2024–25 CAB Assessment: Strengthening Chapter Advisory Boards
Phi Delta Theta has been conducting a CAB Assessment to evaluate the effectiveness of chapter advisory boards (CABs) across all chapters and emerging chapters since 2017. This year, the assessment was based on data from the Chapter Accreditation Program.
As part of this process, chapters completed a volunteer engagement report, providing insights on how often they meet with their CAB, who they are engaging with, and their overall satisfaction with the support they receive. After analyzing this data—along with CAB size, vacant roles, and engagement levels—we identified thirty chapters in need of additional CAB support.
Key Findings:
✅ The average CAB satisfaction score was 4.4/5
✅ Forty percent of chapters reported meeting with their CAB weekly
✅ Fifty percent of chapters reported meeting with their CAB monthly
Supporting a strong CAB is essential to the success of our chapters, and we are looking for dedicated volunteers to help strengthen these advisory boards.
