All right uh you know we just going to break break down a brief outline of what it is that we are doing um you know with the fellowship with the Brotherhood and uh just get some fundamental understandings all right so uh we are here creating safe spaces for
Black men to be masculine strong confident courageous but also allowing us to be vulnerable uh open and honest and acknowledging that we are indeed human beings and not machines SL Beast of Burden all right our main aims is to help black men to ReDiscover their true selves nature and purpose on this planet
And returning to their positions as pillars protectors providers and directors of the family community and the nation all right uh and so the foundation of the mighty mic Men of Valor Action Network is grounded on world history as it pertains to African descendant highly mated original native
People being the mother and father of humanity and modern day civilization highlighting our Discovery as Masters of Science mathematics philosophy spirituality religion art culture agriculture medicine writing language Yoda yoga meditation martial arts laws codes of conduct ethics moralities governance societies Etc all right we draw from The Proven principles and traditions and

Nation all right and so those are some of the core principles and values in which the mighty Maad maner Action Network stands all right so I just make sure we are getting on the same page and on the same agenda the same consensus of of our understanding and
Perspectives all right uh within within that I want to ask is there any questions or comments and also give thanks once again thank you for joining us thank you for being here I’m gonna ask that good brother Lefty yeah um I’m just saying I’m happy to be
Here peace all right give thanks give thanks much appreciated uh yes uh any other questions or comments okay uh with that being said I want to just do a quick round robin all right uh a lot of the times when we are developing when we are trying uh you know working on producing
Things we often times look outside of our communities our immediate circles in order to get things accomplished in order to meet our goals and objectives in all actuality I believe we have um uh most if not all of the resources uh the intellect uh the fortitude uh the magnitude in order to
Accomplish these things ourselves all right so we can be self-sufficient and independent okay and so with that being said I like to intr uce ourselves and to just make sure that we’re getting familiar with one another uh also in the process of building or rebuilding our communities or you know Opening Our
Lines of communication and knowing what resources that we have readily available uh right here amongst us okay um you know with gift talents and abilities that we might uh be able to share one another in order to accomplish our goals much more efficient ly and effectively all right much more
Proficiently all that with that being said I’m going to introduce myself I’m again brother lumba uncage all right and uh this is another iteration of the meeting of the Mighty maatic Men of Valor Action Network I’m joined by these brothers uh who will lend Aid in uh their perspectives
Opinions thoughts uh towards a positive Progressive goal uh commonality that we share which is uh the elevation uh the edification the empowerment of our people the rebuilding of our families our communities and our great and mighty nation all right uh with that being said again I am your brother Lan caves all
Right uh and so I am building a uh uh media platform all right uh and and you know being able to uh provide uh an outlet for um individuals you know of the same likeliness uh of the same mindset uh of the same goals and and
Objective driven uh so they can be able to voice their opinions and uh be able to communicate uh to the masses and also so that we can build a kinship and a Brotherhood all right uh you know again being self-sufficient and independent uh okay know know and
Understanding that there is a lot of capabilities that we can utilize within tapping into uh these different networks within social media with that being said I’m also uh within dealing with that I also deal with activism on many different fronts and levels dealing with political prisoners um dealing with uh aspects of
The reparations Movement we charge genocide 21 campaign uh working with different other organizations as well in collaboration uh with Justice and Liberation struggle uh with the uh million women uh movement uh the original official milon women March and the universal movements uh as well as working with
Um the uh original members of the Black Panther Party National Association uh of the Black Panther Party uh as well as uh some individuals within the MOVE organization within the Jericho movement uh dealing with freeing our political prisoners amongst others okay and um you know also I’m a
Self-taught barber uh vegan Chef uh photographer and videographer all right and so these are some of the things that I’m able to share and bring to the table um with that being said I want to pass the mic along and uh so that we can oh also I’m from
Philadelphia and I’m doing excellent this evening all right so you can just let everyone know where you’re calling in from any gifts talents or abilities that you may have and the entity entity organizations uh that you may be representing uh and if not have haven’t said it already where you calling in
From all right uh so yeah again we’re just doing a quick round robin to make sure that we’re engaging and uh that we’re getting uh to know each other and getting more familiar and being able to build uh within Brotherhood kinship and uh have certain aspects of trust with
That being said I want to bring it around to my brother Lefty all right if you can introduce yourself let everyone know where you’re calling in from any gifts talents and abilities that you may have any group en or organization that you may be representing good brother Lefty thanks

To the table yes sir peace everyone uh Ken golden KH Muhammad AKA a uh from Philadelphia just calling in um I was giving information on the call and I figured out join in to uh be amongst the Brotherhood to see what I could share and also what I could get
Out of it um do construction do a lot of investing just here to build the Brotherhood all right yes sir thanks much appreciate appreciate and support your thing also all right uh with that being said I want to bring it over to Dr Wason if you could introduce yourself let every know
Where you’re calling in from how you feeling this evening uh any group any organization that you might be representing and need give talents and abilities that you may bring to the table give thanks Dr Was Dr Wason if you could introduce yourself is your mic uh you might got to unmute yourself I was muted I apologize um I was stating that I feel a little bit fatigued not physically but mentally because of the fact that I have um lost an elder and uh my Jamaican
Mother um Miss Pauline Roma Pringle who was a first in many ways she was 83 years young and was not planning on transitioning however she did and with that being said uh she would not like for me to get down and I’m not but she was a soldier at long time um
So what I represent is a multitude of things one as a what do we call a Serial entrepreneur uh internet entrepreneur we’re developing some things that will Aid and help our people gain ownership and relationship to the marketplace within the internet sphere um I’m the progenitor of a tribal government um I’m
Also owner of a few different aspects of economic returns and um my passion is economic emancipation for our people wherever we find them at in whatever condition we find them in um that we are able to enjoy and a better quality of life across the board so I’m here in support part and
Parle give my efforts to Brotherhood and the backing of the feminine nature of our creator as well because we as brothers we won’t get far without our sisters so we need their help and support and they have they’ve been very supportive of me but as men I believe it’s our
Duty to carry the load you know for many years our women have been the backbone of our community and I believe we come from a matriarchal society so I don’t have a problem with that I have a problem with us not taking our rightful position we should be out
Front we should be in the rear and we should guard theci side the top and the bottom so our sisters don’t have to engage in losing their femininity or being less than with their bestes are yes sir yes sir uh I’m in um complete agreement with that uh you know
As far as us once again you know taking us a stance and having a certain level of accountability and responsibility okay um so I’m I may not have um you know got into that aspect uh as I was reading over but yes uh one of the one of the aims definitely
Is to make sure that we are uh not only controlling the image but The Narrative of uh black men uh as you know leaders providers and pillars of the community um you know so uh you know building you know families first and then being able to build uh through that
Uh sustain stable and sustainable communities and rebuilding our nation so yes absolutely you want to make sure at the same time we’re protecting uh the image and Narrative of our black women of as as our Queens as well all right as we aspire to elevate to positions of
Kings right and and and being uh the gods of the Earth or the uh creators the main uh regenerates of the Earth all right um so with that being said I want to thank you once again um so the pro the program for this evening is actually going to be a
