Um and reading a lot of Facebook posts um and other social media sites there have been there’s been a lot of discussion from Members specifically of the divine nine who talk about the need to renounce their membership um and saying that you can’t be a member
And still be a good Christian can you tell me your thoughts on that oh wonderful wonderful so to clarify the divine nine is what they call the uh the Consortium uh fraternities and sororities that’s uh uh the Alphas great that’s the one I was talking about
Roy the Alphas the kappas the cues the sigmas the aka the iotas the the akas the Deltas the the Zetas the sgroes I don’t think I missed anybody I think that’s all of them I think that’s all of them so uh there’s always been a debate internally
And externally whether you can be in a fraternity whether you could be in a sorority and it um and it clashes with your Christian walk and your Christian faith um here’s my here is my understanding of it man cannot serve two masters you either hold to one and despise the other
He despised one and hold the other a man cannot serve man cannot serve both now does that mean you can’t be in two organizations I think that’s honestly a little silly you can serve the Lord and be in other organizations it is all up to the individual what we
Have to do a better job of as Christians is understand it ain’t dancing they’re sinful is how you dance you can bump and grind as a Christian with your wife or husband okay y’all don’t wanna be honest with me over here let me it is y’all seen Deitrick Haddon y’all y’all

Done with it you don’t go to church because you’re tired oh you made it so it is not an organization the devil does not dwell in any particular organization he’s everywhere and he will use anything he’s everywhere he will use anything that’s his job and to anyone that thinks
A organization looks I can’t be in an organization you got to denounce it because I’m a Christian knock yourself out if that’s what it takes for you do it by all means do it he didn’t do it with with my do it with my full blessing

Are president he’s one of the pitfalls of Christianity there is no there is no one-size-fits all there’s no one size fits all we all start this journey from different places different places different areas of our life different mentalities different struggles different things we have to overcome and to think one thing is going
To apply all across the board is ignorant because it will take what it’s going to take for me to get to heaven may not be what it takes for you to get to heaven salvation ain’t one the way to get there is not one size fits all it’s one savior
Saves all but the journey is not one size fits all so do what you need to do in order to Foster the most uh healthy relationship you have with the Lord but understand just because that’s what you need that don’t mean that’s what I need and if church people understand that better
We’ll give you know if we understand that better you know what we give each other more Grace but because I think you got to be like me and do like I do you know what I take from you Grace and in the process of doing that who’s really being the Christian here
See one thing I love about the Bible Belt here in Fayetteville North Carolina and really just this whole area it’s a church it’s Church everywhere it’s Church on every corner it’s hurting on every corner it’s it’s it’s this church right here you got a horoscope uh Palm

There church over here and the problem is churches start beefing with one another like we the real Church we got the real Holy Ghost over here we got the we got to and uh like like just do the best you can to have the most healthy sincere relationship you can with the Lord
Because when we die and stand before the Lord I don’t think he’s gonna say listen you serve me well but you in a sorority so go to hell you served me well you loved me you did your best to stay faithful to me but you never denounce your fraternity so go to hell
Not just you know if that’s the case let’s just announce all our clubs let’s denounce our fraternities our sororities let’s denounce our Sam’s Club uh could that that’s a club that’s a Club Sam’s Club is a club stand before the Lord it’d be like listen
You a part of Sam’s Club you see how silly that sounds you’re a part of Sam’s Club and anybody you well unfortunately though some people give more and they annual membership than they do in tiles oh yeah but that but that’s another story another story for a whole another
