Operations and Education

  1. Host a variety of in-person or virtual group meetings to educate Founders on various topics relevant to Phi Delta Theta’s history, general fraternity operations, philanthropic impacts, service to the campus and community.
  2. Establish the executive committee for emerging or re-emerging chapters through informing Founders of leadership opportunities, screening interested candidates, placing qualified Founders into leadership roles, and providing a base level of officer training.
  3. Assist the emerging or re-emerging chapter through the execution of operations leading up to or briefly following induction. This support includes but is not limited to brotherhood building, recruitment activities, philanthropic or service efforts, campus relations, etc.