Continuation uh and and also I want to uh give my condolences to your lost good brother uh you know and you know give my support within that um so you know definely want to make sure that we’re supporting one another all right um there’s different times of vulnerabilities that we all go through
As men all right and I believe it is a behooving of us to be able to provide support to one another you know being able to push each other forward and pull each other up um you know uh being that that Network okay and uh sometimes being
Bridges uh to paths and Pathways of healing all right so um if if anything uh that I can provide you know within that realm or space please uh you know don’t hesitate to uh reach out all right uh so my condolences once again uh for your lost good
Brother thank you yes skip thanks uh to the most high with that being said one of the things one of the main issues uh that we’re discussing this evening one of the main topics uh for the agenda is going to be black men need healing all right and so this
Is a continuation of last uh meeting’s conversation okay uh with that being said uh we did have a listing uh of some things that we wanted to get to the the bottom of we wanted to get a consensus on and so let me just share that really
Quickly give me one second good Brothers uh so you know uh it was two folds we did have some outline agenda of different uh questions that we wanted to ask uh to you know kind of hold ourselves to the task and make sure that we are holding each other accountable
And Al responsible for the progression how things are going to move forward within our communities and how we’re going to personally uh be responsible for these things and as well as collectively all right uh you know building uh organizations and structure structures towards that end all right uh so one of the things
That we were discussing is uh some of the dysfunctionalities uh that is apparent and present within our communities and how we as black men can be able to fix some of these things amongst ourselves all right uh understanding first and foremost that you know some of these uh dysfunctionalities some of
These abnormalities some of these psychoses exist and that black men need healing ultimately at the end of the day ultimately all of us are going through this experience of colonization um you know we’re going to we’re going to have to come to the understanding that we need healing and uh we need
Mending of some of that trauma so that we can move forward properly all right so that we don’t infect continue to infect one another all right and and perpetuate uh different circumstances of dysfun all right um we can rebuild our families so one of the things uh is that’s being attacked very
Consistently and uh you know it has increased uh in its uh magnitude is the attack on the black family and so you know one of the ways they were able to do that was to remove the head okay um the pillar of the family which is the black man all right so we
Want to have uh have these discussions have these meetings to determine you know how is it that we can make sure that we’re returning uh to our proper place and position and be able to guide uh and help to steer and lead the community uh back into aspects of
Greatness and what we know we’re capable of based on our history Legacy all right so part of that process I believe is redeveloping aspects of programs that deal with rights of Passage all right and redeveloping rebuilding our fellowships and our brotherhoods and our fraternities all right so that we can have the proper
Training uh the proper tutelage uh that we need to grow uh proficient efficient and effective uh black men all right uh so if we can reach our youth and start from that aspect and also to be able to challenge and change ourselves and one another as still sharp and still
Okay all right so uh give me one second I’ll be recording this information here okay give me one second good Brothers all right here we go here okay can I say something about dedication yes yes absolutely for sure give thanks know these meetings are every other
Monday right yes sir and we know this is this day here versus any other day of the year is the day that people have a tendency to put the brakes on and not commit to the supernatural or the extraordinary um however it’s a testament and a test to us
All that we break from our so-called norms and I say socalled because they’re not natural unnatural they’re forced and and contrived and commercialized and for the most part trust those for us that have chosen to be here others have committed as well and you know it’s a blessing to me
Amongst you to be in your midst all of us um and thankful to be able to represent fr what weate is the men of valor the Brotherhood more so I appreciate you all those that you have made this commitment tonight of all nights this was pre-ordained because we
Scheduled some time out and it just so happened that our every other Monday fell on today I won’t what today is because to me every day is Holy sacred and a blessing to be a part of I don’t know about anything else on any other side of this
Existence I know about this one here infinitely unfolding yes sir yes sir all right give thanks all right go ahead and um paste this into the chat I give me one second here all right so we had a listing right and so um we can also add on to this okay
This this can be growing and evolving uh but this was a short listing of things that we thought what you know I had shared um and you know I uh pretty much got a consensus that you know individuals agreed that these were important aspects um you know to have as
It pertains to being a positive and Progressive black man uh now these are General as well I mean to be a a a decent person um you know that is uh positive and Progressive you know that is uh creating positive change amongst the world these attributes um you know
Would apply but you know since we’re talking about ourselves and specifically talking about black men that’s the framework and perspective that we are um you know continuing this uh thought process through uh so so again in your chat you will see a listing uh of vocabulary words uh that you know were
We prudent as far as the the development of strong black men um and so you know that we’re going to need as as positive and Progressive in this time and space uh to further develop in our cause and to uh ultimately get us to our objectives and goals which is uh Liberation and
Complete and total emancipation of our people all right uh further growth and development uh edification um as well as elevation of our people all right and so I just going to read this all really quickly now I did ask I’m not sure if everyone was able to complete
This assignment but I did ask that uh people uh that that you gentlemen that you men would actually Define uh these terminologies a lot of times we have different ideas uh in our minds about what what what one another thinks right as opposed to really having a great understanding
By actually having a dialogue so there’s a lot of things a lot of terminologies that are used um and we often times assume that we have the same uh perspective or understanding of what these things are and what they mean um often times we do not okay so we can get
To some uh root understandings of our perspectives I believe it will uh help us better engage with one another uh help develop further understandings and help to avoid uh conflicts all right uh so with that being said I’m just going to read these off really quickly and um
If you do have something uh you know written out for that you could definitely share if not we can begin to uh delve in uh you know through the dialogue what some of our consensus is and import of the level of importance and the definition of these words and
Terminologies all right so we have discipline dedication determination Drive ambition accountability critical thinking creativity courageousness Innovation aspiration motivation purpose uh within that it says what is your why perseverance patience and vision okay uh so is there any questions or comments within that uh before we get into a dialogue uh based on
This beautiful list I just want to say this um you know I believe the mayat and the Quan of principles are in effect here and Nia I believe being purpose right uh to Define what is your why why and what Manner why are we here in
This discussion why are we here on Earth you know um why are we engaging in a dialogue what is the outcome of that what is the goal ultimately um I believe it’s direct action not can be corrected however you know purpose is tied to your able to be proactive or
Enthusiastic or charged with accomplishment without somebody else having to poke you or Purge you so I just wanted to bring that into the discussion of the what is your why my why is so that my Generations can have what they need without having to ask for it and that we raise others I
Got four granddaughters and two daughters and twin sons and my sons are married my daughters are not my young granddaughters are not of age yet but I would like to raise men better than me and better than my father to marry them so Our Generations are secure so that’s my
Purpose all right yes sir yes sir much appreciate it um if I could uh ask the ask uh the brothers the other brothers if you could and um you know if you would pass on on the uh question then that’s understood as well but uh as Dr
