Hi my name is Father bonfice I’m a Benedictine Monk and a priest from St Vincent Arch Abby in L trro Pennsylvania and I’m really excited to be your spiritual guide for this Exodus 90 in the year 2024 as we start on New Year’s Day the semity of Mary Mother of God and
We go all the way through Easter I’m going to be joined in conversation each week by Dr Jared Stout who’s the director of content for Exodus 9 and we’ll be talking about things that are pertinent for you as you make your journey through Exodus 90 to help you
Make that journey to have a sense of really doing it together and for that reason we’re also going to ask you for feedback so that our conversations which will be recorded weekly will be uh really a conversation also with you as we bring your comments and questions and
Try to help you live this in an even better way than you have before so Jared and I are going to have a conversation now in a moment but why don’t we get started with a little bit of prayer and we can turn to St Joseph
He’s going to be a companion for us throughout this journey and so let us ask for his help in the name of the father and of the son and of the holy spirit amen oh glorious St Joseph model of all those who are devoted to labor obtain
For me the grace to work conscientiously putting the Call of Duty above my natural inclinations to work with gratitude and joy in a spirit of penance for the remission of my sins considering it an honor to employ and develop by means of Labor the gifts received from
God to work with order peace moderation and patience without ever shrinking from weariness and difficulties to work above all with purity of intention and Detachment from self having always death before my eyes and the account that I must render of time lost of talents wasted of good omitted a vain
Complacency and success so fatal to the work of God all for Jesus all through Mary all after thine example o patriarch St Joseph such shall be my motto in life and in death amen in the name of the father and of the son and of the Holy Spirit
Amen well I’m delighted to have this time with all of you who are making this journey through Exodus 90 and in particular way to spend some time with Dr Jared Stout who’s the director of for Exodus 90 as we have some conversations that I am confident will help you in
Your journey in this uh this great journey through out of out of the desert through the desert well hello everyone and on behalf of all Exodus men I just want to thank you Father for taking this time to be our spiritual guide uh through this journey it is so wonderful to have you
Accompanying us uh throughout this journey to Freedom well it’s really my pleasure and when you approached me about this uh one of the things that was certainly particularly on my heart was in regard to the the wonderful opportunity that Exodus provides for men to support each
Other in this journey I found that the uh the anchors the groups are really a tremendous gift for making a journey through a lot of aestheticism and prayer and reflection and sometimes those things can be heavy but uh I think especially for the the men to be accompanying each other is is wonderful
And then for us to be able to accompany them in some way of course we we can’t make uh the journey somehow or have the conversation exactly with whatever thousands of men who are doing this but uh but we can take their feedback and we can have our reflections and hopefully
Our conversations are are an inspiration and a model as well and just to reinforce that we do want you to submit any questions that you have or concerns or difficulties along the way anything that you want to hear from us there’s going to be a form so just where you’re
Watching this video right now you can find the form right there in the app and submit that to us and so from now on in the coming weeks we’re going to be able to respond to your feedback well if I can uh maybe just introduce myself for a moment I as I
Mentioned I’m a benedi and Monk and so Exodus is in some way my life it’s a monastic life is H is what was really H connected from the earliest days to a kind of second baptism and of course baptism is the emergence from from the
Desert uh you could see it on either end they passing through uh uh the uh the Red Sea into the desert there is a kind of baptism coming out of Egypt or or passing through from the desert into the promised land through the River Jordan
Is uh is another kind of baptism in any event monasticism for from the beginning was seen as a kind of second baptism and then uh we live in community of course the the various monks of my Monastery and I in living out some of these asceticism and and also certainly the
Dedication to prayer uh I also am the spiritual director for St Vincent Seminary and so I walk with men as they’re being form for the priesthood we have uh your your Parish priests some of you who are joining us came through St Vincent Seminary and uh all of them came
Through other seminaries like it and I have the privilege of being the spiritual director so really being with men in this journey it’s always a journey of purification and a journey of uh illumination and deepening Union with the Lord and that happens through prayer and aestheticism and and also the the
