Pianist Brendan Kavanagh was performing at I Alex is it correct I think that they used to call it King’s cross station I’ve seen so many different reports on what it’s actually called and well he was forming he was approached by some individuals from uh they appear to be of Chinese descent and
It has been found out that yes they are from of Chinese descent and that they were there one of the big problems that they had with it was they came up to Dr kavan on they call him doct because he has um King King cross street pancreas
Okay it’s two say two stations but kind of the same is also kind of the same all right I understand what’s going on there with that it just remember from the Harry Potter stuff King’s cross station so that’s um that’s why that one so keep sticking in mind and for some reason
Pancrace I I just can’t remember it but uh basically well he’s performing he has a group of individuals that are behind him now he had been told at some point and this is a little bit of backstory that the the people who say that their rights were violated haven’t been putting out
There there was a notice made to him that there was going to be a Japanese film crew coming in and that they were going to be doing some filming there at the station as well he as you see um during portions of it you’ll see that
There is a lady who’s dressed in a really interesting red and black coat with a little hat on and and everything and you see her she’s back in the background dancing while he’s playing and everything and uh you know he thinks that they’re they’re actually enjoying it well they they’re approaching him and
The apparently the female who was in the lead comes up and tell asks him to stop filming and that he needs to delete all of the footage that is that he’s got that has them in it and he of course refuses and there she is right there
She’s the one who approached him and she wants him to stop filming and um delete the footage that’s there and the thing is is that it’s legal to actually photograph in a public place or film in a public place he was actually doing a live and I think it was awesome that the
Fact is is that while he’s doing this he kept the live stream going the whole time as as you’ll see police officers show up a little bit later into it and the interesting thing is is that one of the police officers keeps trying to pull him away over to have a private
Conversation with him and I think it was very very very smart of him not to do that if you’re going to you’re going to talk to me we’re in a public place you’re going to talk to me public-wise we’re not going to sit over go over here
And have you talk to me over on the side and try to tell me something that’s you’re not willing to have put out in public and one of the things he pointed out was that the police officers also had body cameras on so they were already being filmed so I don’t understand the
Um the what was going on with that and if you listen to some of the arguments they have like right here one of them said we just want to ensure that we are very safe we don’t want our voices or our pictures filmed that’s between you
And me well don’t be in a public place it’s that simple if you’re in a country that has a has laws regarding the P filming in public and everything that’s you know this is all boiling down to the point of we have these individuals that are trying to superimpose the laws from
Another country onto someone in Great Britain and it turned into quite a mess and they actually completely went overboard on it at one point he’s pointing at the flag that one of the women is holding and is told the guy starts screaming at him don’t touch her
Don’t touch her she’s not your age um Michelle am re yeah I’m gonna I’m GNA get into that in a moment also because the the lead female that was there and was speaking when she went on I believe it was Instagram or Tik Tok it may have
Been uh may have been X I can’t remember which one but she went on to explain her side of the situation and during that point she makes a comment that they were there to do free filming for a company and uh they were there to do free
Filming for a company they were going to be working with and then went on to bash him saying you’re in a public place making money filming and that they have a right to you know not be filmed for anything that’s for commercial or for a
Profit and the the fact is is that the law doesn’t even cross that boundary doesn’t even worry about whether or not you’re doing this for a live stream or you’re just doing it for your own personal um reasons the the law just says that you have a right to film in
Public if you’re in a public place and that crosses the boundaries of you’re also allowed to uh live stream but you know one of the very interesting hypocritical things that have gone on with this is is that they’re bashing him for the fact that he’s filming them in
Public and he’s doing it for uh for profit when in fact that’s exactly what they were doing the young lady that you we kept seeing at the approaching him and talking to him uh and as a matter of fact that’s her talking right there uh she owns a company where they actually