Won uh you know just respond if you could give us your perspective on what you believe uh that your purpose is so that we can share one another and possibly uh be able to learn be able to teach uh and also share our through our perspective uh maybe set a light uh for
Someone else uh that that’s trying to that’s working towards defining and finding their purpose um if I could come over to brother Lefty and if you wish to decline that is um that’s also purfectly understandable all right I’mma Circle back around the brother Lefty and come on
Uh uh brother could you give me your name one more time excuse me my apologies I have to change it’s okay no problem my brother all right give thanks yeah yes uh could you uh share with us what you believe that your purpose
Is I could I could sum it up for me in uh one statement to leave this to leave this earth world uh a better place than which I found it all right yes sir however that may be all right all right all right let me just go ahead change
Your uh profile let me see here that’s k k h a l i l i l k h a l i y l l i taken directly from the Arabic yeah okay gotta thank you all right yes sir give thanks all right there we have all right give thanks brother
Khil um so I’ll say for myself and then I’ll Circle back around to brother Lefty if he’s still available or is inclined to respond to that question all right and so for myself um you know I believe part of my purpose is you know what was stated within the mission statement which
Is um being in the likeliness uh being a uh reflection um of the of the almighty of the most high right and so uh being a a ray of light from that um you know awesome uh power source and you know in the hopes that I
Can uh through my through my accents be able to uh you know give reverence uh to to to the most high to the to the Creator creatress all right uh and as the brother was St stating um you know being a positive a example of positive Progressive change
Being the ch that I would like to see in the world uh hopefully you know through my thoughts through my actions uh through my organizing leaving the world in a better place uh than from which I uh discovered it and also uh helping to be a bridge uh between uh different
Generations uh being in my unique position all right uh dealing with the elders and dealing with the youth uh being able to be an example uh of what I believe to be strong black a strong black man uh taking from examples of history and continuing in our great uh culture and
Legacy um you know hopefully being able to be uh worthy of taking up some of the mantle of the works of our great ancestors and so you know being a steward to the planet uh being a provider a uh protector uh and a leader within our families communities and
Nation all right so that’s what I believe are some of the the points and purposes of my existence excuse me all right now circling around uh I’m not sure if we have brother Lefty to be able to touch based on that I’m around all right all right uh so
Because we were just doing a little round robin and so I just wanted to see if I could tap in with individuals see if I get their perspective on what they felt their purpose was um yeah so right now I know um it’s hard I I always ask like what my
Purpose is I try to it seem like I’m moving in my purpose um more than can describe my purpose is um I know I have a love for my people and I know that the the elders that I’ve been around that have transitioned have instilled in me certain values that I
Know um works for us as a as as a community um if we don’t take the history that we learned and be able to send and able to you know teach the future Generations these things that’s how information gets lost I know that through my readings that you know most
Griots they they they told their history through know through storytelling know and was able to just pass down tradition through story telling and although we don’t have that you know stories um we can create our own but you have to know that you can create your own and I believe my purpose
Is to help other people discover that you know it’s more to it them them superficial and surface things that are given to us because we are Divine people and we have much more to give to each other and I believe in compound interest so you know if we get more of us
Together in the same direction you know we can make um big things happen in in a a short amount of time so I believe my purpose is to be just be a part of that chain that links you know the old traditions to the New Traditions because things are changing
And if we don’t affect the change we’ll be changed by a all right all right give thanks give thanks uh thank you for that good brother all right with that being said uh if there’s any questions or the comments any anybody want to add on to
That and uh just um yes oh yes yes good brother yes this is Draka um culture and uh G um translating information archiving communicating um for the record let the record show that every action is recorded proon for or against or neutral every action is is being recorded
However there have been other societies that have been lost according to the sands of time and the oceans increase that have been lost however from what I gather we go through stages of gains and losses Times Are Good Times of Darkness are are not so good and lighten me we’re not talking about
Coloring we’re talking about where knowledge flows freely or we it’s constrained so the planet itself goes through these periods so we take on the periods of the body that we travel on so I’m just saying to you that knowledge is never lost knowledge es and flows just like
Time it comes and it goes new things are socalled re invented but they actually recreated some are lost to the sands of time and the oceans over running societies and then somebody comes up with something they say oh I invented this well you invent nothing that hasn’t already been done
And that’s according to my faith that may not be a fact that’s what I I I prescribe to that there’s nothing new it’s just renewed just like we are we are those that came here before and we’re here again so I just wanted to add that to the fact that these principles
Are not new uh there what makes better men better people moreover hopefully better societies because if men don’t raise standards on themselves we have to be virtuous also not just females but where there are no virtuous Fe females usually there are no virtuous men and I believe that we have a tendency to
Follow women especially for the act of procreation we want them and aiding us into making the image and likeness of ourselves which is procreation most men want that so we have to be mindful that we have to be guardians of sacred trust and the sacred trust that we have to guard over
Is for us to have the ability to live in harmony number one with one another and also with the universal principles which I believe I seem to know if we examine them fully the principles of my you know um I believe there are are 42 principles you know and what I’m saying
Is that when we look at all the different ways of life there are common chords of these principles running through these different aspects of culture or our ways of life so here again going back the to The Emerald Tablets all books come from it’s not just plagiarism it’s also the act
Of our story recording itself over and over again never get tired of hearing it often repeated and the positive should be most duplicated let me reframe that in a positive positive should be most duplicated young lady came up to me in a discussion one day and she said you
Can’t have just positive you got to have some negative I said that’s your right my right is positive positive please don’t take my rights away from me yes sir yes sir uh um yeah thank you for that thank you for that addition thank you for that build um and so yes I
Definitely believe that culture is you know one of the fundamental pillars you know um and so yes I I will have to add that in there because we do have to again uh Define uh and make sure we come to a consensus on you know what some of these
Words and terminologies mean um because you know for instance as we talk about culture um we have to say what culture you know what what specific culture are we referring to because that word gets thrown around a lot and I’m glad you did you were able to add some context to
That but you know uh there’s there’s this rap culture uh there’s a capitalistic culture there’s a westernized culture and a lot of times when we we follow these different Trends uh because I say they’re more of Trends than they are of culture because they haven’t stood the
Test of time long enough uh in my perspective to be looked at or or should I say as a viable culture cuz there many there’s many different cultures uh a lot of them are not positive or you know viably sustainable all right and so when we’re talking about culture we’re
Talking about our ancient and traditional cultures right that has been uh proven tried and true through the test of time all right and the brother was speaking of uh even some traditions that Spann past written uh so there is no written text on there is only the oral Traditions you know before some
Aspects of writing uh even existed you know there was thought and there was sound okay and so we’re talking about in some instances um you know aspects of culture that are older than written history all right so we we must make sure that we acknowledge once again our