Accompaniment that’s important at a a fraternal level and the accompaniment that’s important from from a a spiritual father so I can’t be the spiritual director for all the thousands of men who are doing Exodus 90 but when you gave me the uh opportunity you and the
Wonderful men at at Exodus 90 to offer a little bit of accompaniment in this way I was really excited about the opportunity well let me ask you a personal question father you know I bet there’s a lot of guys coming to Exodus 90 and and they may not be living you
Know a a life where they’re doing daily prayer like we’re doing and they may not have engaged in in regular aesthetical practices or had regular fraternity but you’re living in a monastery and you’re working with seminarians and and that to them might also seem very inaccessible like those
Guys are way up here but do you know what transformation looks like so I’m just going to put this in your court I mean from your own experience both in your own Journey but also working with all of these men in the monastery and in seminaries would you say the kind of
Freedom that we are looking for in Exodus 90 is possible for the average uh Christian man yeah thanks for uh setting that up Jared because I I do uh work with uh monks and seminarians but uh I work with a lot of people in spiritual Direction and I’ve helped and and seen a
Lot of conversion uh I actually spent the first three years that I was a priest at Penn State as a as a grad student I was studying computer science as a priest and uh also doing campus ministry and meeting with a number of wonderful men and women some of whom I
Still meet with for Spiritual Direction and I’ve really got to see transformation at that level um I continue to meet with married men married women uh single uh men and women and I get the chance to see a lot of of transformation and growth and so uh and
And of course I’m I’m also out in parishes we we help in various ways I lead Retreats and uh do a lot of ministry to I’m also the director for the institute for Ministry formation and and that Institute is really meant to be an EXT extension of our Seminary and the
Formation opportunities to the rest of the church and so again Exodus 90 works so nicely together with my my work at the IMF but yeah transformation is is absolutely possible uh well it’s it’s necessary so it’s really what God’s plan is for all of us is to have the kind of
Transformation that we can grow in knowledge of him and grow in interior Freedom um there are a lot of things that pull on us and uh it’s going to be it’s going to be amazing so and I also have accompanied uh many men who have gone through Exodus
90 and have seen that that transformation unfold and it it’s uh well it’s going to be as shocking as the first cold shower in one way uh not just getting under the cold water uh which by the way once you go to cold showers I don’t know why there’s a reason to ever
Turn back it’s uh the best dopamine hit you can get anywhere it’s really phenomenal but uh as as shocking as that can be the disconnection to to unplug from the culture is H is going to be its own kind of shock but it’s uh that’s
Going to be a little like a well that that cold water it takes a little bit to ease into it and then uh it’s it’s shocking at first but pretty soon well I don’t know that cold water ever gets comfortable the analogy is probably a little better with with warm bath water
You know when it’s uh it’s really hot and you dip a toe into it and you pull out and that’s what it’s going to be like to to disconnect from some of the things we’ve become so accustomed to in the culture and and have really clung to
But there’s going to be a lot of freedom that opens up from that um that’s that’s one thing most of the men that I’ve talked to who have gone through Exodus 90 and have been really transformed that hasn’t been the most significant thing it’s kind of the biggest shock value
It’s sort of the big ticket item on the front end but but it is that daily prayer that you mentioned Jared that that really uh because what that’s doing is it’s Opening space for a relationship with God like we’ve never had before and God is a big deal that’s the
Understatement of the century right God is a big deal it’s a theological bigger than you could ever know really bigger than you could ever know and to open up that kind of space for him is is necessarily transforming in ways that uh that we could never anticipate and uh so
Yeah transformation is is is profound and and beautiful and Lasting and and something that we can really lean into and look forward to now let’s dig deeper into that point on prayer though you know on our blog you wrote for us a piece on making your
First Holy hour and you know we hear this from a lot of guys you know like I don’t I don’t know how to make a holy hour and to sit in silence I go into church and it’s like what what do I do next it’s like I I I read through the
