That of course today as we think about the Glorious Mysteries and the victory Of God who takes what the world means for evil and turns it into good that’s exactly what the Glorious Mysteries are all about and that’s exactly what God wants to do in your life my friends so
As we pray today be mindful of that be mindful of what you want to see the Lord do in your life and accomplish and I think that’s such an important thing thing um to talk about so anyway let us know how we can pray for you what
Your what your needs are what your intentions are for 2024 and giving God thanks for what he’s done in your life in 2023 and even rejoicing for the hard things because every year it comes with The Good the Bad and blessed be the name of the Lord
As the book of of job says the lord giveth and the lord taketh away blessed be the name of the Lord Lord maybe you’ve experienced we’ve all experienced some of that but maybe you’ve experienced some some of some of those things in the extreme and I want you to focus on God’s
Blessing in the midst of that remember the Lord says that blessed are those who mourn for they shall be comforted blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness righteousness righteousness sake and blessed are those who are meek for they shall inherit the earth friends we also have to remember that
We’re blessed when we hunger and and thirst for righteousness so that’s why we’re here today to pray the rosary and I want to thank you guys for taking time to be here with us together um let’s grab our rosaries and mindful of God’s victories and what he’s done and giving him praise

Smallest amount of the right kind of faith can see God do amazing things if you’ve been so obsessed with trying to grow your faith this year and you you felt frustrated remember friends it isn’t always about the amount it’s about where your faith is placed and sometimes even
In the name of our of our religion we can still put our faith in ourselves and thinking it’s all about what we can do and and the things that are relying upon us and we got to remember even in our righteousness we are relying upon Jesus
It’s not about us it’s about him so don’t put your faith in your ability to do the right things put your faith in Christ and let his grace flow through you so those things might be accomplished by his presence in your life friends he rose from the dead let’s

Spirit and if we could see anything happen in our new year we want the gifts of the Holy Spirit to be poured out freely into our hearts because we want to accomplish God’s Will and we know that that’s only possible by his grace and by his power
And that comes to us in the Holy Spirit he fills us with God’s presence he reminds us of Jesus he convicts us of our sin he Comforts us and he brings us truth friends as the apostles were gathered there together and experiencing the power of the Holy Spirit the world
Was forever changed the gospel now Goes Forth into places it never would have friends again this wasn’t done as the result of the talent of the disciples this was done as the result of the dwelling of God in them and that’s my prayer for each of us that’s my prayer

And what we desire for 2024 I love to set goals I love to be thinking about how I can grow and do all this but we have to remember this and and the Virgin Mary shows us this perfectly blessed are the those who hunger and thirst for righteousness right for they will be
Satisfied she shows us what it looks like to hunger and thirst for righteousness full of grace my soul magnifies the Lord my spirit rejoices in God my savior for he has done Mighty great things for me friends she can say that because that’s what she desired more than anything she wasn’t chasing
The culture she wasn’t chasing the junk of the world she wasn’t trying to grow her 401k and her portfolio she wasn’t trying to get a promotion and and none of those things are bad by the way I don’t want to make it sound like if we’re trying to to do good things that
Everything is bad right but what I’m saying is this what is your greatest desire your strongest desire needs to be Christ because if you seek Him First and his righteousness everything else you need will be added unto you very little from a worldly perspective but because
She had Jesus she had everything she had everything so at the end of her Earthly life as she was taken into heaven to receive that reward that Christ had gone to prepare a place for her remember that remember the reward that he gives to those who seek
Him we see this all throughout scripture my friends and the assumption is about the reward that we see him giving her bringing her to that place that he created for her friends he’s created a place for you the question is will you get there if you hunger and thirst for
That place place for righteousness for heaven more than anything else and he’s promised that that that desire will be fulfilled the world’s not going to guarantee that’s going to fulfill your desires it’s going to leave you high and dry you can seek after the world in all
Of its ways you can sacrifice to receive the things the world offers but in the end it’s going to leave you hanging Jesus will never do that to you my friends he’ll never do that to you he’s always there and he always does what he promises let’s pray together Our Father