Ancestors and our elders and then we’re continuing in their uh lineage and Legacy all right and we we must make sure that we’re differentiating uh what it is that we’re doing and talking about from what others are doing uh saying and being okay that being said I also have a
Another listing that we have out I put into the chat okay and these are some of the uh tenants okay that we are applying all right within this uh Brotherhood so the list thing here is truth justice peace love freedom understanding wisdom Enlightenment Enlightenment excuse me Pro Prosperity purpose and
Fulfillment uh now again I believe that these uh tenants are important to having a fruitful holistic and well balanced life and existence on this planet and plane all right and these are some of the very things that uh us individually and we as a people as uh Society are continuously fighting
For okay um so yeah again that is in the chat and again I want to be able to uh if we if we uh can make sure that you know for homework as we come back around that we have these uh listed out and defined in our own perspectives we can
Come back to the table and share those with one another so we can build uh collectively once again on our thought patters ideologies and our organizational strategies how you want to move forward and again at any point in time well perhaps uh I I didn’t mention that
On this um correspondence but you know uh we do have the zoom we also you know usually go live on Facebook okay and um not sure if I I didn’t even do that okay my apologies I was supposed to go live on Facebook as well so uh at any rate
Though we do have two different mediums that we utilizing to make sure that we are most effective uh and efficient um I did okay maybe it’s not going through for whatever reason um but the zoom is more exclusive all right than the Facebook which uh has more restrictions and so if
You want to get uh deeper into conversations or dialogues certain subject matters we can definitely do so uh you know by eliminating the live stream on Facebook okay all right so again uh are we live uh I I so for some reason Reon they didn’t let me go live so U we’re we’re
Just on Zoom as it is I’m not sure exactly what the issue was with that uh you do not have permission to live stream wow okay um some reason they might that might be the powers that be right there wow throwing things in the game yep uh
Not sure what that’s about but I was not able to go live yeah and and let me let me State something here and again the reasoning for our own entrenchments our own processes our own institutional developments um to solidify ourselves because see these principles have to be reiterated through the indoctrination process
Of Education right because most education is indoctrination even learning the letters as a child learns the syntax of the language from his parents right or her her parents um the writing uh relates to the spoken word and vice versa right so if a child comes up speaking multiple languages the time to
Teach that child the multiple languages is before they get stuck in one language you know so culture has a tendency to put limitations on people also um so people look at their cultures being favorable are superior to others based on them being assimilated and no they’re just different so if the child is
Taught multiple languages before it has the limitation of one scribed on his or her mind the child is more apt to pick it up because they haven’t put a a limitation or parameters on what is so the openness and how to open up things right we we
Say we’re coming into a global Society well we have translation apps we have all kinds of things now where you can literally speak to another person and communicate with them in their language why they communicate with while you communicate with them in in your language so these things are highly
Feasible they’re they’re practical they’re in existence but if we don’t gravitate to the things that exist that are are truly good that have US gain the ability to relate to others the mytic point of view or the altruistic point of view or the utopic point of view of us as a single
People right living in a scenario where there are are other people right there’s nothing to matter with us coming together and getting ourselves together but in doing that we have to have the proficiency and the fundamental aspects that we can stand amongst other people and not lose ourselves in the process of doing
That that to me would be a supreme achievement and I believe these principles that youve laid out here um allow you to do that you know when you’re in an environment and you’re not the majority right usually the minority people stick together better than the people that are in the majority because
They have to depend on each other to not lose their culture the way of life so they Clan together you know and for the M part A lot of people always ask the question why don’t we uh stick together well we’re the largest population on the planet so that’s just proof the people
That come amongst us and tell us lies and speak lies to us who claim to be the majority and they’re not not in our local spaces not in our national and definitely not in the international spaces are their majority but that’s what they promote they promote a major point of
View so we need to um examine how we should plan together in order for us to gain the state of being that we’re looking for yes sir yes sir absolutely and so that’s why uh you know I believe it’s so important uh that we have these dialogue and discussions uh that we have
These meters and uh metrics uh that we can utilize to measure exactly where we are uh so we can be open and honest right uh so that we can be able to determine uh from which we came all right where we are and where we need to
Be going um you know utilizing uh critical and analytical thinking um using lessons from history in order to make sure that we are being propelled properly into the future all right and uh putting ourselves in a better position than we are in the present I all right with that being said uh if
There’s any questions or comments within that again uh that listing um you know there’s 11 uh tenants that are listed in the chat uh so there there is that’s what you know we were just discussing if there’s any questions or comments on that and again if we could
Once again um you know be able to Define these things come with some definitions so when we come back or we reconvene that we can have a consensus on what it is that we mean uh any questions or comments on that uh yes um mask hiding uh uh feeling to be strong enough
Or vulnerable enough to expose yourself uh you know that uh I come up with some people that were very unconventional he says when you get naked there’s nothing to lie about but you got to be able to stand naked in front of others you you’ll who the pedophile is when they’re
Naked child walks by you understand so so even a uh perverted mind you know uh to temper yourself and you’re around a naked woman or a group of naked women right there’s all kinds of pressures you know these are scientific experiments you know some people have no inhibitions
They don’t mind walking around me some people uh uh become totally opposite of who they are when they’re closed versus when they’re naked so you know this is proven the difficulty is when you live in a society where everything is veiled everything is mass right those that are
In power are not truly the powerful they just happen to be in that position that does not make them better it doesn’t make them worse but it doesn’t guarantee that they aren’t the right to be there either you see and sometimes we look up to others and we
Illuminate with they State based on the fact they’re in a position how they got there does matter it does and how we position ourselves matter also so when I teach and preach I Don’t Preach from our state of captivity I I preached from a time before when we
Were in our Glory or we State as our Antiquities before we had a disruption or fall from grace so I also speak after the fall what’s to come what is our future who are we in relationship to our grand our grandiose past that we have not experienced what our ancient ones did so
How do we prepare ourselves for something we have no recollection of but others are basking in our Glory because they happen to be in a position that they may or may not have earned so how do we position ourselves to benefit from the confidence that it
Takes to return to your status that you know you you said it so eloquently uh when we were Queen uh empresses and Emperor are are rulers of society not not war mongers because usually we rulership with warmonger those who conquer are the leaders no they usually reform the
Story to their advantage because they can write the story because they dismantled the people they conquered so we have to remember that I don’t talk about our fall I talk about what’s to come and who we were before a time of a false indoctrination a lie Moreover all right yes sir thank you for that uh contribution um and I’m I’m in agreement as well uh I also you know like to point out that a lot of times when’re dealing with our narrative you know again making sure that we’re controlling our image and our
Narrative you know when we uh have you know uh images of ourselves or when our story is being told Often by mainstream media it deals with the perspective of coming from slaves coming from slavery um you know aspects of trauma you know through the Civil Rights uh movement so