Reflection and then what you know so what would you say to a guy who’s just trying to to get into holy hours doesn’t know what to do and just feels a bit lost maybe bored you know o over this long period of time well I would say
First of all kind of for the whole scope of Exodus 90 uh take it easy it’s uh you got a lot of days to work it out and it’s amazing how how far we can go with incremental progress and so uh you’re you’re not going to be on day one where you’ll be
At on day 90 and the only way from day one to day 90 is incremental progress so first of all uh be willing to experience a lot of things without judgment so I think there’s a real danger to come in and say I did it right I didn’t do it
Right it was good it was bad experience it first give yourself at least this first week to just say it was uncomfortable I didn’t know what I was doing I kind of got bored I got real distracted I whatever you did it’s fine there’s no shame around that so I just
Would want to first of all just remove all of that kind of self- condemnation expectation all all of that and just enter it and experience it what’s it like to be alone or to be with God for an hour what’s that like so that first of all give yourself permission just to
Experience one of the things that’s going to happen is all kinds of stuff you’re going to have a lot of thoughts and there’s going to be some feelings and there’s going to be some discomfort and there’s going to be some there’s a lot of stuff that comes up when we turn
Off all of the other stimulation and we’re we’re in that period of silence and so again uh some of it might shock you some of it might uh ex you know you might get excited there might be a lot of Big Ideas that come out like ways you
Can improve your workplace and ways you can fix relationships there may be all kinds of good things that come up there may be some ugly things that come up there may there’s going to be a lot of stuff that comes up as much as possible without judgment notice it pay attention
To it over the course of of 90 days of doing this you’re going to start to understand where some of that is coming from you’re going to start to understand some some of the you know we our our hearts are pretty rich and complex in very beautiful ways we can end up
Running a lot in reaction formation bouncing off this feeling that feeling that idea this commitment that commitment this person that relationship we can end up bouncing all over the place one of the things that’s going to happen in those holy hours a lot of stuff is going to come up and then we’re
Going to be able to let it settle down and we’re going to start to get to know what’s going on at the level of the heart and we’ll learn how to relate that to the Lord more and more it’ll be very beautiful it’s not going to happen on
Day one especially if you’ve really never made a holy hour some of you are coming into this and you’ve got some experience and these are these are familiar things to you maybe things you’ve done don’t do enough and you’re going to really benefit from the consistency and going deeper some of you are
Really going into the deep and I give you a ton of credit for that feel good about that be uh be feel my affirmation now as your spiritual father uh really proud of you for taking that step and taking that risk it’s going to be something really beautiful so give it
Some space first of all and uh and then uh the the uh the blog does describe in a little bit of gritty detail uh some some concrete steps to take and uh says also some of the things that I just said in terms of what comes up and uh and
Then I would say pray as you know how to pray so I don’t think anybody is going into this who’s never prayed before and we should always start with learning moves from the known to the unknown so take what you can that is familiar to you maybe a rosary maybe a Divine Mercy
Chaplet maybe reading the scripture maybe you have a few prayers to say coming up with the people that you want to pray for bring a list you can even tell people in advance I’m doing Exodus 90 going to be praying every day um give me some prayer intentions what can I
Pray for you uh how can I pray for you and bring in those things in that’s going to give you a little bit of uh something to do I suppose in the in the hour and we’re going to want to keep stretching that over time to leave more
And more room for the Lord but it’s not bad to have some prayerful activities you could say that that help us to enter into the hour and um yeah a lot of stuff’s going to come up I I I do really wish I could meet with every one of you
Individually and hear about your experience and I and I hope that at least some of you will give us some of that uh through the app as well that we can respond to I feel like the privileged one I get to be here and actually having these conversations with
You on behalf of everybody else so I don’t know what I did to deserve that but uh here we are you know one of the things that that you said I think is so important and not just with prayer but with everything else um because some
