Phi Delta Theta Celebrates Great Place to Work® Certification™ Nation Day
Earlier this year, Phi Delta Theta General Headquarters was proudly Certified™ by Great Place To Work® in the United States. The recognition is based on a survey given to current employees, with 90 percent of employees believing Phi Delta Theta is a great place to work, compared to the 57 percent average for other US companies.
November 1, 2023, marks Great Place to Work® Certification™ Nation Day, where certified companies are encouraged to celebrate and share this accomplishment with the world.
What is Great Place to Work Certification?
Great Place to Work Certification recognizes employers who create an outstanding employee experience. Certification is a two-step process that includes surveying your employees and completing a short questionnaire about your workforce. Because employee feedback and independent analysis determine the scores, certification helps job seekers identify which companies genuinely offer a great company culture. Certification gives employers a recruiting advantage by providing a globally recognized and research-backed verification of great employee experience.

“I have been working at Phi Delta Theta General Headquarters for almost three years; since the beginning, it was apparent that Become The Greatest Version of Yourself spans deeper than just the Fraternity members. I was fortunate to begin my career after college with a company that values its employees in a way that helps them to become the greatest version of themselves professionally. I have achieved exceptional professional growth thanks to the opportunities presented by Phi Delta Theta General Headquarters.” Director of Strategic Content Katelyn Fulmer said.
More than 376 staff members have served the Phi Delta Theta General Headquarters over the past century. Each individual has contributed to the Fraternity’s mission, preserved its history, and propelled the organization forward with new opportunities. Today, the General Headquarters staff consists of thirty-seven individuals whose roles indicate the broad scope of duties the modern General Fraternity workforce performs. Together, their mission is to provide the Fraternity’s members with a transformational experience in their pursuit of greatness.