On and so forth and you know I just want us to realize realiz that that is a small drop in the bucket compared to our vast history and Legacy you know where again we were mothers and fathers of civilization of uh the human race you know uh that is outlined within
Biological uh medical and archaeological history right and so uh this is just not something I’m just know whimsically making it up because I’m trying to push a a an agenda okay this is what has been documented uh within the textbooks you know based on archaeological uh and and biological evidences uh cultural uh
Links and and and different lineages uh as it pertains to our DNA okay being linked right to break back to uh the oldest remains and uh you know as far as fil that they could find okay so there’s D DNA evidence to to link these things together you know as
We talk about ourselves as a civilization as a race of people all right how you find these same uh you know Sciences mathematics uh and archaeology uh and architecture all across the globe okay and so uh you know we have to be careful of what we’re intaking and what we’re
Ingesting all right and internalizing okay and so you know from my perspective you know would I like to make sure that I have an understanding of you know I don’t even refer to us as slaves you know although there’s um you know perhaps some connotation where that
Would apply um you know when it comes to reparation things of that nature but but I like to refer to our people as as captives as PS as prisoners of War right where we experienc a uh period of War okay and we were encaptured all right and uh sub
Consequently we were assimilated into the captor culture all right and held uh within captivity for you know hundreds of years all right and and we’re in the position that we are today uh based on these facts but you know this was not done uh you know just arbitrarily this was done
Uh by force of of cannons you know and and and of of Ste bullets all right so some of the greatest uh Innovations of Destruction you know known to mankind right so that’s that’s where some of this uh where the dominance society and civilation got its power from all right through
Sheer um you know Warfare and uh you know aspects of barbarianism you know when you look at some of their methodologies of torture all right which is well documented okay so you know but I digress all right uh so these these are some of the things that we want to
Aspire to all right make sure that we’re reconnecting with making sure that we have an understanding of all right so that as we move forward into the future we can make sure we again learn from our past uh recognize who and what we truly were all right not just based on europeanized
Homogenized uh you know history but based on true world history all right um that you know spans uh hundreds of thousands of years all right whereas uh this a lot of these worst iniz culture only expands you know a few thousand okay so we have to make sure we
Recognize and understand what the truth is all right based on uh as opposed to or in contrast to quote unquote facts all right and some of the things that we are educated upon all right because as we know facts change all right truths do not all right at one point in time it
Was a fact that slavery was legal and moral that was a fact during a particular period of time within a particular society but as we well know it was not all right one of the most heinous atrocities ever known to mankind all right with that being said
Um you know we’re talking about once again we’re talking about health and heal healing all right uh and Optimum Wellness all right so we talking about holistic healing all right mentally spir uh physically and spiritually okay and so um one of the topic again for this session is black
Men need healing okay and this is some of the ways I believe we can go about doing so all right and so with that being said I want to transition uh into uh our next topics which we’ll be closing out with uh this evening okay we have healthily releasing
Tears fears and frustration all right when is it okay to cry all right true strength acknowledging weakness Divine masculinity includes balance dealing with falling all right falling versus failing shortcomings inequity inequities all right and Imperfections examining Our Roots foundation and fundamentals all right and uh within
Subtext of that the role uh our mothers and fathers play in our development as men okay whether that be positively or negatively all right we I believe we need to look at some of these aspects of how we were rear and r and begin to understand some of our
Foundational ideologies how we think and behave in the way that we do and uh has it been an asset or a liability to us all right now as adults we cannot uh blame our parents for our outcomes presently all right we have to be able to take uh responsibility and
Accountability for our own destiny so again in the aspect of us needing healing if we need to go back to our roots and examine where uh some of these uh ailments may have started from all right the root cause we can get to the bottom of things all right so we can
Really heal these things so we can move forward you know in a positive and Progressive manner all right if we don’t get to the roots to the bottom of things then we’re just dealing with the surface and things begin to Fester all right and become a worse elment all right that we
Usually end up spreading to others all right with that being said uh any questions or comments on uh those Concepts all right again uh healthily releasing tears fears and frustration when is it okay to cry true strength acknowledge and weakness uh Divine masculinity includes balance that’s that’s under one umbrella
All right dealing with falling failing uh falling versus failing excuse me shortcomings inadequacies and Imperfections all right that is subject two um and then we have examining Our Roots foundations and fundamentals which is subject three the role our mothers and fathers play and our development as men
All right any questions or comments on those Concepts yeah I I have comment yes sir um so all those subjects is is is touchy topics that you know to jump you know it’s it takes you know these conversations needs each topic to be talked about because
It’s so vast and so big um there’s um like we F like we’re crying so we’re crying you know you have to have a love for self you have to have an empathy and and um you know a lot of people nowaday see I deal with when you saying stuff about truth and
Fact I was I’m dealing with you know my day-to-day reality and I use my you know knowledge of History to try to guide me forward you know what I’m saying knowing you know ain’t using you know experience you know the older you get the more you
Realize what’s going on so it’s kind of um the the children out here or the people out here are not um they they’re desensitized everything everything taking away their sensitivity to things you know uh death is shown easily on TV you know I watch a movie I told my
Grandmother you know my grandmother watched Western I told my grandmother I said you know them westerns are more violent than the TV we see on right now and she she just glad she just shed it off but it really is like we’ve been numb to violence so to know to either
Cry you don’t even know you don’t know when to cry because you don’t know you know most people don’t know you know when they get extremely hurt for men they cry by themselves and you know they don’t have brothers that they can you know be around to express
Crying so it doesn’t it seem like it we don’t do that I I believe all all black make Pride you know it just you know masculinity the way the way Society is built now was like to surprise should be soft and people like to show they soft because everybody’s hard everybody wants
To be you know tough nothing nothing uh you know phases anybody anymore and that’s the norm we’ve been taught through slavery because we have to have that mentality in order to get so we wouldn’t get attach to things long long term that that was a a
Programming and for you know to to show that you don’t care and you know just like okay I I don’t I don’t want to attach myself to this place I learned that when I was you know lot you know incarcerated you know when you you don’t get attachments to you know anybody
Because you don’t know how long they’ll be around you you know they might be going home you know plus you don’t know who these people are so that’s ingrained in society I always said that prison is the microcosm or the macrocosm because it’s the same people that’s in there are
Just more concentrated in one location just spread out more and out here but it’s the same same thing it’s human nature you know just not trying to be be seen as the the smallest person not trying to know that’s the insecurity when you say shortcoming so it goes into
You know a lot of things I’ve done that I’m having you know uh hav accomplished or that people show that they you know they like Society don’t like you know sure people or the person that you know that’s that the nice guy nice guy always finish last always
The ver guys so it’s it’s a lot of you know uh like I said all the topics you talked about it’s just a lot for just to talk about all of them at one time so I’m just stop right there okay okay all right I might be an agreements with that
Uh what I wanted to do was I wanted to give a few uh different uh options so you know we could touch based on um you know the subject matter and then if we needed to if we wanted to we can uh you know further expound on on whatever that