People say like I I just can’t handle the prayer and I always say well just keep going just show up and God is going to make something happen if you persevere but what about everything else like what would you say to a guy you know now we’re just in week one okay but
But there’s going to be moments when we feel like ah I just don’t know if I can keep doing this you know I I I’m in a rot or I’m just kind of out of the Rhythm of following the disciplines or I haven’t prayed in five days should I
Just give this whole thing up is this just falling to pieces all around me you know what would you say to a guy you know who maybe is is starting to feel that way since that might have already happened on day one two three four right
I mean let’s be honest it’s uh you know the the transition is challenging it’s it’s New Year’s Day it’s uh you know all these things so um yeah I think it’s really important I did I don’t know maybe uh you can you can link that to
The blogs too I wrote a a little article for Exodus 90 back in the summer I think entitled try fail surrender I think it’s uh a a good thing to keep in mind this is how growth happens actually in anything if we’re not trying hard enough if we’re not doing something hard enough
That we fail then we’re probably not challenging ourselves enough uh and when we fail this is the critical point and that’s what you just went into Jared is is how do I respond to that we have a lot of defenses that come up I might be tempted to blame others might be tempted
To blame myself make excuses I might just set the bar Lower and kind of give up um I we have we have a number of ways that we sort of uh well we try to handle shame it’s really what a lot of what happens when we fail is we start to feel
Shame and then we try to manage that in some way numb it in some way quell it in some way but but but rather than that to know that Jesus loves you in your shame Jesus loves you in your failure Jesus loves you in your in your efforts he
Already loves you and and if you can bring that if you can try hard enough in Exodus 90 that’s it’s one of the things I love about it is it pushes you hard enough that you’re G to fail uh and and I almost say if you get to the end of
This and you don’t well we’re all going to fail it’s some it’s some level or another uh inevitable right in the concrete details of it or or just knowing we’re going to encounter our own weakness interiorly and that’s part of what we’ll open up in the Holy hours too
Is so we’re going to encounter our weakness our failures our our shame our our need for a savior to say it simply uh if you if you’ve tried and failed you’ve proven that you need a savior well thank God that he sent one and and
We have one in Jesus so if we can take that failure and make it surrender and and that’s a surrender to God to just show him and and that might be you know uh some some uh many men even have have fathers that may have been very hard on
Them when they failed and so the idea that you have a father who loves you and receives you in your failure and who wants to help you and and gets into the mess with us and gets involved in our lives with us that might be a really new
Thing and that’s going to be one of the places that the the groups and the anchor are going to be a big help and so this is an instruction uh in terms of sharing it’s also an instruction in terms of receiving the way that you listen the way that you uh receive each
Other is going to make a huge difference your challenge is to receive each other like Jesus and I just told you what Jesus does he always receives shame with Mercy compassion and love and and as you are able to do that for each other that is going to be a transforming experience
And and and we’re we keep learning together the words of St Paul that I will glory in my weakness I will boast of my weakness because power is made perfect in weakness and it is when I’m weak that I’m strong and and that’s where the real strength happens in
Communion with each other and so those those times of failure uh whether it’s a day or whether it’s five days in a row whether it’s uh just some in some cases uh there are some of you who are going to make a holy hour and still feel like
A failure because you didn’t do it right or something you know anyway we we’ve got a whole range of uh of different temperaments and ways of engaging reality and so many different Hearts but wherever you feel the failure to share it and then wherever someone is sharing
Failure with you to receive it with compassion this is going to model what Jesus does and that try fail surrender it’s going to get us well got the Israelites through the desert right that’s the theme and it got the Israelites through the desert and it got Moses into our first week Reflections
What’s Moses done failed multiple times after God sovereignly saved him from destruction as a little child put him in in the the hands of Pharaoh’s daughter brought him back to his own mother to nurse him raised him in this protected environment empowered him and then what
Does he do he he’s acting on impulse and he fails multiple times and God still intervenes and calls him and then he even knows how can I be your representative I’ll fail God knows it already he knows what we’re made of and and he’s not afraid of that so he wants
