoming they were humble and i felt like i had a connection with them i noticed that everyone was an individual everybody wasn’t cookie cutter everybody wasn’t trying to be a people trying to be a boss there were different people different individuals
In the organization and i felt like i could be myself i could be my unique self and i didn’t have to try to be something that i wasn’t to fit into something that i didn’t have to be in that was how the organization initially got my attention
Then i started to research it because before you join anything you should always do your research know what you’re joining before you join so i did research and as i started research the organization i learned about all of the philanthropy all of the amazing initiatives and things that this organization has been
Able to accomplish and achieve over the course of these years and it’s not been a short time but it’s not been a long time either and this organization has accomplished a lot and i’m not going to give you a bio because i want you to go and look it up
That’s how i knew that this was the organization for me and it’s a decision that i’ve never regretted i’ve been there’s not a inch of it ounce of it anything that i would do differently or take away every single thing that has happened to me since i became a member
Of this organization has been a learning process has been a growing process and it’s necessary i think that women who join zeta are unique what sets us apart we are finer finer womanhood is one of our principles we’re the only sorority that has that principle and it’s for good reason being finer
Doesn’t mean being the same being equal it doesn’t mean setting this bar here and everybody has to get to this one bar being finer is being the best you you can be period whether it be in business whether it be in your lifestyle whether it be in your
Relationships whether it be in your spirituality whatever it is being the best you the finer you that you can be and being a positive role model and being someone that children teenagers and even other grown women can look at and say wow she’s awesome i want to be like her that’s what being
Finer is so those are the reasons that i decided to be a zeta so at some of my ls’s my line sisters you know what would they want to share and they just want to make sure that i told you guys that we chose later because it’s quality over quantity boo
That’s juice quality quantity baby and if you don’t know what i mean then don’t worry about it but just remember this organization was formed around a time that women were really just starting to gain power in this country we recently got an ability to vote and women were being
Philanthropists and they were really pushing for change in this country and five women came together and formed this organization on their own plateau of principles and yes there were other greek organizations they could have joined but they decided to be different and start something new and i’m so thankful that they did so