Concept was um so you know again you know I like to just kind of open things up and and allow things to kind of flow naturally so if we only end up talking about one of these uh subject matter one of these Concepts um then you know then
So be it um whatever time that we need to that we’re going to a lot for that you know so uh this this session was going to be very ESP I knew that um you know when it when it deals with the concept of black men and healing right
Because as you were saying um you know a lot of this is kind of a Nuance or even a taboo uh type of subject matter you know when it just just us saying that you know we we we we need healing you know what I mean that um uh also you
Know we have emotions I mean this is such a shocker you know what I mean to uh most of the way that Society is uh orchestrated you know in in its current times you know dealing with this he my brother can I just give a brief uh
Statement that my father told me on a man crying and he says to me he says son there’s nothing wrong with a man crying just have a good reason for doing so yes sir and you know thank thank you for uh sharing that as well and so you know in
In a lot of cases you know we’re taught that a man supposed to stay strong a man isn’t supposed to cry man is you know not supposed to feel you know these are misnomers okay because we are human beings right and so we we definitely are going to have uh thoughts feelings and
Emotions right and they’re going to uh you know they’re going to be affected in um possibly not the same way but in similar ways uh as other individuals and as our counterparts uh females women right and so understanding though how to properly manage your emotions I think is
Of the utmost importance and a lot of the uh different types of abuses abuses that occur is due to in my opinion the the uh improper management of knowing how to deal with or respond to different emotions right and and and deal with different situations with emotional intelligence
But do you have something to add to that yeah so what the brother was saying that it hit real home me because you know that was a man’s statement now a lot of men’s statement has you know realize people we we don’t we don’t need much through you know speaking it’s more more
One things is mannerism is energy is vibration and you can give a you can give a child a look and they know what you’re saying because that’s how men give all that’s how men communicate so that little B he said you know just make sure you had something to
Cry for it means that you had to have the emotional intelligence to know okay I’m you know I could be vulnerable here and I cannot be vulnerable here because we supposed to be at War so we’re supposed to always be on point regardless of emotion that’s what the
Man duty is I believe because you know it’s a lot of people don’t know how to manage their emotions like you said which is correct and because they don’t know which thing to you know give that motion to to open up to then they become you know susceptible to different uh
Misuses of Theo you know they say I’m I’m crying you’re crying over this but it’s not really a big deal because your value system is messed up you value that and that meant so much to you that you got emotional for it and then you realized it wasn’t it wasn’t uh but you
Uh you shouldn’t even cared about it as much as you did you shouldn’t have put that much energy into it but a man knows through logic that you know the things that I want I have to care about and the things I should get attached to and
Things I am emotionally attached to is is for a reason like that’s when the king chooses his wife Queen because he says okay I know that I can be this type of emotional with this I can I give this much to her because he knows that he
Knows he he smash his emotions to the point that he knows when he can give it and when he can shut it down and use it and have to you know use his brain and do the work so that’s all I to say all right um I like to State something on
Top this you know about tears yes and um uh yeah uh thank you brother Lefty uh thank you for that addition um so yes uh just just a touch base with that really quickly then I’m going go to Dr Wason um you know uh uh
One of the things that I want to make sure that that we’re able to do uh is you know add some context right into what it is that we’re speaking or we’re talking about because as you were saying um you know people’s reasoning or people’s uh why may be different
Depending on their upbringing so we want to um make sure that we can again we can have a consensus on what that thing to cry for is and or should be and based on what right because as you was saying you know people have different uh um value
Systems that that are learned that are taught so on and so forth and so you know someone could have that type of feeling towards something like you were saying materialistic or something that was given to them by Society or deem to be important so on and so forth and so
That’s why I thought it’s important to really outline some of these core principles uh so that we can compare and contrast and have a basis on what these things should be and what it should be based upon so when deal with aspects of truth justice peace love freedom understanding wisdom Enlightenment
Prosperity purpose and fulfillment you can kind of get a better understanding some of the other things that we discuss you can kind of get a better understanding on um that point of and perspective you know of a man saying you know have uh you know you if if you’re
Crying you better have something to cry for right and um just in closing um I remember quote by Tupac that really inspired me and he you know devolves that it was i t to him by his mother you know a Shakur and she said uh boy if you don’t have something to live
For you best find something to die for and with that being said I want to pass the mic over to Dr Wason yes sir tears and water and opportunity wasted or recycled you know um wi tears made of water more over salt water on top of it right um wasted tears wasted
Water wasted opportunities some things come with a certain window of time and then they don’t come back sometimes In Our Lifetime they might come back at another point but we don’t get to see it again so wasting tears is just as bad as wasting water so that doesn’t mean you don’t
Cry but understand that you know if we pray all day and don’t do any work that’s wasted opportunity wasted tears wasted water there’s a concern here where I’m at and I never stated where I was at I’m somewhere here in the world I’m on a planet and we’re always surrounded by
Water these continents are islands they are islands all over the planet right water is 70 to 80% of the planet we call it earth right but how much water is wasting you know I relate it to opportunity and I relate us in our tears right that we shouldn’t waste our
Tears For example when my father transition I didn’t cry but one day one day it hit me like a a away and I just was like a little child you know my father I didn’t get the morning but I did that day right and then I heard my father he said boy pick
Yourself up you get knocked down you don’t stay down you get up right so you need that you need that father because mama say oh let me let me kiss your boo boo for you you know you need that but you need the balance also so crying is
Important but wasting tears is like wasting opportunities you know and and what I’m saying to you is this if we’re crying all the time something’s wrong because there’s more joy in this life than pain but we bask in pain because it’s like it’s like you can always remember the rainy days for some
Reason are the inclimate days you know but we have a tendency to not count the sunny days I guarantee you we have more sunny days than what we call bad weather you know so tears it’s a crying shame to waste tears beautiful my brother can I just piggy pack on there a little
Bit one of the things I was told about crying it washes the soul and when I was a kid my mother would beat me you know for things I did that that was worthy of it but I wouldn’t cry and she would beat me for every syllable
In the word did not tell you and then but uh she would beat me she was like boy you was a stubborn kid you wouldn’t cry but I do remember when my dad transitioned and that week leading up to his uh funeral I was just like I just
Wanted to get it over with and it didn’t bother me and six months later I’m walking through the gallery in Philadelphia and it dropped on me like a ton of bricks and I cried uncontrollably like a toddler and I was around thousands of people and it seemed like nobody saw
Me but I just cried and uh and I remember he said long as you got a good reason and I had a great reason that day and like I said when it happened it didn’t bother me I thought that was the end of it six months later just out of the
Clear blue like a ton of bricks dropped on me I sobbed and cried uncontrollably and was in a I was in a public place with people all over the place and it seemed like no one saw me but it was a beautiful washing of my Soul a
A yeah so so the real word here to sum all these things up the release of of that trauma that pain right catharsis you know and that that come the man that brought me to that point was Dr Regin o’ban you know a great orator great speaker great radio man you know Philadelphia
You know and I must say you know men say things right I’m very careful about saying what I’m going to do and what I’m not going to do because I never know but ultimately I’m going to do until it happens when I was young I was quick to