Bring people in from China and help them find jobs in Great Britain okay that’s the guy who was yelling don’t touch her she’s not your age and during you know the fact is is that they’re trying to impose laws from another country they’re trying to impose Chinese laws which say
That you can’t do this and the lady if you look there the lady to the left of the guy in the the red overcoat and she has the Hat on um she even admits to the fact that she’s a she’s actually a British citizen now so they should know
The laws they know what’s going on it’s just a matter of they don’t want to you know they have their own thing going on on that but as I’ve been talking about the last couple days getting everybody out doing your doing your to you know if
You want to be part of what’s going on with going up against Scientology and getting out there doing the peaceful protests and getting everything out there to you know to the public let people see what’s going on and one of the big things I’ve been talking about
Is number one make sure that you are um that you don’t go alone all right number two be at least 18 years of age so you consent number three know the laws where you’re going to be doing it because it’s very important if you get into get into
A situation there’s a very popular video where there is a woman who is filming these gentlemen unloading something and you could tell it’s in a different country and they’re like what are you doing she goes I’m filming they go you can’t film us uh yes I can it’s my
Constitutional right well they weren’t in the United States that country doesn’t have a constitution or anything that would give her that right to do so and and she’s refusing and actually becomes argumentative with the men and one of them comes up and from my understanding actually punched
Her and nothing was done about it and the reason nothing was done about it was because the way that the laws work in the country where they were at was because they are you know there’s no protection for you filming people and quite honestly I mean I don’t understand
What the point of filming them was but she had to make sure she got it out there and I I you know it seemed like it might have actually fallen into the Ken area of what’s going on there but folks you have to be very mindful where you’re
At and what’s going on we we have the uh First Amendment rights here in the United States that give us the right to film while we are in public gives us the right to do these kinds of things gives us the right to peacefully protest gives us the right to First Amendment audit
It’s not the same in every country and you need to be mindful of that say if um one of the things I’ve been talking about is you can go and get a you know make a sign get a T-shirt and go and you know just walk back and
Forth with someone filming you you know that holding the sign or wearing the T-shirt that’s in protest of Scientology make sure that the country that you’re in doesn’t have laws that say if you’re going to do that you have to have some kind of Permitting you have
To have some kind of legal right to do it because there there are a couple things that I wanted to talk about on that one um uh anti the whole brewhaha is well there seems to be a lot of things going on with this but number one it’s actually not knowing or understanding
The laws where you’re at and trying to impose the laws of where you’re from onto where you’re at and how that that doesn’t work out and from what I’ve seen from Chinese social media this is actually turning into a meme they’re actually turning on these individuals who are demanding that
Brendy Kavanaugh stop filming and actually turn off delete all of the footage that he has and it it’s just it it’s astounding but it’s not unusual there are a lot of instances where you know Americans are known for trying to push uh being American when they’re in
Other countries but we’re not the only ones it happens all over the world I’ve been in um a great example was I was in Malaysia and I was having breakfast at a restaurant that I was going to quite often and while I was having breakfast
The um you know there was a a British gentleman who said you know this is just insane how these people are acting they’re just hovering over top of us and they’re you know you know they’re it’s like they’re almost thinking we’re going to steal from them or something and how
That you know they need in his country they wouldn’t allow people to be like that well the fact is is you know number one you’re not there and number two I don’t believe that’s how it is in Britain I don’t think that you know that that’s how they’re going
To treat people there but you know he was he was very upset about it he was very vocal he said some very very rude things to the to the staff I personally thought the staff was amazing and where he thought they were hovering and trying
To keep tabs on him is I know that you know going to that kind of restaurant that that’s a very common thing that they do because they want to make sure that everybody is taken care of that’s coming to that restaurant and they’re taking care of right and that there’s no
Reason to be upset or not like the service that you’ve received uh squirrel sptv uh question on Dr K’s Channel there is some info about an undercover agent being exposed I don’t know if that’s correct well the the right in the bottom center there the lady with a hat on uh