To receive Us in that he wants to connect to us in that and he and he wants to provide for all of the ways that that we lack because I I’m focusing on failure I know also we have each of us has many strengths and and one of
Your greatest strengths will be to receive each other with compassion but uh we have many strengths and even to achieve you know the uh the asceticism to make it to the times of prayer to arrange our schedules there there are some men who like didn’t know that there
Was such a thing as a schedule and are not clear how to get a holy hour into the thing that doesn’t even exist as a schedule there are other men who have crafted this out months in advance and have fitted into its slot and put it
Into place and they’ll get stuff get a traffic light on the way there and God will find other ways to intervene so anyway uh all of that is to say all of the ways that we engage Exodus uh not to give up not to make excuses not to blame
To own our failure and to offer it to God to let him love us in that pick us up and then we begin again Wherever We Are We Begin Again we don’t need to make up all the things and we just start wherever we are and and engage get back
Up and and and enter in on the journey so it seems to me that what you’re saying is part of the way that Exodus works is by helping us to accept our own failure and and I think the reason why is because when we’re going into the
Holy hour we don’t know what to do um or if we’re feeling like I just can’t do it or I’m struggling it puts us into a position of vulnerability and I know that’s something that you talked about a lot at the end of battles in Autumn so uh if if
You were with us for that um seasonal exercise father wrote the last 10 days but now you can actually access that as a Content pack called The Art of accompaniment um through the app so you have that material but a lot of that had to do with not only our vulnerability to
God but also our vulnerability to one another uh and so I wondering if you could address that a little bit uh because fraternity I think is also something that is new it’s kind of like a holy hour well what does it mean to to really
Be a part of not like a frat you know that that might be somebody’s experience of fraternity like a frat house you know that was in the escape room video right uh but no but to to really be a part of a genuine Christian fraternity um in the accountability the
Vulnerability and support that we receive there that in and of itself might be a challenge for some men and that’s something that we have to figure out and and navigate so would you offer us just any guidance on on that point yeah thanks for bringing up those uh
Reflections Jared that I wrote in the in the pack I really encourage men to read that I I think it should be pretty accessible and it really walks you through a lot of the Dynamics that we want to uh Foster and expect from our fraternities it’s uh a way of of
Accompanying each other uh being in a so accompaniment has the word company in it the word company has has bread in it ponis and uh we we are those who who come together for for bread there’s a real uh closeness in that in in Sharing sharing food and and ultimately in
Accompaniment we want to share our hearts and support each other and that requires actually revealing it’s a good enough example that what we’re already talking about having the honesty to say I didn’t I didn’t make it to my holy hour or uh you know instead of instead of trying to
Paint ourselves when in fact we made a half hour a day it’s like well I mostly made it you know or uh we have all kinds of ways of dressing what do they call it putting lipstick on a pig or something you know we have different ways of
Dressing up our our limitations our failures and trying to make ourselves look better and and you know as you get to know each other in a fraternity there’s a proper place to developing trust I mean we need to do that and uh but we want to keep developing the trust
So that we can come to a place that we can share our hearts that we can really share anything and that’s vulnerable because if people saw that what would they think would they still love me would they reject me those those kinds of sensitivities are
Are in each one of us and sometimes it’s h so much so that we have a hard time even seeing that in ourselves and that’s where the holy hour is going to bring up a lot of stuff you know and I I’m trying to tell you things to normalize some
Things to give you permission and encouragement to not be afraid like well I had a lot of tempt you should have seen the pictures that were coming up in my mind yeah you know join the club right it’s uh we’re all made of the same stuff so so we can really the sometimes
I think in 12ep groups they say You’re only as sick as your secrets uh so the more that we have people that we can really trust and again that trust has to be has to be meaningful and built uh hopefully many of you are joining fraternities where there’s already a