Say yeah I’ll do that I’ll get that I got it I got it I got it you know and now as an older man I’m not so quick to say things I’m I’m repelling my energy I’m reserving my energy you know and and part of that is
To you know aoris means to get it out to cleanse yourself as you were saying brother um Al brother Kalo um the cleansing of one’s Soul a good cry has a tendency to do so women have a tendency to cry a bit more than us and they live longer than us too
Just think on that yes uh let me just jump in there really quickly and so that’s kind of the point I wanted to get to see and a lot of the times and and sometimes these are uncomfortable conversations but you know I believe we have to begin to get to the points where
We’re having these uncomfortable conversations and kind of recognizing where some of the stigmas or taboos are coming from um you know so in a lot of different ways uh we we again we’re taught you know we’re we’re not supposed to cry we’re supposed to stay um you know kind of Relentless
Unfeeling um emotionless but you know as brothers were stating you know this that that process is actually a process of cleansing of purging right on an emotional and sometimes a spiritual level so even when we try to hold things things back and hold these things in um
You know ultimately you know there’s a saying there’s a time for everything and as a brother was saying you don’t want to spend your whole life crying booh hooing but you know there is a time to grieve there is a time to cry just there
Is a time to eat just there just as is there is a time to sleep okay there a time to learn there’s a time for everything and right so you know it’s just important to recognize your time and your season all right and recognize that things do happen and we
Do need to cleanse and we we do need to release all right just as toxins are released through our pores through our sweat okay that’s that’s one way that our body uh rids itself of its toxins all right utilizing um you know our sweat glands as we sweat that’s the way
We we’re able to release our toxins so in uh at times when necessary we can release our emotional baggage toxins trauma so on and so forth through setting up tears but it should be for a point and for a purpose right for a good reason uh making sure that um you know
We’re not being over emotional but we are tapping into you know our emotions we’re we’re responding to the things that are happening to us and you know a lot of times we know you know uh when these points and times periods are but we try to you know block these things
And I believe again that’s where some of the uh um you know some of the other uh ailments or illnesses come into play uh when we try to hide or block our emotions we need to understand how to uh deal with these things um you know uh in a positive Progressive manner
Um and and and uh having a sense of balance okay um so with that being said if there’s any uh closing remarks on that before we move on to the next uh subject matter is there any closing questions or comments on that yep Dr Wason I was on mute um just just to
Reiterate for our audience for those that said they would be here you know but I understand what we’re up against we’re up against a lot of pressure today you know uh the word is catharsis see because and then the dedication and consistency right see the healing of the na
Is much important right we always are quick to deal with the physical things of monetary and what do you have what have you gained do you have a degree do you have these things these these tangible things that you can grab on to right however when you leave here they stay
Here they don’t go with you you know but your emotions do go with you they don’t stay here you know so we need to be clear about what the essence of this self is there’s there there’s an internal struggle going on all the time it’s between the physical person right an
Individual the spirit and the soul and see one is a a a filter between the others the physical man touches and sees and experience from sound and vibration and talking right is taken in and the Soul actually is the filter between that physical man and the spiritual self
Right so you know we always speak about the soul leaving when there’s no longer life the soul is no longer present the soul gets out of there when there’s no physical life left the soul is gone you know in an instant in the iota right so we say
He’s no longer or she’s no longer with us right so remind yourself that what you experience would you allowed to come into yourself into your internal self the soul has to deal with it and whatever the soul allows to pass through the spirit has to deal
With so there’s a governor on us it’s called our soul and we got to let that Governor work but not by having the discipline and the discretion to not allow certain things to enter your your your your Circle your environment you know and sometimes to stop something right you might hate it in
Your heart but to stop something you might have to physically put a Hulk to it you might have to write something or speak something in a statement right to say hey no we’re not allowing this example number one the lack of freedom of speech that’s a Birthright it’s an
Earthright and when somebody tells you because they own a private entity if it goes against a law that is prescribed for us that’s that’s good for us right we have a right to repel that even though that institution claims they have a right to it because they’re private all things
Ultimately are dealt with in a Public Square you can’t cry private and you break the law sh that’s that’s that’s that’s my feeling towards that when you talk about the law because you know in war you know all you know if they if they call martial
Law what would that mean so then once they declare it how do they they can they can unde it like that doesn’t make sense either like why are we listening to you know that’s my my whole thinking is how do we get away from you know even saying their laws or
You know I’m saying we can establish somewhere we can have our own situation because we have to get up out of under these people’s you know thumbnails or or least be able to defend our our our area where you know we could live amongst them but as long as we are
Amongst them that’s a whole different conversation I would say they’re amongst us brother that’s definitely a whole snowball of a conversation that’s what I’m saying that’s why I don’t you know I don’t I don’t I don’t to say certain things I just get you know I try I try I
Try to listen more because I have a lot to say about a lot that you’re saying I just don’t want to you know turn the conversation because it’s more to it to all that you’re saying you know because you went to this Spirit has and the Soul that’s two different conversations about
The soul being the governor and it has a governor and this so that’s confusion right there in the conversation because if I we could delve into that or we could delve into certain thing so that’s why I try to um and just try to give well yeah let’s
Tap on that really quickly because if there’s any points of uh confusion see that’s what part of the conversation is about you know being able to alleviate any uh misunderstandings by bringing some context and Clarity right and so um if if if what did you agree with or
Disagree with as it pertains to the soul and the spirit just my thing was I didn’t understand um because when you when you you you start saying you know like he said Soul has a governor and and and something about like I was trying to follow the conversation about when he was talking
About the soul and the spirit but he lost me when he said it has a governor I’m like well who governs it and oh okay a governor not like not not like a form of government but uh like the governor in your car you know like it has a okay
Yeah yeah yeah could you yes um thank you for that Lefty because we we we need to be clear right so so just get this part here you are experiencing things right good bad or indifferent whatever it is right you might see something that’s heinous or whatever right the soul has to determine
If that’s permissible to get past him or it right to to to to to infect your spirit right the spirit you talking about like like psychological scars like a a filter right related to a filter uh what I stated as a governor because a governor doesn’t as much as you want to
Press the gas the governor will only let you go so fast right it keeps you from going beyond what you should do it’s it’s like a safety valve it’s like a it’s a filter in the sense right so so this the spir the spirit doesn’t have a filter on whatever
Gets through it accepts it and deals with it it just goes with it you know so if you’re eating filth all day long right you got a filthy heart right or a filthy mind or whatever it is right you know when you when you it gets deep man when you start
Making babies right I could tell what I was how I was Act when I was thinking about what I was dealing with by the way my children act I could go back to when they were born and I could tell myself that’s where I was at because that’s why
That child acts like that because they all act differently although we raised on the same right oh yeah if I could jump in on that point right there so so you know just to again provide greater Clarity that so you’re saying that uh based on you know what you had what you