Apparently she organizes a lot of events where political people in Great Britain are normally at she post them at the chinesee consulate and there’s a lot of question as to whether or not she’s actually a an agent for the Chinese government now this person here she apparently has a company that brings in
People to into Great Britain and finds work for them and there was another gentleman who’s seen in the background and he’s not the young guy who’s yelling don’t touch her but that person apparently is someone that had come in under her company and program and has a
Job with some kind of financial company now the guy yelling don’t touch her you can see him here next to the lady in red and this gentleman here that’s uh circled in red that’s the guy uh he’s expected to be a Chinese language teacher named nuton Lang and has been
Working as a consultant for the financial time SE since September of 2023 closely related to The confucious Institute now the thing is is that the there’s a lot of question about confucious institutes that are being set up in most countries as to whether or not it is actually there for the
Promotion of helping Chinese students that are in the United States or whether it’s a way where they are watching them and actually reporting back to the uh the Chinese Communist party and this is talking about the right here they’re talking about the the lady in the the
Red coat with the hat on and talking about how many different events that she’s hosted in Great Britain and how she’s been so active and there’s tons of pictures of her her and a lot of British politicians and very notable people so they’re you know they’re thinking it’s
Like with here in the United States we had I think her name was uh bong Fong who was involved with a US congressman and that was um you know pretty interesting what was going on with that where it actually turned out that she was an actual agent that was there um
Spying and this person was on I believe uh the intelligence committee or something to do with defense and defense contracts uh let’s see I think there was an actual spy walking by as well we you know the the problem is is that once you once we start going down that rabbit
Hole everybody’s under suspicion you know but the thing is is here we have this group of individuals who are very proudly displaying not only the red scarves and uh showing that they are um you know their commitment to China but they’re also waving the five the five
Star flags the red uh Chinese flags so you know the amazing thing is that all of them are living in Great Britain as far as we can tell they’re all living there either under visas or their citizens and the thing is is that they um you know they’re walking around like
This I can understand if you have a group of individuals are there for a vacation and they want to know you know that way you see what’s going on I mean I’ve been all over the world and I’ve seen the groups where they’re walking around where they’re holding the stick
With a flag on the top of it and primarily those have always been um especially in Asia and Southeast Asia those have been mostly um groupings of Chinese tourists and I don’t have a problem with it not whatsoever I mean I think it’s awesome that’s a great way to
Know where you’re at and especially if you have elderly within your grouping and uh you don’t want them getting lost that’s a I think that’s actually a pretty big thing um that seems like a program thing for people abroad to show that their people are being looked down
Upon even if they weren’t and and there is a um there is a strong strong feeling about that you know in the fact of you’re you’re the aggressor you’re the person who is being uh who’s in the wrong but somehow turn it to where you
Are a a victim in the situation now if you’ll see uh the female police officer here is um standing behind him you’ll notice she Pats him on the shoulder you’ll notice that um as she’s talking to him she’s going to walk over to the right hand side there of the screen and
You see her basically kind of waving for him to come to her and go talk to her off of off of U out of the uh video and again I think it was a absolutely smart thing for uh Brendan to do whereas he’s kept he kept the uh live stream going
The whole time and he made sure that he was you know that everything was covered he wasn’t stepping to his side Fang Fang okay yeah I I couldn’t it was a little while back um yep Eric swell that’s who it was and that’s been drugg out a
Billion times but that is not the first time it’s happened there is notable cases you have um North Korean spies have done it you have Russian spies who’ve done it it’s it’s all over there’s even reports about Israeli Intelligence Officers doing the same thing here in the United States I
Believe it’s called mad is the um Israeli uh intelligence organization uh somewhat like our uh CIA and there’s a lot of talk about them being actively involved in a lot of things in the United States and having agents that are here that are working with things so
These are things that you need to think about when you’re if you’re going to do anything where you’re going to be doing a live streaming or you’re going to be posting social media photographs and you need to make sure that you have your basis cover because one of the big