Base of of trust there but that’ll grow over these weeks and that’ll be one of the great blessings as well of of Exodus 90 is developing that trust and fraternity but as we develop that and we can share more and more of what’s Happening inside of us the the very
Process of sharing helps us to grow through it the very process of sharing helps to to bring about the communion that God designed the effect of sin of original sin was that Adam hid himself and the process of redemption is that uh Jesus is helping us to not hide
Ourselves but to open our hearts and and bring ourselves our our hearts into communion with each other so that’s going to be to foster a fraternity that allows for that kind of vulnerability that allows for that kind of openness again is going to take a little bit of
Effort intentional effort and it’s going to be important for you all to agree that you want that upfront uh you want to grow into that it’s not going to happen instantaneously just like nothing in Exodus 90 happens instantaneously but do you want to grow towards it and then
You’re going to have to keep yourselves on track a little bit that there’s always we’re always going to devolve into you know talking about the Steelers or talking about the the Penguins or talking about the I got to pick another city for whatever your local football team is
We’re always gonna devolve into talking about things that are easy that are about someone else that are about someone else’s problems that are you know and and those have a place they’re not bad things but but they’re not getting into the stuff that’s really going to Foster the communion of persons
The fraternity that we really desire the support that we need so it’s going to take an intentional effort to get back on track and and Foster on uh you know that that environment of safety where we can share from the heart and there’s
Going to be a need also uh we have to be careful about not commenting on everything that everybody says in uh in in 12ep groups they call this cross talk that uh give give the guys a chance to just share and then acknowledge it receive it we we as men are especially
Oriented towards problem solving fixing strategizing developing work plans and we do a lot of these things and those are our comfort zones we don’t need to do that for each other we need to first of all receive each other listen with compassion understanding cheer each other on great job you you’ve you you
Haven’t made a week up until now but you made it this week well done that kind of encouragement and reinforcement just means the world to each other because we’re also going to end up flowing into each other’s uh brother Dynamics and father Dynamics and boss Dynamics and
There’s a lot of uh we got a lot of Dynamics going on in our hearts and we’re going to end up fitting into those and we can bring some healing to those maybe your dad never told you to did a great job but one of the guys in Exodus
90 and maybe it’s even the leader or the older the older guy in the group or something like that he says great job I can see you’re really trying and and you and you succeeded well done that can that can be lifechanging for someone so anyway that’s the the kind of
Fraternity that we really want to Foster in Exodus 90 there’s a there’s an opportunity for a lot of growth and healing which which remedies our own sin the sin that’s done been done to us but also has a way of remedying the sin in the world it’s exactly the opposite of
The initial Dynamic the dynamic of sin which is always division you know maybe just one last thing for our first conversation here the first week of Exodus you know really focuses a lot on the fact that Israel is in slavery under Pharaoh but also that we too uh suffer
In slavery to so many things in in this world but God is calling us to Freedom so we we’re talking in week one a lot about entering into the uncommon Freedom that God is offering to us as his sons and I think it can really help that you
Know Exodus is not anti- this or anti that you know it’s not just we’re trying to get away from these things we’re going towards something and freedom is so misunderstood in our culture right we we think it’s just the ability to do whatever we want but in fact that often
Just leads us into the next slavery so what would you say father just to to kind of guide us towards this goal of an uncommon Freedom um that is offered to us as sons of God the Father M yeah I love that uh I love that theme and I uh
I think we’ll we’ll be taking that up a few times uh throughout our our conversations because it is really rich to think about uh well we we’ll run into it upfront are you able to turn off your cell phone are you able to turn off the
Television are you able to to do that and and again no shame if you struggle with it no shame if you fall back into it we’re not we’re not trying to control through shame um but it’s good to notice I don’t to be able to own I don’t have
The freedom to do this so ultimately freedom is oriented towards doing the good it’s not just about as you said not just about getting rid of the bad but but being open to doing the good to be able to love because where does that ultimately run into if I can’t turn off
