Process to get your resume looking right so you want to have your resume on a high when I say one honey I mean honey so make sure your resume is looking Bom you know I would show y’all example my resume but that ain’t gonna do you no
Good so make sure you just look at some resume templates Google some resume templates and pick a template and go buy that template and you know you should be good from there make sure you just have multiple people look at it because your eye can only see a few mistakes but if
You had somebody else look at your resume I’m pretty sure they’ll notice anything I always notice things when I look at other people resumes so make sure you have your resume critique because once you submit that resume and once they look at your resume it ain’t no changing nothing from there and
Another thing about the resume know what you’re putting on there you know I’ve had several times where I’ve been or we’ve been interviewing a member let me say so yeah tell us about this experience maybe like what experience are you talking about you put it on your
Resume you don’t know that it’s on Nebra like come on now if you put it on your resume you better be able to talk about it you better be able to elaborate on it you better be able to tell us details you better be able to tell us what all

Your own resume I know that might sound middle school but study your own resume not all organizations will utilize a resume but having one prepared just in case so some organizations might not ask you to submit a resume some organizations might not ask you to have a resume but bring your resume and
Multiple copies just in case so when you walk into that interview just hand them your resume – like that’s this professional right some organizations don’t ask for it and if they don’t you bring it anyway show them that to prepare so print out multiple copies of
The resume and just pass them out once you get in there and you would be looking professional I would be like dang the dude is really prepared like okay that’s some points right yeah so yeah make sure you do that that’s that’s a golden tip right there even if they
Don’t ask one bring one anyway now when it comes to interview questions it’s gonna be a wide variety of questions it’s like every organization ask questions differently but I would definitely say the main question you need to prepare for is why do you want to join this organization that’s the main question
You need to prepare for and that answer that answer need to be drawn out it shouldn’t be because I like the way y’all do this I like the way y’all do that the colors boom oh boy no you should have a long thorough quest why I keep saying question why not question answer
You should have a long drawn-out answer like this shouldn’t be something short because this is going to set the stage and presence for the rest of your interview like if you have a good answer that’s will make us feel excited to interview you but if you have a
Lackluster answer one or two words or sentences that’s gonna make just be like oh here we go you know so make sure you know specifically why you want to join that organization and that chapter but in order to prepare for this question I want to give you all this tip this one
This one jewel real quick know why you want to join the organization and know why you want to join a chapter like if you add that into that’s life for me if my hers in my life that they actually chose what like I’m dropping Jews for y’all now some other questions they’ll
Be asking it’s gonna be a lot it’s gonna be what you’re currently doing your spare time it’s gonna be your hobbies it’s gonna be how many brothers and sisters you have what’s your favorite type of food like they just want to get to know you as a person there’ll also be
Some more jabbers you know – why you wanna join is a jabber that’s a test question right that’s a given but another jabber is this question right here why should we pick you to be a member of XYZ organization ah that’ll get you right there that will get you right there sir
You see here he’s walking down cut the ring off no Brady but now make sure you prepare for this question and that question it took a lot of people up so make sure you understand why you should be an addition to that organization I understand what all you
Bring to the table they all yourself this is a marketing time sell yourself you got to be a Salesman play yourself trust me eight and I heard it for you all that’s trying to join a sorority I heard they are cutthroat in them interviews oh they don’t cancel y’all really better people
Pay because those Roy’s don’t play no games when it comes to those questions like woo they cutthroat so we’ve another thing another thing for the interview make sure please make sure you are dressed appropriately appropriately I know for interviews you might not know what to wear I rather you overdressed
Than underdressed never unaddressed if you want to wear a suit jacket and a vest and all this weird because I rather you overdressed than underdressed I interview a guy well we’ve interviewed a guy remember this period do hat on a bright color cardigan some khakis and
Some boots why would you come to the interview like why why why losing points automatic like no soon as you walk in dock like we want you to be professional so for guys make sure you wear suit if you don’t wear suit wear nice Blazers with some nice pants
No jeans that’s a no-no with some nice pants and some loafers to be on the safe side where see navy black grip can’t go wrong with that don’t go royal boo don’t go red suit don’t go tan maybe black or gray tie colors neutral navy black something soap something something small
Don’t go bright don’t go big don’t go flashy nice and so that’s all you need to do don’t go over the top something nice and so make sure you built maxi shoes make sure your socks are on fleek they don’t need no Nikes hopping something there we don’t
Need none of that make sure your socks is on fleek that’s my tip for the guy oh and you need a haircut you need a haircut got a big it to be it taped up get all this on in here good cause we don’t want to sit under that so make sure you’re
Looking straight girls I don’t know nothin bout y’all but I want to say this make sure you got you a nice and business dress on and make sure it a to sore make sure you got to weave straight make sure you got some inches whatever y’all calm your heels your your red
Bottoms make sure you got those intact make sure you can walk in him cuz you don’t need to be walking in there looking all weird like make sure y’all on point y’all know what to do most women are professional I’ll give that to y’all so make sure you get that
On check because lot of times I’m 10 hey dr. point so enjoy it so as you walk in so make sure you do that toe and another tip I want to give you all for the interview so you get you a pad folio put your resumes in there don’t just
Walk in there with some papers just get you a pad folio nice pad fuzz can be have your university seal on there anything just get you a pad forward put your resumes in there any other documents that you think you might need just be professional don’t just bring
Something bear a bear iPad or a bear or if you have an iPad have a nice folio case line or bare papers which read like your resume papers note have a padfolio so it looks presentable and having a pad folio also makes you look more businesslike that’s my tip this is my
Last tip I promise this is my last tip for you all be confident we can tell so there’s somebody walked into the room and they’re not comedy some people open the door they walk in like this where they head now no walk into the womb head up chest out
Your complement hand ready to shape ready to shake people hands don’t walk in there with your hands in your pocket you look like this and you shake it no walk in head up shoulders out hands ready to shake and that’s all I’m asking for training competence even if you’re

Confident don’t stumble over your words don’t be like oh it’s okay to use um but don’t be like oh mom but be confident y’all if you portray confidence in the interview that will give you some points it will give you some points if you portray cockiness that will lose some