Things I’ve said from the beginning is I don’t want to see anybody get hurt I don’t want to see anybody get arrested what do you do in a situation there like there here it is if this guy had if Brendan had didn’t have the live stream
Going the whole time and when the police showed up and they made the comment about you know he’s trying to touch her they’re actually trying to make it sound like they uh he was actually trying to sa the woman and if you listen to the
The first young lady the one who came up and was telling him you have to stop filming one of the things that she says in her thing was he was being very deceptive and seducing them and trying to dance with them and trying to touch them and that was in her statement that
She was putting out there the the great thing about it is is that it’s all there it’s all live and there’s no questioning as to what actually happened because you can see he doesn’t touch the woman he actually I think he touches the flag but
He says he was just pointing at it but the fact is is that he was well over a foot away from her his hand was well over a foot away from her body so what this has done is it has sparked a lot of protest that is going on like here you
Have a uh Chinese lady who is sitting at the piano playing and behind her you have someone who’s holding a sign that’s saying anti-ccp Hong Kong should be free those kinds of things now Dr Kavanaugh is coming out with the Winnie the Pooh photo uh picture and the stuffies and
The whole point of that is is that a while back there was comment made that uh the leader of the Communist Party shiing ping is it looks like Winnie the Pooh so what happened uh well Winnie the Pooh is banned in China and any reference to it has been made illegal
Within China and so that’s been a big thing with them about how this whole thing has been handled and if you hear a weird grumbling noise that is Rosco sleeping at my feet snoring and he literally sounds like he’s growling when he’s snoring so but man he’s good
Footwarmer so all right let’s see squirrel sptv how do this become racist incident with Dr K saying they were from communist or from China well well the way that they worked that and tried to say that he was Communist was they said he referenced them as being Japanese and
He did it more than once and that by him doing that that that was specifically a racist comment that he made and that he was um you know uh xenophobic that he didn’t like them because they were Chinese when and as IID said what they don’t tell you is that there was
Actually supposed to be a Japanese film crew that was coming in and going to be doing some work there at the piano showing you know basically tourism kind of filming stuff that they were doing to for Japanese citizens and it it’s quite quite easily uh you
Know it’s very easy to to make that determination and and be wrong about it but he changed it after that and he you know so then they they said it was racism because he kept bringing up the statements about communism and the rights that they have in Great Britain
It was all just the way that I look at it it was all just typical State kind of rhetoric and talk and trying to make someone look bad and trying to hurt them in public and shame them so that they can get the the big you know patriotism
March going on and that happens a lot in China there’s a young man who was a huge uh influencer in China and he absolutely loved China from apparently from the age of three his dream had been to go and live in China so um absolutely 100%
Fluent in in Chinese uh could read write speak talk he moves to China he’s filming these amazing videos about China how he loves it how he loves the culture he loves the people everything about it and a few years down the road some people had went and started going
Through all of his back videos and at one point there was a a song and I believe it was a rap song that was playing in the background now this young man didn’t even put it in there it was his editor put it in there as a sound
Bite going into it and what happened was while this is going on they’re listening and they go wait a minute the word fum Manu is in there so immediately there was a huge backlash all throughout Chinese social media and this young man did one more video I mean he had
Millions upon millions of subscribers and viewers to his channel there in China which if you don’t know YouTube is illegal you can’t have YouTube in China only if the the state or the government allows you to use it specific Al otherwise it’s banned you can’t use it
You can’t use a VPN a virtual private Network while you’re there everything goes through the statun internet and through the different apps that are there so this young man you know he has done nothing but 100% positive Chinese stuff becomes a pariah overnight and actually stopped filming hasn’t done any more
Lives or recorded content and just basically disappeared and some folks over at um La 86 and serpent Z Zed uh super serpent zero they have a show called The China fact Checkers and they had they’ve been trying to get in touch with him they can’t find anybody that’s
