Subscribe button to 20k subscribers by the end of the year so yeah let’s get it All right so whenever you express interest in an MPAC organization you will have to go to a IG meeting interest gathering or some call it rush for sororities or whatever at that meeting you will learn about the organization they will go over their experiences it’s
Really a time for you to get to know the organization what they’re about and their chapter and get to know some of their members so they’ll go over various things for you in order for you to get more educational what they have going on or what they’re trying to accomplish on
Campus in the world or whatever at that IG meeting some organizations will say hey everybody this item meeting will get an application and you can decide if you want to apply or some organizations will pre select who they give an application to in order to apply so anyway after you
Apply to the organization you have to submit all the material letters of recommendation essays whatever they ask for that submit that material to them so they can send it off to Nationals or they might give it to you so you can send it directly to Nationals either or once Nationals get that packet
That application they will go through it to make sure everything is well you’ve got the grades you’re looking good boom there’s no conflicts then they will give the go ahead to the chapter excuse me they won’t get the go-ahead to the chapter like hey this looks like a great
Candidate from that point the chapter will decide how how they would like the interest know that they are being selected to be or I usually in most cases you receive a call I’ve heard where some people received the email about that’s kind of weird to me the
Most time you will receive a call so what the call is it’s pretty much a call that you’ve been waiting off for a while probably that call will let you know like hey you’re being selected partake in the intake process and this and this and this and that will be happening so
Be prepared to be meeting with us on this day at this time everybody always like that’s why because the call is saying you made it online that’s what the call is for whenever you submit that application make sure you answer any unknown numbers I’m gonna tell you that
Now you don’t want to miss the call you don’t know if you missed the call they might not call you back they might not leave a voicemail so I would say answer any unknown numbers at any time when the damages answered just just a sit-in or call back any number any unknown number
Cuz you just never know and most of you probably don’t have their number saving your phone so you just need to make sure you and your P’s and Q’s so you don’t miss this call now when you get the call it’s not always gonna be instant a lot
Of people think oh I got the call so that means tomorrow the intake process is gonna start that’s not always the case sometime you get the call an intake process don’t start to look for days or a week you know you never know it’s not a certain it’s usually not a certain
Protocol but it is at the same time but a lot of EPA see organizations have a certain window where they can start the intake process of where they have in the process so it just depends on where at in that window and what their schedule is looking like within the
Intake process now another thing the call etiquette I know you want to go off and tell your friends I know you want to go off and tell other people that you know have been at the intake meeting with you or interest meeting with you a
Rush you want to let them know you want to be like yo you got to call you got to call and then even be like no and that’s gonna put you in an awkward situation like dang dang get the car but I got a call sometimes it’s good just keep it to
Yourself and let them find out on their own doing email like you don’t have to be the bearer of bad news type thing but most time they don’t work like that everybody called each other y’all I got the call you got the call you know like whenever you like high school and then
All y’all try out for the basketball team or whatever and then they post that list and then somebody go to this early in that morgue like you know I made it I made it and then they go to the cafeteria let everybody know they made
And they go look at the list and be like I made it this somebody ain’t on the list you know I’m saying that’s exactly how it is somebody ain’t gonna get the call somebody you went to the interest meeting with and know ain’t gonna get
The call so it’s up to you if you want to be the bearer of bad news or you want to let them go to that list and see but you want to let them see let them see the email first or whatever did you let them know like that’s what you have to
Do now that’s the way I will go about it but not everybody go about it like that you know I saying people be ready and say hey I got that call you know I got that call okay if you ain’t got that call but I got that cause whenever
You’re talking with them on the phone and you and you hear the good news don’t be overly overly overly excited it’s great to be you know excited but not overly excited just like if you get a job offer whatever somebody offer your job and you’re like yeah you getting
This such a such salary you gonna have these benefits to start this net you don’t be like oh my gosh really oh god yo like no you know keep it cool be happy but keep it cool like don’t like don’t act don’t don’t overly act happy you’re not saying act you know
Appreciative and happy but don’t overdo what I’m about to say is real when you get this call that does not automatically mean you’re going to make it to initiation it just means you’re being put on line or you start in the intake process that does not mean that
You can be like oh I’m a member now oh I’m about to be a member of such a such organization I got the call now the call is just letting you know that you are being put online or through the intake process and you still have to make it to
Initiation to officially become a member don’t get it twisted do not get it twisted you know saying that is this that’s that’s not what this is you know when you officially become a member that call that car don’t make you officially a member I shouldn’t be saying this but I
Know how some of my subscribers are very not even Barry Barry don’t have no idea what be going on so I’m just trying to prep you for that just in case
