You move into your new role I highly encourage you take some notes chot some things down and take advantage of all the great things that they’re going to be mentioning to you um that that are a part of the zbt experience you have the opportunity in
Your new role to really leave a legacy on your campus and in the men’s life who elected you and entrusted you to guide and Lead their fraternity experience and part of ensuring that Legacy is using and prescribing to the zbt experience the zbt experience across the country is mostly prescribed for you uh
Through the journey through our International programs through our non- pledging non- hazing uh stances and so all of those things make the zbt experience uniform across the country of course there are always those things that you do unique to your chapter but for the most part your experience in
Cali California should be zbt experience in California should be very similar to the zbt experience in in Florida even though your campus cultures and your chapters may look a little bit uh different and the last thing that I will say is that remember you are leading A
Brotherhood you are not leading a friend group and one of the biggest uh parts of of the biggest difference between a friend group and a Brotherhood is this notion of a accountability and your legacy will be judged and you will be judged by how strongly and effectively
You hold yourself and your brothers to ensuring that you are committed and you are achieving and that you are doing the things laid out um both in our oath that we take during initiation and two the Brotherhood quality standards um that that are laid out for you um and were
Presented to you in the pre-initiation meeting and you should be reviewing uh both with yourself and with your men pretty pretty frequently um and with that I just wanted to say that please know headquarters is here to support you we cannot wait to see all that you