Associated with him or anyone that is you know being part of it and so they you know their big thing is we just like to know how the guy’s doing his dream of living and being in China and trying to integrate into the Chinese system all just fell through so that’s what this
Seems to be is a really it it seems to be a just another attempt to try and make yourself a victim make someone else look like they’re horrible they’re racist they’re anti-chinese and it’s it’s backfired because the they call them neisens in the social media world over in China and
That’s their own naming for it and they’re just completely backlash they’re going after these individuals who tried to attack Dr Kavanaugh who by the way is on the Chinese uh equivalent of YouTube which is called Billy Billy and he his channel is huge there I’m trying to get
Through his commercial there but and I want to thank China insights there U they did a great comprehensive on that I put a link in the description for this if you want to check that out it’ll tell you a lot more of what’s going on uh
Let’s see how do you think um this would have gone in the US if you were involved probably well first off I wouldn’t be pulling him to the site to have a private conversation all right I’ve got a camera on he’s got a camera on everybody’s filming it all right and so
But what I will do is I’m going to separate both parties I’m GNA have that group over there and I would tell them come over here you can bring your camera with you you can continue filming but um I want to keep you separate from them so
That I can hear what you’ve got to say and then I’m going to talk to them separately so I can hear what they’ve got to say and that to you know I think that’s very important because if you allow them to stay in proximity of each
Other and they can hear what’s going on on then it just leads to more arguing and fighting and it it’s just a big pain in the butt but the fact is is that they’re going to sit there and they’re going to say he has to delete it and
He’s doing this no no no no no this is United States we have something called a First Amendment right here he has the right to publicly film he has the right to display what he has filmed if you don’t like it you are more than welcome
To walk yourself out of here and out of the camera range so that you don’t you don’t feel like you’re being put on live streaming or on social media without your consent it’s very simple you didn’t have you approached him you’re the one who wanted to talk to him you’re the one
Who tried to tell him he had to stop from something that he’s doing that is perfectly legal and there’s actually no recourse on it uh let’s see salty writer in the UK you could be arrested for not acting in a woke manner I have I have
Heard that I saw the um the footage of the Christian minister who simply was holding a Bible in his hands and was praying and being placed under arrest because he’s a threat to public and he’s being a disorderly person so it’s all crazy um I
Think that a lot of this is starting to to backfire a lot of these extreme movements of you have to act this way you have to say this you have to say that and as you see here this is the the female police officer I was talking
About now as you see how condescending she is watch how she’s working she putting her hands together clapping her hands together like she’s making her point all right and as you see here he’s saying we are in a free country in a public space and if they don’t want to
Be in it they don’t have to be here they have a right they have a right to ask me but they don’t have a right to make me we’re not in China that’s not a racist statement and they’re making a fuss they shouldn’t have the British police as their personal security and that’s
Honestly you see that with a lot of a lot of places that there are you know the the police especially in countries that are very we have to be you know know welcoming and opening to everything where they’re coming in and they’re actually you know a person who’s 100%
Within their rights they’re making they’re shutting them down because they don’t want someone who is from a different culture a different country they don’t want them upset and they don’t want them you know saying oh the you’re racist or you’re anti- us or you’re anti- that and but that’s all
Starting to come back around because more and more people are starting to there’s a lot more lawsuits that are going on about this there have been a lot of case rulings I’ve actually got a ton of crap coming up that I’m going to be doing live streams on where you have
Law enforcement or government officials that are completely acting out of their their capacity and they’re actually doing things that are illegal and there are a lot of lawsuits and I have to thank uh Marshon because she sends me a lot of links to a lot of things that are
Going on and one of the things is is that there are some big lawsuits that are going on and there’s been some big wins already uh coming up in the next couple of days I’ve got um tomorrow reporting Scientology let’s talk about it if you knew how many
People have contacted me about how that they can report on Aaron Smith Levan’s case and make a make an actual complaint to the LAPD about what’s going on this is U this is a very big thing and there’s a lot of people going well I