Were going through what your exper experiences were um and how that affected your uh your psyche your soul your spirit that was uh actually what manifested when you went to procreate so these things were uh kind of imprinted upon you and upon your spirit so much so
That it came out through through your l through your loins through your lineage physically yes sir in a physical form so what what we yes yes yeah so so what I’m saying to you is that the soul is this Governor it can stop things from entering into the
Spirit so you know this is where H uh self discipline comes into effect right so you you have choices to make even if you witness something you can you can take it and not allow it to get into you ever hear the saying you gotta be like a
Duck and let the water just roll off your back in other words don’t take it in or don’t digest it don’t make it part of your being so so this mechanism is a blessing not a curse right but most of us don’t understand we’re just consumers of whatever so and
With the internet just think about our children right we we used to have to go high to read the hustlers and the Playboy boys in the bathroom when we were young right right okay you guys nowadays Young Folks it’s it’s look when they set up the Microsoft School the
Number one thing that was being downloaded they all had laptops right we’re talking about over there at the park there the Microsoft school right was oh great thing technology technology most people yes sir you got to get out of it okay we we getting ready to close
This off but but here’s the thing most of the young people were downloading porn right a natural Incarnation there not nothing to matter with that really because when you understand it we’re trying to figure out what is this thing that’s waking me up in the morning and
Why is this girl disturbing me and keeping me from wan to learn you know that’s a natural inclination but you got to put a governor on it if you know what’s best for you all right all right um so yeah we are getting ready to close the meeting out uh the meeting is
Supposed to go until 11:11 all right uh so uh we are getting ready to close the meeting out in uh 10 minutes um approximately so if there’s any questions or comments uh dealing with that so again you know just on on that subject matter you know we were discussing um healthily releasing tears
Fears and frustration when is it okay to cry all right acknowledging that true strength all right uh uh depends a lot of times in our ability to be vulnerable okay you can find your greatest uh aspects of strength at the times of your uh most vulnerability okay that’s where you can
Pull your your greatest levels of strength from when you’re being uh tested and tried in those Fashions okay Um and so you know Divine masculinity Divine masculinity includes balance all right can never be hard all the time you can’t be tough all of the time these are misnomers all right these are uh aspects of mesmo that was taught to us all right but there is no such animal okay life as
People is about balance and you have to uh understand and be able to meld both aspects of Self in order to get the holistic person all right so leaning towards any one side okay in any form of life usually leads to its undoing all right so we have to understand all
Aspects of ourselves and understand the importance of balance understand ultimately that we need to be able to effectively and efficiently release our emotions through whatever means that is sometimes it can and and should be you know uh sheding a few tears okay through losses through uh deaths you know
Certain circumstances sometimes it could be exercise all right hitting the gym hitting the heavy bag uh finding creative ways to uh express our emotions and our feelings all right but whether that be through writing uh poetry or songs or writing novels books all right being able to express that energy
Finding different Outlets that are positive okay okay because when these emotions get bottled up okay it becomes a moov and then one day you explode that’s how we want okay we want to make sure that we’re metered and measured all right that we’re not being over
Emotional okay that we have a sense of balance all right so give thanks within that um just touch and base all right uh it kind of leads into part of the next uh subject matter so we can just touch base on it just so we can roll around the idea and
Thought okay as we uh reconvene on our next uh on our next Gathering all right and so that would be dealing with uh falling all right falling versus failure shortcomings inadequacies and Imperfections all right um and so a lot of times we can get discouraged all right um we can lose motivation we
Can lose uh some of our Drive uh based on having certain shortcomings based on perhaps not reaching our initial uh goal uh that we uh set up as far as a time frame uh is concerned not reading the certain trajectory that we would like to within a certain point of
Our Lives okay uh things of that nature uh dealing with with falling versus failing okay and um if we can just touch based on the ideology of that really quickly all right falling you know what does that mean to you all okay uh so I like to differentiate once again uh I’m
Not as as the saying goes uh you know you don’t take a loss if you learn a lesson all right so I try to work towards utilizing that perspective all right understanding that everybody falls but it’s not really uh how many times you fall okay it is your
Ability to get back up and to persevere all right so um if anyone would like to touch base on that uh just briefly just that idea and concept uh yes Dr Wason I have a very brief statement you only feel when you quit when you walk
Away and indeed indeed so I did want to leave Brothers with some words of encouragement moving forward as you go about today as you go about your journey all right and I think that was right on time and on on point all right um uh brother brother left do you have
Anything to add on that yeah um so it’s like it’s like running the track check me you know it’s people that fell while he was running and still beat the race or came in tension you know but it’s those that fell and then didn’t even keep going like brother Wason said so you
Know falling is is Fallen is life life is is ups and downs like he said everything’s a cycle so you know you know these things that you know it’s like it’s like it’s like know in martial arts you learn how to fall in martial arts you learn how to fall so that you
You you know the blow doesn’t hurt you as much and you know or the fall doesn’t hurt you as much you learn how you know but you know that takes skill also and you know and that’s learning a lesson like you said you know when you
Fall and you don’t learn a lesson you didn’t learn how to fall and you’ll fall again it might be even harder but you know until you learn or you don’t you know some people are you know hard- hated but but um failing is just giv up to even you know pursue to
To move forward failing is just thing you know just giving up on life which is you know the ultimate you know I guess Act of free will if you you may you know there’s a lot of people that just don’t want to do anything themselves and they and that’s their
Right to do because it’s their life but you know so you know it’s different things you know you know everybody know what falling and failing you fail you know some and then like you said it’s your value system so you know you might fail at something but it might be
Because you’re not that’s not where you’re supposed to be that might not be the lane you’re supposed to be in how about that you know if you learn if you learn from that then you know okay okay I can move to something else you know that’s learning how to fall and fail you
You know you can learn from both long as it’s a lesson it’s always a positive yes sir yes sir thank you for that addition that build uh yes excellent perspective um and so would you like to touch base on that subject matter we got a few minutes left before we get ready to
Close out I don’t think you heard you uh it broke up yeah no I heard I was on mute I you know I don’t want no it’s beautiful man I I really appreciate the way you conducted the meeting also yes sir much appreciated give thanks thank you
You all right all right okay um so yes we getting ready to close this session out um now again um you know just dealing with that concept right of of you know falling versus failing you know we all have our our shortcomings our inadequacies our imperfections uh each and every day we
Get another opportunity to work on that to build on that to grow from that right and to mature uh so excuse oh yes sir so depending on your your drive your will your motivation you know your ambition your courageousness all right if you being able to look ourselves in the mirror
Right have that uh aspect of being introspective and retrospective and being able to uh you know be open and honest with ourselves and saying okay these are areas of my strength uh these are areas of my weaknesses these are things I can improve upon right and taking that time
Energy and effort in order to do so you know having that discipline all right having that self-d discipline and that determination to uh better oneself all right so we can uh be that much better as we step forward uh into the lives of our families and our communities and
When we come together uh for you know these type of sessions we can help to build uh one another up you know as still sharp and still so we as we improve ourselves we can help to improve one another and see that reflection in one another with that being said good
