When an organization gets big enough, by definition, itâs the average.
When you have enough customers, they represent the population as a whole.
If you find yourself seeking to serve the largest possible number of people, youâve signed up to be average. Without a doubt, youâre raising the bar compared to the ones who came before, but scale has its costs.
If you ship enough products to enough people, average is inevitable.