Want to go to my local place and I want to see what they’re doing about the human trafficking and about the violation of personal rights of people who are in Scientology and what’s going on there so I want to talk about tomorrow night I’m going to talk about
Let’s get some facts out there and if you plan on you want to report these these uh you want to report Scientology you want to make these criminal complaints you want to go to your um elected officials then you need to make sure that you you have certain things in
Place because otherwise what you’re going to do is is your case isn’t going to be it’s not going to be heard all right and I’m going to explain exactly exactly to you why these things need to be taken into account and then on Sunday night I’m going to be going over
Something that I have despised pretty much since I originally heard about it and it is civil asset forfeiture and as to whether or not it is actual legalized theft done by the government and it might be surprising to you just how much Authority they have to do this and a
Case that was just one and you see the gentleman right there on the screen he’s actually a marine well he was in the Marines and if you know anybody who was in the Marine Corps once a marine always a marine so that’s how you know that’s
How he views himself and that’s how he views being a uh you know a proud p a proud Marine who served his country and I believe he is actually a um a a war veteran so or a combat veteran but he was he had his savings with him in cash
He was pulled over in Nevada and and they forfeited all of his money and the reason they said it was you have to prove to us why you have this money with you so that’s been a bit you know that’s been a very big topic that’s going on
That’s gonna be Sunday night I’m gonna be talking about that but the fact is is that you know as I was saying it’s very important no matter where you’re at when I’m in uh places like Thailand or I’m in um Malaysia or any of the other
Countries there one of the things that I check on is whether or not I am legally allowed to film I always make sure if I’m going up like if you’ll see one of my um one of my videos that I put out is talking about going and getting street
Food in Bangkok and one of the things that I do and you see me doing it as I walk up is it okay to film and if they say no then okay I just move on to the next place but and that’s because you know there are some quirky things that
Happen in other countries and if you’re not a citizen you may not be be able to withstand what is going to happen so if they say no I thank you very much I appreciate it and I move on there’s no need to be confrontational and there’s
No need to uh you know actually you know cause a scene there if they don’t want you filming don’t film it if you’re in another country and you you’re not 100% positive of what the rules are um I might be a bit thick but I don’t really
Even know what R woke really means H that’s far beyond my pay scale um it’s it’s just it’s a name that that’s come up and uh the best thing to do about it is is literally look it up and see what the definition is of it um
Yeah hell on that in a lot of cases the police are being afraid of being called racist or being said that they’re xenophobic or that they’re actually acting out against someone uh politically I lean left but that’s about workers rights social safety net woke I don’t know anything about well I could
Tell you a auntie is it anti or Auntie but uh I can tell you A lot of people say well you’re you’re a right leaning conservative person well the fact is is that I’m pretty much middle of the road I believe in human rights I believe in
Workers rights I was a union man for well over 25 years so I’m very very strong into the belief of unions and to the rights of workers um you know there are other things that I’m I’m very anti- big government I don’t think that we need all the bureaucracy that we have
And that will force me over into more of a right leaning area but you know uh for the most part I believe in everybody deserves to be treated like a human being everybody deserves to have their rights upheld and everybody deserves to be welcome and I don’t know where that
Puts me uh let’s see um Anonymous is watching that’s awesome I like that uh thank you for this important information my father is a US Marine veteran combat War veteran you are 100% correct once a Marine always a marine and man what is it November 8th or 10th every yearo I
Get invited out every year and I’m like uhuh man those folks they go on a full 24hour party mode so yeah I I stay pretty clear of that and that’s for the Marine Corps birthday but you know what that’s one of the things I’ve always said about the
Differences between the Marine Corps and and the Army and the Air Force and the uh the Navy is the Marine Corps has this camaraderie this fraternity this uh you can call Brotherhood whatever you want to call it but they have this cohesion between them and it doesn’t matter if
You were a Marine in Vietnam or you were a Marine in the conflict in the Middle East they all walk around very proud of each other and the fact that they were the eagle globan anchor which is a symbol of the United States Marine Corps or that they call themselves Devil Dogs