The television maybe I’m not present to my wife uh maybe I’m not present to my children and even though I want to be and and then what would it be like to actually say okay I have the television I have my children and again these are not evil
Things uh I presume nobody’s watching evil things on television so uh you know to be able to turn that off and then choose love uh to to be able to order uh I really like the concept of a value hierarchy where we have lower things different strata in that value hierarchy
And it’s ordered by sacrifice I’m willing to sacrifice a lesser thing for the sake of a greater thing and so our family is pretty high up in that hierarchy am I able to sacrifice the necessary things in order to hold my family there God is the top of the
Hierarchy by definition and God is that for which we will ultimately sacrifice everything now there’s no reason to sacrifice my family for God most of the time they’re going together they’re oriented to each other but sometimes I have to sacrifice whatever television soda uh you know something else for the
Sake of my family and as I’m able to do that and make that decision based on a priority and not that I’m thinking through this every time and saying oh where’s my value hierarchy and where’s all of the things and um it’s it becomes more spontaneous more habitual but as
I’m able to do that that habitual disposition to The Good the freedom to do the good is what we call virtue in the in the Christian language so that habit towards the good and to be able to sacrifice lesser things for greater things and to order my heart according
To truth according to what what God has revealed so uh so that’s the the kind of Freedom that has a way of growing and it only grows like everything else it it we get a little friction it grinds a bit it’s going to be a little difficult when
You when you set out uh to start lifting you know benching 200 pounds you didn’t start with 200 pounds and and you got pretty sore the first week uh and the second week and the third week maybe and so the the soreness is not something that should uh discourage us and but but
There is a real Freedom that develops to choose what is good to be to be a man of virtue to be a man who’s known for having uh a good disposition of heart in in even in all circumstances well in conclusion at least from from my perspective I just
Want to thank everyone who’s joining us here it’s just so great to be undertaking this journey to Greater Freedom with you um and this is really such an exciting week as we’re kind of launching uh our own Exodus here uh father do you have any just uh final
Thoughts or or words for us here before we conclude well I just want to say again how excited I am for all of the men who are entering into this time and I know how transforming it can be and uh I’m I feel very very good I feel very much
Like the Holy Spirit H is is inspiring us and is guiding us to uh help everyone to kind of stay on track as we go throughout to I think you know even better than I do but I think we both have a pretty good sense of how things
Can kind of go off the rails at different times and this is where we’re really going to hold each other together as being as kind of centralizing conversation along the way I I hope uh all of the men will really feel the there’s a great fraternity the men that
You’re meeting with uh in in groups together but also throughout the world who are doing Exodus 90 and we’re really all together give us your feedback through the app so we can experience that and we’ll bring up those uh uh comments and questions that you have and
Help you to feel that even in this context but I hope we can be a real unifying factor and then as I say um if you stick with it if you don’t give up if you keep uh showing up and keep trying and don’t be afraid when you fail
Turn it into surrender we’re going to help you along the way also to keep uh course correcting and little ways but most of all to to course correct to keep opening up dimensions of the heart and uh it’s gonna it’s going to change your life amen um and father thank you so
Much for for walking with us uh during these 90 days uh could you please uh conclude us in prayer absolutely so we’re just aware of God’s presence even now with us let him look upon you with love no matter who you are where you’ve been what you’ve done today or haven’t
Done today God our Father looks on you with love heavenly father I ask you to to receive each of the men who right now opens his heart to you and who Longs for you for more of you to become more like you more like your son our Lord Jesus
Christ help each man wherever he is having a good day having a bad day wherever he is meet him there and help him to feel your support your strength your closeness your unconditional love give him strength to begin again to start into the next day to enter in with confidence and
Courage and may you pour out your blessing upon all those who are watching in the name of the father and of the son and of the holy spirit amen amen thank you again father and thank you everyone who joined many blessings
